Neat, tidy and everything seems in orderly manner. To be fair, much better than Kuala Kubu Bharu hospital.

Basically the flow for patient in this clinic is much better than any Klinik Kesihatan that I have been to despite high number of patients coming. Do expect some waiting time but the KKM staff here tried as best as they could to minimize the waiting time. If you can come using taxi or Grab, please do so as there is limited parking space here.

I have a close counter situation with a +ve covid patient in thier fever corner.. not very safe because the Covid Assessment Center in the clinic.. and some +ve pt came to the fever corner

Yaaaw, you guys need to hire an actual admin to handle yo calls. Operation starts at 8, ive called more than a dozen times since and still no one has picked up. Yet you insist every time to call the clinic. Whats wrong with u! Then bile tak nak layan review burok you comment response with hiv cek la and what not, all i need is to reschedule the date of my appointment to which you berani2 warning last time if I do not mention cancellation then wait 6 months for next appointment.

Professional doctors and nurses. Frequently congested but always manageable.

The best kkm compared with other kkm place... hopefully gov can upgrade the facilities for staff. all the staff are professional.. i had sec dec burn half off my left arm.. the doc and nurses are nice and chage my bandage and clean my hand,i feel lest pain then other kkm i go a day before.. thanks for that.. serendah kkm are worth to go to..

Pls answer the call from patient. You're declare as hospital but not answering call at all. How to get appointment or check nurse or doc availability before coming hospital. Do think all cn drive just to get small Info such as reschedules all. Pls

I registered for covid 19 vaksin 2 nov 2021 as a student tht need to enter the college 8 nov 2021. The didn't give me any date, they just told me that they will call me for vaccination. But until now 5 nov 2021 no call. Tommorow is saturday(6nov) is the last day I could get vaccine if they call because this clinic close at sunday(7 nov) and my date to college is 8 nov.

Hahaha really really upset bila kita tanya dia, dia tanya kita balik. Tah pape tah elok berhenti je la kalau macam tu cara layanan nya. Kalau dia ada anak, mesti orang lain akan layan anaknya begitu juga. Ingat kiffarah Allah.

Very slow service in this clinic no one treat patient as human being.. Very bad .. Nurses are very urealiable they don't do their was of manpower and waste of salary paying .. Government pls take precaution and action to this professional who don't perform and having easy salary monthly
