An authentic Italian experience. The food; the views and the experience this place has to offer is truly wonderful! I would recommend the Bianca Al Tartufo and the Caprese Di Bufala E Pomodro. Overall it was an amazing experience. Definitely coming back again!

The restaurant has a beautiful ambiance.The table setting is outstanding. The complementary bread basket was excellent. The service at Ottimo is laid back and understaffed . The Lobster Ravioli and Salmon on burnt Mango wood had a stale taste to it. The entire dining experience was very average with no flavour to remember. The cocktails served had almost no presentation apart from the glassware.

The restaurant had a set menu that was served when we went, located overlooking the lake and hence a good view from the roof. Food was good, the presentation even more so. Special call-out for the Purple potato antipasti, toasted bread with butter and the stuffed chicken mains. The service is not the fastest but the wait builds for a full appetite. We faced weird snags though, we asked two of the service team members for toasted bread which they had earlier served because it was amazing, we never got it, even after us hearing them tell the chef. Secondly they served us uneven amounts of sparkly wine, one glass was filled decently the other one was just filled with whatever the bottle had left in it. The experience is generally good. The dessert was also a new experience given the first experience with a sweet risotto. Would recommend a visit on a lazy night where you have time to kill and food to enjoy

Finally they open post pandemic. Got to try it out on the first day of opening and the meal as a whole was a worthy experience. Good bread basket and cheese (buttery) dips. Ambience One of the highlights of the experience here. Lovely view from the balcony of the newly built bridge and the durgam cheravu lake. Despite the large central open kitchen, you neither see the smoke or have the smell of cooking filling the air. What I loved the most was also how they had glass walls to make sure even the person seated facing away from the counter gets a good glimpse of whats cooking. Service Was on the slower side. Plus, we checked with the staff if they offered milkshakes or could accommodate a request to serve it. To which we were informed they have milkshakes, but do not serve at the restaurant - made me wonder what was the point! Otherwise courteous and friendly.

Authentic Italian restaurant in ITC kohenur. Ambience is outstanding and also has outdoor seating overlooking durgam Cheruvu lake and cable Bridge. Ordered minestrone soup amd mushroom soup. Minestrone was excellent and tingled the taste buds however mushroom was equally disappointing. Had ordered pumpkin ravioli which made our day, simply divine. Pizza was usual and have had pizzas of better quality in Rome. All in all a good culinary experience.

Average food at best, and really over priced but a great tiramisu and is convenient as a hotel guest.

Extremely nice experience. We were served by Harvendra and he was so sensitive to everything that we needed. So much that he made sure to communicate that our food will be served late as our sons order was not ready and they did not want kid to be served later than adults. Drinks menu was not served without asking because we had our 9 years old son with us. It was good to see a restaurant in india which thinks so much about kids. Awesome food, amazing service and really well groomed staff

It was an amazing experience to dine at Ottimo Cucina in ITC kohenur on our anniversary. All thanks to Ms. Shikha who made sure we had a private dining experience (we didn't even ask for one) with a beautiful balcony view. The hospitality, presentation, upkeep of the place was top notch. The most important of all was the food. We agreed it was the best italian food we ever had. The balance of flavours was spot on and the plating was exquisite. And as a surprise the chef, Ms. Shikha (sorry if I'm getting the name wrong) met with us, explained the dishes we ordered and suggested desserts, arranged for a cake on the house. Again, making our experience even more fulfilling. It was an absolute 10/10. Thank you.

The decor and the interiors was very good and rustic. The bread basket with butter was nice. Pizza and the chicken was average.

Meal for ants that's what the portions are a platter had 4 portions of meat. Beer bottle with cap closed was kept on table without pouring it into glass, took them a while to figure out they mess up. For ITC brand name they have bad attention to detail They have a pub next door and it gets annoyingly loud where a conversation is next to impossible inside the restaurant

Only the view was good in this place. For the exorbitant price, the food tasted so cheap. We ordered minestrone soup, risotto, and pizza. The pizza was too short on veggies. Risotto was too salty. Minestrone was too ordinary compared to the likes of Olive Garden. Overall we were soundly disappointed: Perhaps we expected a bit too much looking at all the reviews. Will not go there again, neither will recommend to others.

