    Been given the wrong baby and luckily realized it because their face features were different (and checking the leg name tag). Unacceptable mistake. The doctors also tried to hold people back by a week to try to take our money when we could have been released on the next day. Commodities here are terrible compared to every other hospital we've went to. Do not come here, find a better alternative, please.

    Went to get my vaccine here. Extremely organized and well run. I turned out to be the first person to get my vaccine here. Upon exiting the vaccine centre, I met Mr. Jack, the CEO of the hospital. Mr. Jack is very accessible and a welcoming person. Overall great experience, I am impressed.

    Very very bad service + experience I sent my sis to this hospital on last Sat (29.5.2021) because of high fever, we waited for almost 6 hours at emergency department because they said too many patient. I wonder why a blood result need waited more than 2 hours to get it? Second, my sis still got high fever on yesterday (30.5.2021), but the nurse never gave medicine to her and without putting liquid drip from morning until noon. When i question the nurse, they still argue with me and said they gave medicine. The attituide of the Indian nurse (duty on 30.5.2021: afternoon 1.30pm-Ward 403) was too rude and bad, do nothing. Already knew the patient was in high fever but just put her in a room without any action. When i question them, they said wait doctor come and can't do anything. Then why i sent my family member to this hospital without any treatment? The doctor called Kang Waye Hann and he still threaten us he won't be resposible if anything happen of the medicine that he given. How come a proffessionalism doctor can voice out those words? Now I know how "professionalism" they are!!!!!!!! What kind of this hospital? NEVER COME AGAIN!!!!!!!

    I thought it is a clean and efficient hospital when we walked in to have my daughter seek for emergency abdominal pain treatment but we were made to wait more than half an hour only to be attended by a very young and seem inexperienced doctor. After doctor checked that there isn't any bed available for admission he took half an hour just to write a reference letter for admission to another hospital and the medical bill end out RM95.00! I am very disappointed with this hospital and will not come to this hospital again.

    Some of the nurses at the second floor female ward were extremely rude, with the lack of proper manners and friendliness, especially a short and thin Malay women. She showed no prove of received proper service education, presented bad attitude, and rudely and loudly speaking, besides there were several times of intentionally open the curtain with extra strength and left it open big, showing the privacy of the patient who is unable to move freely to close it back. Furthermore, the nurses can be heard chatting and laughing loudly and clearly which seriously affected the rest of the patients, during both day and night. Besides, double standard occurs between the nurses to different patients, for example the number of visitor per entry. To add on, the response time to call bell is slow in response. The skill of taking blood sample is definitely needed improvement.

    To the hospital director: I would like to complaint about the unsatisfactory service that occurred as a patient’s guardian in your hospital last week. First of all, I had to wait for more than 45 minutes outside of the clinic to see the doctor even though I showed up that there is an appointment. I can tolerate a 15 minutes delay but not for 45 minutes ! What is the whole point of taking appointments then? Secondly, I found your nurse (Kanmani) was very rude and unfriendly. Healthcare organizations should take great care in hiring skilled employees who also exercise a professional and compassionate bedside manner. However, for one reason or another, there are times when service falls short. Interacting with a rude, dismissive, disorganized, or otherwise sub-par healthcare worker can cause the patient undue stress and encourage them to seek treatment at a place where they feel respected. Communication is essential when it comes to getting proper medical treatment, and if a patient feels they haven’t been heard -- whether it’s miscommunication with front desk staff or feeling like nurses and doctors have dismissed their concerns -- they tend to look for new options. Keeping an open pathway of information between healthcare professionals and their patients ensures that the patient stays comfortable, feels validated in their concerns, and is aware of what’s going on with their treatment at all times. I hope you that you deal with this complaint in a top serious fashion and address the issues listed above as soon as possible. With so many patients coming in and out of doctor’s offices and hospitals daily, the occasional complaint is nearly impossible to avoid. However, the way a healthcare institution handles those complaints can make all the difference in whether a patient returns in the future. Quick follow-up, open communication, and long-term improvement by listening to customer feedback help healthcare organizations achieve greater success and show customers that their voices matter.

