Went there to buy 65” Led TV and after all the dilemma purchased a Samsung TV. They have all the home appliances and kitchen appliances in this store. I feel that they should offer one day delivery to customers as waiting for 2 days isn’t acceptable as most of the retailers offer one or same day delivery. The people are friendly here and they explain about anything you ask. Good store. 🙂

I went this store to buy one boat airdopes. But what they are showing in online, those exact items not available in their store. So, I had to return back and purchased same kind from other store. The store was looking good, but not sure why less variety of product exist.

The experience I had was great as recently purchased a wifi router however there comes a twist as my experience turned to just average as router was not the one I required because the internet provider who I was connecting with updated recently to optic fibre earlier it was ethernet cable internet connection So, went back to the store and a representative was simply saying NO even without asking the purchase details if purchased recently or not and later informed the same and had a talk with the manager and still rejected So, the reason was just opened the seal to check the device if it works for me or not I was completely irritated as this information was not given at the time of purchase like what are the return policies even when I asked they said only you can return if not working 10 - 14 Importantly did not inform that it should not be opened, if they would have informed that it would not have come to this situation

Please take care of your come manager. He is behaving very rudely towards the customers. He is also not giving the proper information about gadgets. He is disrespectful to the customers and not giving the proper services to them. I hope the customers won't and don't go over Croma Panjagutta.

i called like 5-6 times, no one responds properly, once they picked up, the executive said he'll call back in 15min but did not, i even put a request for call back, no response as well

Big size, lots of choices, but staff have to be called whenever you have a query, select yourself and find someone for billing. Bought a tab yesterday, more than brand or variant I called for a staff. In store service can be improved.

Staff only helpful if you are buying a tv or phone. Poor customer attention for other items. Wheel chair accessible. Ramp available. Big enough isles for mobility. Less range in other electrical items. Too crowded at the billing area.

Have been a customer for Croma for quite a few years now. Today bought a smart fitness band here at the store 🏬, what makes Croma special is customer service provided by the staff. I liked a model online and when visited the store though it was not in the display, staff had helped locate it from the store room and provide it. Prices are competitive, service is always a plus.

One of my worst experience was me and my frnd wanted to buy latops they only had display piece I asked them that i want to purchase 2 laptops they didn't give any discount even on Christmas and new year, I paid them advance they gave me bill in that bill they manipulated the amount of laptop..
