I have to provide feedback as i hope to see a real improvement. The place have a lot to offer but it come to disappointment. Things i like : 1. Swimming pools option. for kids and adults. 2. Resort setup is good with kampung style and the mini zoo is a little kick Unfortunately there are many things to DISLIKING and require SWIFT remedial for improvement to be the best!! 1. Administration - NO proper way how to check in. No COUNTER or mini office to handle this check in administrative. The contact or focal person handling the reservation as shared in the portal/email, Nowhere to be contacted. Called and text did not returned, only replied on the day after check out. Has to find myself to ask around the cleaner and the staff for the room and the key. 2. Cleanliness is POOR.not even average. NON-TOLERABLE especially the bed condition and TOILET. Toilet and shower are MISERABLE. Stain, fungus, leaking pipe, mold everywhere on ceiling, sink, WC, floor..just YERKKKK..im really sorry, this is so DISGUSTING 3. water pressure is VERY POOR. Literally dripping, upon opening any faucet, bidet or shower..totally un-acceptable. When this been reported to the staff, they mentioned this is normal especially when high occupancy. WatdeEf (whisper). There were only about less 30% of t room occupied during this time. Even if t pump did not work, normal water flow should b expected, NOT DRIPPING level. Wait untill u want to use the WC and wait for t water to fill the toilet water tank..it took HOURs just to flush your 'business'.. DISGUSTING 4. NO TV channel. The TV serve NO function at all although astro decoder is there. Reported to t staff, however staff mentioned, ASTRO is the problem. They mentioned t issue had been reported to astro, but astro has not come to repair. Im not really what was t issue untill astro took so long probably months to resolve the issue to a BILLED customer. Unless SUGEH has not been paying, that is different issue. 5. We were assigned to Rafflesia room. The entrance floor always WET and significantly PONDING. Not sure where t water came from, but is always ponding and very discomfort and dirty as it is ponding exactly at the door entrance. 6. Flies are everywhere. Maybe due to the mini zoo location For me RM230/NIGHT on this really NOT WORTHY In conclusion 1. Staff are NOT friendly 2. VERY POOR maintenance 3. Dirty TOILET 4. Serious WATER issue

Been here 5 times because of the pool. I love the pool. The place landscape is nice. Bali vibes. But the zoo now is not as good as before. There was variety of animals back then but now are fewer.

Dinner only come at 9.30pm. Now is 8am, still waiting for breakfast. Toilet flush spoilt. No shower gel. No hangers in the toilet. No tissue. No bottled water. No coffee n tea. Swimming pool is good.

1 star score, only for the landscaping. No counter for receptionist, no proper customer service rep. present. You can only see the cleaner cum gardener around. Properties not well managed, Overall we can conclude they dont have a good management team or maybe the management team not exist at all. Only the zoo keeper manage everything. You can come only for taking pictures (Instaworthy). For the swimming pool. Please avoid (unless you want to see the frog inside). Not clean at all.

Went there for our annual family day event, since it's surrounded by the mini zoo, so flies are a common thing at here even inside your room. There's no Wi-Fi but the data reception is quite good. The horse riding fee is RM30 per 30 minutes. Just be cautious and take good care of your small kids since it's easy for them to get lost from your sight from the foliage and hidden blind spot areas. They also have 2 swimming pools at 2 separate areas. The resort is quite close with Speedmart and other kedai runcit. They do have catering services and the food is really good but the some of the sauces are quite spicy especially for children.

Decent place. Wifi has a few dead spots and there are a lot of mosquitoes. The toilets are also a bit questionable. My advice, bring extra mosquito repellent, your own toiletries and maybe portable wifi/ready anything that may help u to get better connection. All other facilities advertised are okay 👍🏻

Best place for those who love village environment and at the same time stay at the resort. Good staff repo to entertain you. But need to improve at the Rumah Makan. Other than that, okay. Suggest to coming at weekday. Mini zoo also very good. Got camel, goat, sheep, ostrich, horse (you can ride), duck and goose (which is released freely and "case" you), phython, and also deer. This Place is near to town. Easy to get any insufficient stuff. Thai seafood restaurant just next to this resort.

Room Kettle, iron, small fridge provided. No tea, coffee or mineral water provided. Decoration pretty nice but a lot of flies in the room since the room is very near to the mini zoo. Bathroom Shampoo n shower gel provided which quite nice. The clealiness is so so. Landscape The landscape is well maintained by the Indonesian workers. Kudos to them. The did a great job. The downsides of this resort is the smell from the mini zoo as well as the flies. No monitoring from the onwer/admin. I believe they handover 100% responsibility to the Indonesian workers. Seems the owner is not really serious in this business. Parking - plenty

We book the presidential suite, family suite and the deluxe. I like the pool. other than that its all just so so. could have been better. the appliances in the kitchen 60% cannot be used. There are too many furniture, very excessive. Not a suitable place for gathering.

Dont bother to come here lah. Rooms are dirty. Bbq pits are full of flies. Pools are just so-so. Only nice to take picture from certain angle, not suitable for small kids. Well, basically this place is just far below 'standard' expectation.

A different kind of getaway for parents who are busy with kids , nice place to rest & appreciate animals within a guarded compound

Im so excited but very disappointed with the Swimming pool & Tandas kotor 😑 not suitable for Honeymoon or adult couple. Still have time to fix, will comeback again once all fixed. My positive comments:- mini zoo is great 🖒

nice room, lots of parkings, got mini zoo, cool swimming pool. mini hall still not ready during my stay here. very good for reunion and family gathering. should be around 30-50 people only. room rates range from 200-250.

After MCO it's not well maintained

Nicely setum chalet with mini zoo.. Nice & very clean room. Book BBQ & FOOD WAS GOOD TOO.. Unfortunately, had power trip at 2nd floor effecting multiple chalets. Nobody in office to contact.

This place is cozy but no breakfast is serve. Fret not, there is a restaurant nearby. Huge pool and mini zoo for children entertainment.

The place very chill and relaxing.they have mini zoo and swimming pool.a good place for staycation with family and friends. Don't use waze to go there,the location not accurate instead use good maps.Kind very hard to find the place,the signage not easily too see.

For big event not really suitable lack of parking space..

come with full of excited but dispointed... no tissue provided...forget to clean the cup and put in cabinet.. no toiletries.. no minerals waters provided... breakfast? not provided.. Rm280.00 only for room..we book 2 room total RM560. 00..😣

So pretty, clean and very spacious. Got mini zoo and calming scenary. Sound of swimming pool make us feel like at the river side.

Rm230, for two pax room named rafflesia... no breakfast, dalam bilik ada cicak.. Ada katak.. Xde free tea or coffee,..Xpremium laaa sgt... Price only. By the way, ada kettle, ada seterika,.. Ada dua gelas and 1 spoon. Ada small fridge. Not bad. Katil and decorations quite good.. Tv okay manageable, but no WiFi connection, currently now at 5g era.. No WiFi at this resort. Fasa 2 xde, fase 1 ada.. So xfaham.... Others are okay, healthy environment, but not clean. Just like kg. Com.... Tempat nie bagus.. Seriously ada big potential kalau di manage with a good hand... Sure will bomb.. But seems like not serious for business. This is all under my expectation. Xde breakfast provided for the price... Ke kira bayar skali for mini zoo and pool kot... Am I right?

We had our Family Day here. In general the resort has suitable place for games and activities to be done. Unfortunately there is water coming into our rooms when it was raining. My family needs to clean up the mess leh.