    Sungai Long Specialist Hospital set up their PPV at Atria shopping Mall (DJ). Well done to all the working team 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 To All the organising committee and volunteers of Sungai Long Specialist Hospital at the Atria PPV. 1. Well prepared. 2. Attention to details. 3. Everyone in their stations are aware their role 4. Clear instruction & signboards from parking leading to the ppv until the end of vaccination. 5. Everyone was very polite and pleasant.

    Very expensive for ENT Department cost me RM630 in one small cut surgery in my ear but not included antibiotics. And became worse so I have to go KPJ Kajang to do second visit just cost me RM190, and more experience than Putra Specialist Sungai Long. Not recommended the ENT Surgery Department here.

    Paediatrician Dr Alexander is a patient, experienced and a very understanding doctor and has made my visits and stay in the hospital very comfortable. Both my sons 3+ and 1+ are under his care now. I am really grateful that when my son Owen was having high fever and had to be supervised, Dr Alex actually came in the middle of night and checked on him as well as giving him vape every 3 hrs so my son can sleep through out the night. The nurses are very helpful and skilled in administering medicine to both my stubborn boys, without them I would not been able to even have some rest to myself .

    The Gynae and paed are superb. Thanks to Dr Ng Ck and Dr Alex for the safe birth of my two babies here. Emergency dept is horribly expensive. Cost me almost 3k for one night. I hope the hospital can reduce the fees for emergency to serve more people who need their service.

    The health care services that I've received from Dr. Alex (Pediatrician) is excellent. My 1st born has been under his care since born. He was admitted for a week due to pneumonia which Dr. Alex has discovered just from the symptoms. From his excellent treatment, curiosity, investigative mind and ability to connect, you know where you stand immediately and what next steps look like. As a mother, I immediately felt at ease – and felt confident in my receiving expert medical care. Not to forget, the nurses in the ward were really attentiveness and friendly in handling kids, children and babies too. Their customer services have spot on- from the entrance till registration you will never lost your way or helpless and "kelam-kabut" even if you're alone. Thank you to the customer service lady- Ms. Fabienne for always checking on us to make sure my son and i were comfortably and thank you for the "Birthday balloon" you've gifted to my son. At least he sees some rainbow during his stay (I've shared some lovely pictures). Thank you Abang Jai for always giving us hands without we asking for! 🥰🥰

    the hospital charged too expensive for only endoscopy (RM5k+).maybe because i have medical card. do feel free to correct me if im wrong. but the most frustrated is the doctor is not really take effort to explain in details on my result. i have to bring my scanning image to seek for other doctor advice. i came to this hospital because it is nearby my house. i really hope the quality of the hospital and the doctors can be improve. unhealthy patient like me really need a hospital with the manner of sympathy and professional to handle.

    My Wife was admitted to Sg. Long Specialist Hospital a few months ago for a Caesarean Delivery. Delivery Fee was reasonable by Obstetrician & Gynaecologist, Dr. Ng Cheong Keat of our 1st Daughter. I would like to thank Dr. Ng who was very professional, efficient, dedicated and caring! I would strongly recommennd him. I would also like to thank Senior Nurse Melissa and her team of Nurses in Level 3 and those Staff who helped her in a way or another. They were friendly, efficient, dedicated, caring and gave good services to my Wife during her 3D2N Stay in Sg Long Specialist Hospital. The Hospital's envirornment was serene, comfortable, clean and cosy! Food was good!..

    When u aren’t prepared to offer covid vaccines please don’t make it available on Mysejahtera! Wasted my time taking 2 hours off and my kids skipped school and yet I saw ignorant personnels asking each other what dosage to give to my son! Totally irresponsible. I will never once step into this hospital again!

    This is my second time at the hospital. My daughter had both of the COVID-19 vaccines here. The staff and doctors are very friendly. For the second dose, my daughter was really nervous- she cried and whined- the doctors tried to calm her down and cheer her up. I appreciated their patience. Thank you once again.

