Bad experience for my first visit. Short of product on my meal that i order. I was pay for double beef rio burger but only get single beef rio burger and some more Missing 2 of my fries. Should check all product before release to customer. Very disappointed. Even can’t reach shop phone number. Please be more sensitive and carefully when serving people.

There is no signage to inform that both 1 of the 2 drive thru order machine and pick up counter was not functional. Had to get down from the car and find out why and where to get the food. The staff at the delivery counter was just talking on the phone, didn't bother to inform nor offer assistance and staff from the pick up counter sure took their time to get our foods. They gave me impression and spoke as though I was supposed to know that only one counter is functional. First the food given wad less the drinks. Then had to u-turn back. Then got short changed with small milo instead of coke. Overall service with us running and forth took 50 minutes. For 1st time visit, this drive thru experience was very disappointing. The staff's crisis management, customer service and proper signages is sorely lacking. Management please buck up!

Very spacious, clean area. We enjoy our hot drinks at 11pm while it's raining outside. However, it took quite a time to get our only drinks order while only few customers.

I came here a few days ago, parking was easy, ordering is okay, food is fine. But i ordered 2 sets of meal and supposedly to get 2 drinks but only received 1. So i went back, asking the staff for the drink, and she said i have to wait for a few minutes. I was like, it just a ready-made drink, why would they have to take a long time to make it. I asked the other staff for the second time and my drink was already on the counter. Wasting my time to wait for nothing.

Got some plenty Workstuff to do at home, bought 10 Mcd Spicy FC on FoodPanda plus noted i want the Chest & Tight part, Paid for RM72.10 not much expensive compared to others, i can be tolerate about not getting the Chest & Tight part, but i only received 5 Mcd FC, asking for where is my another 5 Mcd FC? They despatch a rider to sent over, yet the rider arrived im telling not even touching/Eating the order i get & giving back him & he is handing over the package telling this is the 10 pieces Mcd FC & sorry mishap, and then lunch times... Tadaaaa the same 5 Mcd FC in the box, 5 Mcd FC only..... solution is, goes to MCD Premise and selfpickup the order mishap item.. *Wasting My times *Wasting My Fuels. *Ruining Lunch Moods. #Do please please be concerns about this situation, customer ordering via Delivery B'coz of not having a much time to selforder at premise compound. Last week I drive thru to buy breakfast, when they brought me hot coffee, the coffee was not tightly capped, because of their negligence, my hands were scalded by the hot coffee. It's really hot!

I had a very unpleasant experience. I bought meals from drive thru and when I got back home while eating.. There was a very smelly smell around. We tried checking and found that the drink tray was stinking. I believe it was taken out from trash since the smell was that bad!!!! Extremely bad that we can 100% say it came from trash!!! We literally threw all the balance food and did not bother returning to the outlet due the time. This shows the outlet cleanliness & Hygiene is super bad! To others reading this review pls just beware about this.

It's better to drive thru if you want fast service. I walk in and need to wait up to 15minutes and above for my food to be prepared. Food taste okay

Among the worst McD I have ever been. Apart from some menu was always (all the time) not available, there seems no system in managing orders. Seems everyone (staff) want to get things done by doing every order that is coming in regardless from walk-in or drive thru, but seems nothing was moving at all. It cause me to wait for my walk-in order of a Happy Meal more than 30 minutes and that was because they don't have Ice Milo and failed to ask me if I want to change to something else. When I get my order after asked for it, and after they finally informed me about Ice Milo inavailability, (and I agreed to change it to regular coke) the happy meal come with previous version of toys which was given 3 or 4 months ago. They should have inform us earlier, at least my boys won't be so devastated just because he cannot get the toys he want.

Thank god Bukit Sentosa got McDonalds no need to go to Rawang anymore :3

Went for ice-cream n coffee at night there. Our order was not too big but still waited for too long. Need to improve it.

This mcd staff always give incomplete order. Request receipt but still give incomplete order. visa card pay promotion always not get free items. I prefer to go to MCD at emerald near anggun AEON rawang. But the superb service mcd should give to MCD MRR2.

If you come here during peak hours (usually dinner especially Friday night) you might face some issue like unavailable menu, mediocre services and the worst part.... incomplete order. Other than peak hours, they manage to serve their customers just fine.

Just another McDonald's drive thru. Ordered via drive thru, staff was friendly and she even apologise a few times because of the delay.

Food in mcD were just like 3 star rating... I upgraded soft drink to milo without ice but it came with ice and that too not like Milo but just taste like tablespoon Milo to one cup...😣

Macdonalds quality has certainly dropped. Imagine, having big breakfast egg with chilli sauce and the egg is no more the fluffy kind we used to get. Horrible food experience.
