I took a 90 minute Swedish de-stress message. Went to the place with a prior appointment. 1. When I reached the spa, there was no one at the counter to provide assistance. After calling out a few hello the masseuse walks in. She charged me 7000 plus for a 90 minute massage before the start of it. 2. The music system didn’t work even after trying a few times (between the messages) so I had play spa music on my phone. 3. Between the message, the spa manager kept knocking the door incessantly. Eventually the masseuse had to pause the message and go open the door. (And mind you all this while the client was all naked lying in bed, in the middle of the message) and guess to ask what ? Just to check when will she get done. Which is quite stupid and pointless. Cause the register at the counter had the start time along with the duration, he couldn’t have simply read that also there was no other client of hers waiting for her and the spa was absolutely empty when I walked out) 4. They don’t have laches to the door. So it’s extremely unsafe to not just get a massage but also to shower afterwards keeping your belongings outside the wash. Overall it gave me a feel of a shady spa ! One should avoid it and explore better spa’s that will be much more safe and reasonable !

This spa is at the main road. Parking a car is not a problem here as it is on top of a hotel. Staff is friendly and therapists are really comforting and give ears to the pain points. This place can be considered one among the top places to get a massage. Room's ambience is awesome and the 5 rating of this review is mainly coz of this. The terrible experience. I don't recommend zivaya for anyone.better u can choose some other spa,you can get the good service atleast. I was been to zivaya for the first time. They showcase the ambiance but inside not. Very poor communication and attitude therapist. Worst in client handling. I took the package of the healing touch of 6500/- The body massage went well. The facial went worse... The therapist has poor communication, attitude, While doing the facial the cream,jel went inside my nose in a high quantity,I couldn't able to breath while she doing the facial also..,that much good experience she had in her profession.She embarrass the client with her words. I felt really bad and i wasted my good amount to get this pathetic experience. Worst.....worst.....worst.......

I was looking for some destressing after a 32hour flight while staying at Le Meridien and decided to get a massage. Spoke with Manoj who gave me recommendations based on what I was looking for - ended up getting fusion therapy for 90 minutes. They were very flexible and helpful setting everything up. A few minutes prior to my appointment, Mercy called to let me know that my room was ready and welcomed me in when I got there. She led me to my room and Pem took care of me. I like hard pressure and Pem didn't disappoint. Great job overall! They were all very helpful and gave me a very de-stressing experience. Would recommend, for sure.

Visited Zivaya for Spa services today. Good palce… Rajesh received us very well… Aliza was the one who served us… very happy with her service. Few major Things needs immediate attention are the steam & washrooms…in washroom the water is getting jammed and steam is not at all hot…
