Was here for their latest seasonal menu - chicken curry with rice. Didnt disappoint us. However, it would be better if theyre abit clear with express pick up counter. I was there clueless on where to go after placing my order for pick up thru the phone. I went to most left lane where there was a small sign of express pick up counter, but no one attended me. Had to queue normally instead.

Parking space is one of my concerned. Service crew is polite and friendly.

Delicious chicken! Just a typical Jollibee restaurant with the same food quality (though I can’t say for certain as others have experienced otherwise). This branch in Seria is much smaller making the waiting space for ordering at the kiosk or pick up very inconvenient. It gets very crowded especially during the lunch rush. When at Jollibee, you must order: CHICKEN JOY. The crunchiest, juiciest, non greasy fried chicken you can find! Deliciously seasoned and goes well with the salty creamy gravy. You can order original or spicy (it is pretty spicy). Not a lot of people know this but gravy is refillable (FOC) when dining in. Just bring your empty gravy container and ask for a refill. JOLLY SPAGHETTI. Get it as a set with the chicken/yam burger or ala carte. This spaghetti is Filipino style so don’t expect it to be Italian standard. The bolognese sauce is on the sweeter side with minced meat, sausages and cheddar cheese. YUM BURGER. As the name suggests, it sure is a yummy burger. Its pretty basic with a beef patty, bun and their yummy sauce (tastes something like thousand island with mayonnaise and a bit of chili). CHOCOLATE SUNDAE. Really love their chocolate sundae, so nostalgic. It’s a milky vanilla ice cream with hot chocolate syrup on top. Or you can opt for a VANILLA TWIRL which is the cheapest ice cream you can get ($0.80).

The taste never changed. At least for me. Not sure about the price though. I have always liked the spaghetti. But the portion is a bit too small for adults.

Famous for its Chickenjoy menu. I prefer their Champ burger. Environment is great but needs improvement on seat arrangement.

I received my order pretty fast but the burger was not warm. The beef was barely lukewarm and the fries were stale. I'd rather they took their time and made my order fresh. Service was fine.

Went here to get my take-away lunch. The new makeover looks nice and modern but can they make the corridor and waiting area any more NARROWER?? Feels like I’m going through a ‘pasar malam’/night market crowd. Self-service counter was an added bonus but where’s the option to choose chicken parts? Had to squeeze through the crowd to get to the counter to request my desired chicken part. Waiting time to claim my food was an absolute horror fest. Waited more than 30 minutes only to be greeted with a wrong meal. Literally a flop Jollibee it’s giving hornets and wasps in a bee costume

Kudos to Jollibee Seria branch, the food and service was great, and the staff were friendly. I will definitely recommend your branch to my family and friends.
