Totally disappointed with the emergency doc behaviour 12th November 2018 1700. We got doctor letter from klinik 1 malaysia because my husband thumb cutting is too deep. At KKB,the nurse opened his wound and it starts bleeding. They said have to wait for doc to check. Waited for 2 hours and i asked the doc when will be my husband turn as he is bleeding still. The doctor said "LAMBAT LAGI,TENGOK SINI ADA KES SERIUS LAGI.LUKA DIA SIKIT SAJA.KALAU TAK BOLEH TUNGGU BOLEH BALIK TAK APA"!!!! What the hell. What kind of doctor to say like this??? Thats means he have to bleeds till he is half life then only can be treated? The doc dont even check my hubby's hand and say like this. I dont hink he is even qualified to be called a doctor at all. Some more,been waiting there,the doctor is sitting and writing all the time,i didnt even see him check any patients. All he means he is busy was sitting laughing and USE eyes to see the patients. I think the management should check this out. As a doc,a small wound can cost a life. He said like this. What kinda hospital is this? Even hospital teluk intan is far more better than the docs here? There are 2 docs and few nurses there and cant even managed to look after all patients inside the emergency ward. Really disappointing

The place is otherwise ok..but the treatment from the staff is somewhat annoying. One MO who was in a clearly PMS state dragged her emotions into dealing with her patients (blurted out curses). Not all people coming to this hospitals are orang kampung, and irrespectable of classes, people should be treated like people not like dogs. If you are an MO or other staff working here and reading this, bear in mind that no one forced you to become medical pratitioners other than yourselves and should you be in this field you should respect others. Remember what you give is what you get.

2 hour waiting call for check blood test my baby but staff say no document to submit.. I am confused

Came to dispensary and waited for 45 minutes for them to take their own sweet time to sit and slowly "isi" ubat. Boleh lg duduk and selamber lekat label ubat. Mak ai.. If i knew government job be this easy for me to santai2, I would've joined when i was young! Makan gaji buta!

Very poor service , my sister have her cannula for almost an hour after blood test and she’s been waiting for her turn almost a day!!!!! she’s nauseated and dizzy because of the lateness . Ended up getting the cannula off from her at ED and straight go to KPJ to get proper treatment. Pls fix KKM MALAYSIA .

Staffs are talking, surfing, chatting rather than entertaining patients. 1 star because it's the only choice.

Service 5star for a district hospital. From registration to Triaging till seeing dr. Despite many patients on the weekend,they were profesional and efficient. Thank you Hospital Kkb.

Very poor service , I don’t know what’s wrong with the “kerani” at register counter , she very rude to patients . What’s wrong with migrain pain ? You have any problem with that ? Keep asking only migrain pain not others pain ? And talking very loud to give other patient hear ? And very very sarcastic person and not respectful to older patient. Please HKKB tell your clerk to treat the patient well not being sarcastic to any PATIENT!

There should be an announcement in your website, or on the entrance, that accees to outpatient start at 10.30!! We came before 8 am and were turned back, this is so frustrating! Why is it so difficult to put up notices, such a waste of time, never mind your Vision and mission!

Really disappointed. Kkb hospital still not improved. The service very poor. Called 999 need ambulance assistant for my elderly mom, she having chest pain vomit giddy difficult to breathing, hospital staff said no ambulance available and very rude on of the second guy spoken to me. Then we arrenge transport send my mom to hospital. Service was slow and not allowed my mom to emergency ward. Still waited for q number. My mom keep on vomiting and sit on wheel chair. Still no one help my mom.

I don't really had any physical experience there than just a phone call. honestly, i felt the presence of rudeness right away.But as the conversation went further, i shocked...shocked...i mean, shockingly shocked.real shock as :- 1. They have no computerized system 2. The Ward are still using admission card or book.(to trace that, they need to search manually. To look for a record, you need to give an exact date. If not, come back later with the date or they cant help) this is the information i've been told.. true or not need to find out..maybe KKB locals can verify or rectify these facts. Isn't fair for KKB folks to have such a standard for their healthcare needs..why ?
