ENT doctor is good but behaviour of the counter person and other staff who are all ladies don't treat the people properly. They waste a lot of time and don't know how to talk with respect. Clinic could have prospered this things are taken care....

Dr. Narayana is an extremely empathetic doctor. He goes beyond the issue and counsels the patient and explains the issue at hand. In today's time it is extremely rare to find such a dr who is selfless and giving. Highly recommended for any mouth and dental related issues. Additionally he also spends quality time in answering all the questions.

Doctor is excellent.... but the admin needs improvement... no token system and they make you wait for hours together... I know a women and kid waited till 10:30PM for consulting...

I was suffering from acute pain on my upper right tooth while chewing. I suspected it to be a wisdom tooth issue and consulted my regular dentist to provide a proper diagnosis. To my surprise, everything checked out well and they didn't provide me any root cause and suggested eating soft food if the pain resurfaces. I took a second opinion from Dr. Narayana and he was able to precisely pinpoint my issue on the x-ray. It turned out to be an orthodontic problem with improper teeth alignment leading to irregular pressures on my cheek bone and jaw while eating which in-turn translated into a persistent soft tissue pain. I am glad Dr. Narayana helped find the root cause and am confident in receiving the right treatment from him going forward.