    Very unprofessional staff at counter. Most time very slow service and most time when make payment the staff must ask senior how to print or what to click. Got one Chinese girl very fast but too bad I unable to attend by her service because the number is other staff. Really just waiting for payment so wasting time and I have experience just wait a payment need 25+minutes because new staff. Please la, give good training before the staff attend customer. Wasting time. Talk also slow and low , really hope she have mic. Payment detail also didn't know and ask me go take medicine before give me receipt, how I can take medicine without your proof. I still have to teach back and she say OK. Be professional when attend customer and train

    I fall in love with this hospital 😅. Earlier, I was a bit sceptical because of few bad reviews. But due to emergency, I had to send my 7yo daughter here. Thank God we were referred to Dr Alexander Chan the Paediatrician who is very excellent in his work. The nurses at ER, the administration staffs, the nurses at ward, the assistants, all are very good, humble and helpful. This is my 1st day experience here and my daughter is still in ward for her treatment. I give 4* bcoz there are rooms for improvement/growth.

    This hospital is terrible and the doctors are extremely unprofessional, rude and impatient. They will lie and scare you because they want to earn money. Simultaneously, I asked them some question, they though I was judging them and I got scolded by the doctor for no reason. I have been to many private hospital and this hospital is worst (like a nightmare) I WOULD NEVER CHOOSE THIS HOSPITAL ANYMORE!

    Bad experience. Doctor just reject by baby condition without meeting and explain to us. At first baby can be admitted If the covid test show negative result. We HOME quarantine her until the next day result come out. We also do a blood test that day. They also said will contact us tomorrow. But sadly they keep silent until we call them and ask. We just do a covid test and blood test and they reject us without clarify the result. We did ask them why but no answer from them. At least you should explain the blood test result to us.Moreover we already paid the fee for admission since they said my baby should admitted!! They said they will refund the fee but its not. You should confirm with your specialist first before ask your client to sign any agreement for admission.

    Good experience with Dr. Ng cheong keat. Patience and nice. Wont suggest you some unnecessary test which really help you save a lot of money. Give u confidence when you are in pregnant moment. Nurse super nice and my baby safely delivered in this hospital. Good experience.

    Call the hospital they say one thing. Went to the counter say another. Medical bill is OVERPRICED . Nurses are ok. But the resident doctor is rude. Won’t go back again.

    Cut Throat Hospital.. Extreme high price.. I regret went there for my infant.. Just 24hrs with no treatment cost me RM3000.. You guys better be aware.. Its a complete rip off!!

    Called to enquire about the AZ Vaccination Program @ Atria Shopping Mall and they BRUSHED ME OFF by saying, "I don't know... I don't know anything... just go to the FB page and dropped your question there! Ok... bye!!" WHAT THE FISH!! 😡 What kind of Customer Service is this??? The way they handle customers tells you how professional they are... period! 👎🏻 If only I can attach the photo of the person who brushed me off! 🤭

    First one bring my mom to private hospital. The hospital is clean, the assistants are polite and helpful. The registration we only provide IC and sit to wait them process. The Dr is helpful and guide us to follow up at other more convenient and specialized hospital. The price is cheaper than what I expected, below RM200. Recommend those who live nearby and need an urgent body check or consultation before making any important decisions. Nevertheless, the parking is free.

    It’s been around 3 months since my second cataract operation and I’m still marvelling at going around without glasses, for the first time in almost 60 years! Summer’s coming and I can wear RayBans without contact lenses, thanks to Doctor Howard and his team. Thanks also to the management and staff at Sungai Long Specialist Hospital for their friendly professionalism.

    It's really a horrible and bad experience to admitted my baby into Sungai Long Specialist Hospital. The staff and the nursing team are so unprofessional and insensitive in handling a baby patient. A baby and labour wards only consist of 2-3 nurses to handling more than 7 patient in a shift, bell pressed and no one response. Baby admitted due to fever and the temperature are not taken every 2 hours as told by the doctor, sometimes only once a day. When we asked, they said they not sure coz change shift. When shift change, new shift nurse are not aware with the timing of the next antibiotic drip. The nurse black their face after feedback given to the doctor and try to just ignore our ward and room. Feedback given to doctor and doctor said will feedback but cant do much. Feedback to CS team, and they just send flower basket and ask many questions but no solutions given. We admitted for 6 days and it's really a very horrible experience. Bill also over-priced. Unprofessional in handling admission and discharge too. We requested for insurance form filling and report, they asked us to handle it ourselves with our doctor, they dont know. The ward door and not closed and sometimes not even one nurse around and all the admitted kid is there with all the new-born baby is there without any person around. Scary. Think twice before you visit.

