It's not important how bad your condition is if you come in one hour before close they will kick you out asking you to come the next day. Just suffer for 24 hours and when you come again after dreadful night they will give you a painkiller and antibiotic in less than 20 minutes 😓

Doctor are nice, but some staffs are harsh towards students and not being gentle at all. Please improve hospitality service.

This is free but it doesn’t mean that you guys give the very low quality service. I did my fillings for my teeth in this dental clinic, usually pain should be gone in 2-3 hours but it took me 4 month to get rid of tooth pain. I suffered 4 month. I’m disappointed!

The staff at the clinic are extremely rude and unprofessional, especially towards international students. The nurses failed to do simple procedures such as drawing blood and inserting an IV tube without any problems. Bad experience here on more than one occasion. I'd like to especially address the woman who sits behind the reception desk at the Dental Clinic. She is extremely rude and extremely unprofessional. She was interrupting me and talking back to me and not only that, she even made mocking facial expressions at me when I answered the questions she asked regarding my problem. The dentist didn't even attend to me thoroughly. I went to a dental clinic outside in which they detected additional problems from a simple check and provided the appropriate treatment. Avoid this dental clinic at all costs.

The staff are rudes towards patients. Took long time to wait even for serious case like asthma. Bad hospitality.

To be honest. I hate the old staffs. Very rude and harsh towards my friend and I. Can u imagine how my friend can endure the pain? Stupid old staff.

This clinic is free for all IIUM students and staffs. Good service but if serious case better go outside.

It was a pleasure to be a student of IIUM. Iium health. For student and staffs all medication is totally free. Doctors are so well behaved. Staffs are also have good manner.

The wait are too long, patients who are not in dire condition but still in bad conditions forced to wait too.

Takes too much time to get consultation and finally take only paracetamol. Lack of medicines. Some doctors are useless