Went to this Italian restaurant at ITC Kohenur for lunch today which gets high ratings in Italian cuisine category. - Live music was loud so sat outside. Service sucked. The waiters wouldn’t even get water. No table cloth. Later we moved inside as it was getting hot outside. Again, no water till we tried hard to get someone's attention. - ⁠The restaurant only had buffet and no alacarte. Which was a bummer. - ⁠The food sucked royally. Even the pizza was bad. Desserts were awful. - ⁠Penne pasta was undercooked and hard. Prawns risotto was good, but took forever to come. - ⁠When the bill came it had two entries lunch buffet food and lunch buffet soft drinks. We are like what the hell. They insisted that the two items were part of the buffet. They never told us drinks were part of the buffet and didn’t even ask us if we wanted soft drinks. - Then asked for espresso post lunch. No waiter would come. Had to get up and go to the restaurant reception and asked for espt. Waited for over ten minutes for the espresso to come. Eventually gave up. Paid the bill and left. - There were more staff than the guests, yet not one had the sense to ask if we needed anything. - Never going back again.

The food was great and the ambience was good too. I expected more from the hospitality. There was no special warmth or attention from the staff that I have generally observed in every other restaurant in Hyatt, ITC, trident etc.

Awesome Italian restaurant with great city views. We had the Arancini and the tagliatelle. Food was delicious! An Italian gem in Hyderabad. Suraj was wonderful.

Ottimo is an Italian food lover's dream. The plating was just clever and beautiful. The ambience manages to hit the sweet spot with warm yellow lightings and fresh flowers with red brick walls. We tried the burrata and the parmigiana and they both were just fabulous. The served breads and cheese to begin with and the cheese was their in house speciality. The desserts were smartly done and would leave you wanting for more. Definitely try the panna cotta - it's where the smartness of this place come into play.

The place is good with nice ambience which most people would be impressed with. The location is right opposite of Inorbit mall and well built with good exteriors and interiors along with sufficient space for parking and supportive staff. The Ottimo restaurant is on the roof top where there is also the Skypoint bar which serves alcohol and beverages. While options at Ottimo restaurant are acceptable with cuisines of Thai, Italian, Mexican and Indian the menu at Skypoint specially the starters is very limited. The food is just average and the service is slow too but it's the ambience which everyone would like to spend some time with family and friends.

I visited Ottimo Cucina Italiana for a semi casual business meeting. We were 5 of us and we ordered goat cheese, two varieties each of Pizzas and Pasta. We also ordered Ravioli and dessert. The prices are very high and the quantity of dessert is very less. Pizza and Ravioli was fine but other items could be better given the prices. Overall it is a nice place, good quality food with fine dining experience but the prices are exorbitant.

We have given so many chances to Ottimo in last few years and I can only say it is a disappointment. Food is great, but staff continues to be arrogant. I doubt they want to serve. They rush you with billing and don’t take your membership numbers.

You shound go there for the view from their balcony alone. The pricing is outrageous. Compared the other restaurants in ITC and other 5 star restaurants in the neighbouring. BUT just when you think the food will be worth the price.. You'll be disappointed again.

It has beautiful view of the Durgam Chervu cable bridge. The outdoor sitting is for 4 max. Menu options are good for Vegetarians also.

Ottimo is not upto the mark. All the foreign chefs have left India after Corona. Food is very average this time. There is lot of scope for improvement. The restaurant is very noisy. They started a pub next to it. You may not find it as a quiet place. Average food with lot of noise.

Excellent variety of dishes on the menu to suit every palate. Especially delicious was the lobster ravioli with bisque, and the outstanding panacotta was simply perfect. All this accompanied by very attentive service from Rohit. Thank you...We will be back again!