    Good place and friendly staff here. From security guard, front desk, customer service staff, nurse and even the doctors here are very helpful, caring and friendly. Super thanks to Dr. Ng C.K who help deliver my baby. My wife have a pleasant delivery experience for our first born baby. And also thanks to Dr. Alex who really care with babies. Thank you for the follow up too. The midwife here are very friendly and willing to teach you how to feed baby if you are first time daddy/mummy. Especially the gentle Indian midwife lady, very knowledgeable on how to take care babies and teach my wife on latching the baby. Best things is the car park area are free. Although space is limited, but security guard able to guide you to park and they allow you to double park by providing phone number. So if someone getting their car, they able to call you. Such a lovely and super friendly specialist hospital. Just like their name “博爱医院”. A hospital that filled with love and care.

    Just went for booster dose. Took 1 hour to do my registration, reached at 12pm, payment done at 1pm, then told me that i have to wait until 2pm, after their lunch then only can come back for my vaccine. Whats? Whats call by appoinment? The service is so bad. Totally no procedures and very very messy. Will not come back again

    The nurse was friendly and very helpful. The paediatric doctor Dr. Alexander Chan was knowledgeable and understandable. As a parent myself it does make our mind at ease when comes to seeking his opinions. Thumbs up to you doctor!

    I came here twice, both experience very bad. The first time I need to wait more than 1 hour even with appointment. The second time I wait for 30 mins. The nurses are very impolite. What doctor said between nurses are totally different. Very bad service and system. The worst hospital that I have ever been to.

    I am giving 5 stars to Dr. Alex but not to the staff from customer service who doesn’t even worth a star. Reason being as below. Experience from 2 times admission: Excellent service by Dr. Alex and his team of nurses. Thank you Dr. Alex and all the nurses who look after my daughter in the hospital. Dr. Alex is a very experience child specialist who is able to assure my daughter’s full recovery by following his treatment plan. He gives clear explanation on my daughter’s health condition in his daily rounds. He also follow up via whatsapp after my daughter was discharged from the hospital. Dr. Alex is defintely a highly recommended excellent pediatrician in Sg Long Specialist Hospital. Experience from customer service for C19 vaccination (children): Extremely disappointed. I’ve made an appointment in MySejahtera on a Wednesday in Feb’22 for my younger daughter’s first dose of C19 vaccination in the hospital. One of the customer service lady rejected my daughter from going for the vaccination. The reason given was vaccination for children will only be given on Saturdays because weekdays have lesser appointments. But I have got an appointment fixed in MySejahtera, why didn’t you call me earlier if it has been rescheduled? The ridicolous reason given was they wouldn’t able to access the appointments people made from MySejahtera. Then how did you know weekdays got lesser appointments?? She doesn’t even take the initiative to call to the relevant department to check for me but just turned me down. I left with anger and before I drove off I called up the hospital general line just to confirm whether they really not giving children vaccination on that day. To my surprise, the staff confirmed they do have vaccination for children on that day! I went back to the hospital with my daughter again and she got her first dose done after waited for 1 hour because of lunch time. This unprofessional staff from the customer service have disgraced the name of this hospital. Absolutely disappointed and angry with her for wasting my time of almost 2 hours for a vaccination that took less than 5 min.

    Sg. Long specialist hospital organise the vaccine event very well. Took my mom 32 mins (I timed) including the 15 mins observation after vaccine. Many ushers was at hand to help and courtesy was order of the day. That helps an elderly person feel at ease.

    I went with my husband doctor to make a pregnancy test, it's just need one hour to know that result, but doctor said that we can take the result next day, we called the hospital next day, they said this doctor finished his time, and till now we are waiting, moreover it's too expensive they take 400 MYR for nothing, the service is too bad 👎 If we make this test in a simple clinic, it will take less than hour, and pay just 50 MYR at least.. Really Really the worst hospital ever .

