We loved our stay here! The apartments are well maintained and clean. Everyone on the staff is helpful and respectful. Mr. Manoj is very friendly and prompt at responding to any inquiries or requests. Lavanya and Jagannath were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. We'll definitely stay here again the next time we're in Hyderabad. We were also very thankful to management as they waved off our electricity bill both times we stayed here.

Our stay was excellent at Olive. Specious 1 BHK well maintained apartment at a great location. Only negative point - electricity bill is not included in the room rate. You have to pay the bill separately based on the consumption (₹12/Unit). This was not informed while we booked.

The place is amazing. Exactly as advertised. I made a mistake while making the booking and Lavanya was very helpful in helping me change it. Jagannath was very prompt in his responses whenever we needed anything. Also, Mr Manoj & the cleaning crew were very thorough.The property is also tucked away so there’s no traffic noise to keep you up at night. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Pleasant stay at Olive - Gachibowli. Service to its best. Jaganath and Manoj hospitality was to the satisfaction. Will definitely recommend stay at Olive.

1. Spanking clean rooms on arrival and regular cleaning service - floor & surface cleaning, trash removal, bathroom cleaning & bed sheets + towels diligently replaced every 2 days. 2. Stocked with all necessary kitchen appliances, utensils, toiletries and other furnishings. 3. Washing and drying units available on top floor. 4. Reliable high speed internet and power connection. In case of power failure, generator back up kicked in within 10-15 seconds. 5. Checkin/checkout process was hassle free. We were provided with multiple contacts to coordinate the stay. Kudos to the team really - you are delivering a great customer experience. 6. Room was well lit. The only slight negative would be that the window faced the adjacent bldg, so the curtains had to be drawn. Overall, a very positive expertise of stay for 2 weeks.

Manoj and the entire staff were very prompt and courteous. We had a great stay at this apartment. Very comfortable and good amenities in room.

Stayed here for a week. Pros: Excellent location to offices, eating joints Comfortable Clean Manoj who is property manager was very helpful. Only suggestion to management When customer confirms booking please highlight that Electricity will be in addition Cleaning willbe either twice a week or alternate days based on booking status.

Had excellent stay at this property ..Felt like being at home thanks to Jagannath and Manoj for taking care of us ..will definitely visit soon and must try if you want to feel like home 👍🏼