    The fat nurse on duty in Emergency ward on 27.10.20 is very rude . I've gone there to do dressing after having 6 stiches on Sunday at a fall from hiking. I've asked for Medical certificate but d emergency doctor is not around. We have to wait 1 hr after payment with numerous request to the nurse to walk up to the floor n get d doctor to sign rather thn waiting for him to come down to d emergency ward as he was having an emergency issue up in the ward. With the help of a concierge man at the counter she was forced to go upstairs n get d doctor's signature. The nurse with purple color tudung was very furious and rude, stared as she make her way up to get the MC signed, throwing tantrum with her head shaking. Pushing hard onto the elevators button then vanished upstairs. Took her an hour long up there before coming down to the emergency ward with an empty MC sheet without the doctors signature. After coming down, she has mumbled several words unhappily and purpose delayed our time while waiting infront of the counter. This incident occurred around 1:15 to 1:30pm. Please check the surveillance camera for reference, as she slammed the envelope and forced the pen towards us and urge a furious phrase with "nah, done!". Rolled her eyes and walked away.

    Posting this on behalf of my Aunt who was a patient at this hospital recently for a knee replacement surgery. Special mention to her Orthopedic team: Surgeon Dr Bernard Devadasan , Ward Sister Izzati, the Physiotherapy team and all staff of the hospital. Front-of- hospital customer service staff Fabian and Becky are always warm, friendly and helpful- Thank you all for a great experience.

    A really big THANK YOU to Dr Bernard for his remarkable and exceptional skill in saving my limp. Been in road accident twice, yet I'm lucky enough to met with Dr Bernard. A very well experienced, talented and down to earth Orthopaedic doctor that put his life long skill into saving my limp. Not only he is being helpful to my needs during my recent admission, he also explained in details about my surgery and conditions. Yet after the surgery, I do not suffer any severe pain and I recover well.

    On 5/9/23 admission, I had an unpleasant experience during my stay in ward.The first is that the ward healthcare staff didn't look into patient requests, i informed them I wanted to talk with my Doc urgently. However, they just ignore my request and never pass messages to the Doc at all. Another is nurse attitude no friendly, their professional should be improved as they are no alert what is going on with their patients. Lastly, regarding visiting hours very short, when my family members just came to visit me, just in 5 minutes of short talk, had asked to leave, really upset for this rules and regulations. I hope the management will look seriously at this issue and maintain their quality as a good healthcare providers.

    Went there while having severe headache, got into the emergency room and the nurses are very attentive and registration process is smooth. Got admitted to overnight and was attended by Dr Wong, overall he is very patient in explaining what could be the cause and what are the medicine that would help. Overall the place is also very clean and we'll kept, staff are very friendly and very patient. Would definitely recommend this place for people who would like to have a hospital visit in the future

    My personal experience. ( 2 times admission) Paediatric ward : Overall excellent Dr Alex : Very wise, excellent at handling kids, enable us to understand a situation in easy words, always give us a clear treatment plan and estimation, follow up via watsapps shows doctor is genuinely concern about his patients also enable us to easily communicate with doctor if there's a problem. Dr Alex is always well updated about patient before his daily rounds. He definitely provides excellent service. Nurses and assistants: Very professional, great in handling kids, knowledgeable, always showing concern, very fast, so far not even one nurse showed any hostility all of them were very pleasant. All of them have provided excellent service. Cleaners: The ward is very clean always clean especially the bathrooms they're clean all the time. The cleaners do it so frequently. I've observed them cleaning they don't clean for the sake of cleaning they actually clean genuinely every corner is sanitized the bed rods and everything I was amazed. Food : Very suitable for kids and tasty too. Not disappointed even once every meal was good. Emergency department: 1st visit : I think a medical assistant performed the insertion for the line my daughter was traumatized. The doors were close so we weren't sure how he did it. My child usually doesn't scream like that during line insertions or blood taking. She still has the bruise from that line insertion. Ps : Should train medic assistant at the ED to handle kids. The Paed ward did blood taking n line insertion so smoothly. 2nd visit: ED department was okay line insertion and blood taking were okay.

    My daughter was admitted to this hospital for 6 days due to pneumonia.. at first I was quite sceptical with the hospital since it's not as prominent as other big names. But wow, this hospital is totally underrated. The service was superb, the staff was very warm and Dr Alex who treated my daughter was an expert in his field, plus such a friendly guy. I totally recommend Sg Long Hospital. I give 4 stars because I believe there is room for improvement. Tq so much!

    The poorest service I have ever experienced in this Sungai Long Specialist Hospital. Staffs from emergency department are very unfriendly and not willing to serve patients. They even argued that your “urgent case” is not so urgent, and just rejected you and refused to entertain you.

    I had the pleasure of visiting Sg Long Specialist Hospital recently for Paediatric services and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The level of care and attention to detail provided by the staff was outstanding. The facility was clean, comfortable and equipped with state-of-the-art technology.     I was at Sg Long Hospital to see the Orthopaedic (Dr Bernard). I was disappointed that Dr need to be at OT and not able to attend to me. However, I must say that the nurses were very polite and friendly. They tried to explain to me and apologised for the inconvenience caused. The nurse at the reception counter was also very friendly. Eventhough I was upset because I didn't get to see the Dr, I am happy to see such polite and friendly faces there.

    To the attention of Mr Jak Aw the CEO of the hospital and the administration team, Wish to convey our experience at this hospital between the 28 March to 01st April 2023. Admitted for dengue and required close monitoring due to heart issues. Firstly, Dr Wong Jun Yet is a very good doctor. Very accommodating, consoling and never failed providing updates on health status. Continuously advising on what to expect next, as not to panic when the situation alarms. The nurses at the admission ward were kind and helpful too. However, the hospital’s general administration itself has many areas to look into for improvement. Here are some amongst them from our experience: Single bedded Room 1. The foul smell from the single bedroom toilet was totally unbearable. Very poor ventilation system; 2. The toilet bowl is so close to the wall with insufficient leg room; 3. The water heater for shower doesn’t work, hence the water is cold; 4. The dustbin lid doesn’t open as the pedestal is broken; therefore, we have to open the lid manually with hands; 5. The hot water flask for drinking water on the patient’s bed side table is spoilt and so the water is never hot; 6. The mug provided is chipped on the lip surface. Catering Services 1. Food is extremely pathetic with cheap ingredients; 2. Although we understand that hospital diet is carefully managed but the food here is truly “tasteless” for patients; 3. Coffee “kaw” is the brand. Never heard off and its bad, really bad; 4. Poor quality plastic cutleries. So fragile and sharp, surely unable to break chicken or fish pieces. Although its best to use disposable cutleries at this time but the quality should be particle. Cafeteria: Such a poor cafeteria with almost nothing in there. Admission Charges: We were charged extra. When asked for the reason, it is apparently for our data saved into the hospital’s database. Never heard of such charges ever and that too from a hospital where data retention is crucial. The management should look into these areas so to bring about improvement or at least to prevent complaints like the above. The Doctors or in specific Dr Wong could only do his part to ensure treatment is provided well. Otherwise, the hospital’s general administration should ensure the rest is provided fairly for the kind of charges imposed. Thank you. Priya. K

    The service, the doctor I can say that quite good. Maybe want money more then my son have to stay up to 5 days..not make sense cause he’s active already and has appetite to eat..just drip antibiotic just the reason that my son still ‘ILL’ ..this hospital just nearby to my home ..so really convenience ..maybe I should try others as well ..btw tq for the best service ..

    Dr. Alex (Pediatrician) and nurse are friendly, patience and professional on handling kid. Even the receptionist are friendly and they even offered help to look at one of our kid during my husband was at emergency g Dr. Alex also will follow up with patient after we have discharged. PS: Their food is good too

    Recently I had a knee injury and came to Sungai Long Specialist Hospital and met Dr.Bernard. He was kind enough to handle me with care and gentle as the nurses there as well. I explained to Dr.Bernard that I couldn’t walk as I was limping the whole time. He then proceeds to run a few test with my knee and was advised to be admitted in the hospital for further treatment. He then proceeds to do his “magic doctor treatment” and my knee turned out to be good the next day, not 100% recovered but somehow able to walk and able to discharge from the hospital. 5 days later came for an appointment with Dr.Bernard he is happy and satisfied that I’m able to Walk,Jump,Run and do other sorts of activities. I’m really happy and satisfied that I ran into Dr.Bernard!!

    Was here today to take my booster vaccine. Its very messy the whole experience is poorly bad. I would prefer 1000 times better at KLCC (both 1st and 2nd Vaccine were taken there) And there are soooooo many foreigners in this ppv the RELA and people in-charge is not friendly at all, mybe they dont know how to communicate bcos they are just shouting here n there asking people coming in the foyer and seat. Odour is bad, there is not enough. Its a nightmare.

    My husband just finish his operation in this hospital. I'm very happy with all services in this hospital. Started from 1st day until he discharge, all staff very friendly with him. Especially his doctor, Dr Loh Kok Leong and Dr Arun very responsible with his patient. Very easy to discuss and friendly. Also staff for customer service, Miss Becky very helpful person. Overall I'm very happy with this hospital. Thank you.

    The hospital attended to my 88 yrs old mums hip fracture ops succesfully. The staff and hospital facilities are super great. Mr Jak the CEO and Dr Bernard the surgeon were somply great and wonderful people who assisted. Highly recomended hospital.

    Please double check with your medical bills as they charged me double for the covid test. It took alot of time for the finance department to return the over payment as the officer took a LONG rest for her very Precious Lunch. :) The pharmacy department was also terrible, the doctor asked for the lips ointment however the pharmacist gave me an ointment for the RECTUM. HOLY if i wasn't careful enough, i might apply rectum ointment on my lips. Luckily the Ent doctor Dr Khairina is professional enough to cover the shortcomings of their finance and pharmacy department.

    Admitted for 4 days to ward 401c. I was impressed with the service in the hospital. Patient is their priorities. Thank you Dr Loh ( gen surgeon ) and Dr Wong ( medical ) for taking care of me and the nurses in the ward ( SN Ashikin, SN Rajes and the team ) . Keep it up!! You did a good job !     Waiting for result for body check here. Made appointment at 10am, arrive at 9.50am. Have to wait 4 patients before me. What's the point of making appointment. Surely no one wants to stay in hospital waiting. Please improve on this!!!!! On a good note doctor and nurse are friendly.

    I've been here for the promo health check package. Parking space is very limited. Environment looks new and clean. Have to wait about 10 minutes with less than 3 visitors at lobby early morning for registration. Staffs are too busy to attend your need, I have to ask whether can proceed to leave after wait for another 10 mins doing nothing. Doctor L just skim through the results and say very little despite several highlighted areas after review the report at home. Literally stay in doctor room for less than 2 minutes to review 2 reports with no other visitors during appointment time. Worst consultation ever and you get what you paid for especially at discounted price. The good side is they have their own lab and report is available within 2 hours.

    It all started when I walked in and ask to do dengue blood test. I was told that first day of fever is not accurate therefore I request for dripping to makes me feel better. I then was told it is mandatory to do swap test (even tho I told them I did it this morning) After the test is done, then only I was told “we do not recommend to do dripping if suspected dengue it will make it worst” I agreed to that, yet 15mins later the doctor came to me again and tell me “I can do dripping for you”. I then reply him what if I have dengue and it got critical because of that. Only then the doctor change his speech “ya so we won’t be doing dripping” (WTH? Just How Money Minded the Hospital are?) At The End, I was just given “Rapid Test”, “2 penadol” and charged RM 400

    Went for medical check up. Whole process took more than 5hrs. Staffs were generally friendly and kinda helpful but overall procedure were manual with lots of paperwork. However, I’m just too surprised by their lousy standard in terms of COVID-hygiene. They did not sanitize their screening equipments such as x ray, ECG, etc before or after use. The only professional one is at ultrasound station where the staffs were thorough and attentive and they cleaned down the machines.

    Just went for booster dose. The service is so bad. Totally no procedures and very very messy. I got the appointment from mysejahteta and yet they asked me why i come and told me that I shouldn't because there's another 3 days to reach 6 mths from 2nd dose. What!! Asked doctor d reasons for being late, DC responded need to change n minum kopi first !!! Appointment for eyes specialist at 2pm but told DC would start afternoon operating hours at 2.30pm !!!     Dr Ng Cheong Keat (gynae) is a good doctor. He explain the risk if I would like to induce labor. He explained in very details so that I can make a decision whether to wait for the delivery pain to come and induce labor. Very good service. Dr Alexander Chan (Paedatric) provide is very friendly many advice to the new mum. Whenever I need advisory on how to handle newborn baby, doctor gave advice and i can handle my baby better
