We rode our scooters out to a tiny sign pointing to Sing Sing Waterfall. There were a couple guys there that wanted to be guides for us as we hiked up to the first two of three falls. We wandered through a teak tree farm with giant leaves on the teak trees. The first falls was an almost flat walk up to the falls. It is a pretty falls but not as impressive as the second. The trek up the side of the canyon really got steep and would have been really tough if it were raining but after 10 or 15 minutes we arrived at the second falls. We stripped down to our suits and headed in to the pool and then stood under the falls. It has enough height that it is uncomfortable under the falling water. After a refreshing swim and a few photos we headed back. Awesome little hike to take.

We visited during the rainy season and had a nice time, lots of water. We walked up to the Sing Sing resort and asked them about the falls. They were very kind and showed us a staircase down to the second falls in the back of the resort. The stairs were very overgrown with weeds and there were mosquitos so have bug spray. Some climbing required to get to the water. Much prettier than the first falls based on the pictures I saw. We had the place to ourselves. We had a nice lunch at the resort after with an amazing view. This was a good way to avoid the local 'guides' who want money.

It was a nice walk from our hotel Padmasari, but unfortunately the waterfall was dried out and some of the fishes were fighting to survive in the little water which was left under the place which was a waterfall some time ago. It was very sad to look at. We are asking ourselves if this is the climate change or the waterfall is available only during the rain period. But it has made us thinking.

Difficult climb to the second Waterfall, certainly not for the unfit, but worth it for the swim in the cold water.

About a 5-10 minute walk down from the hotel here. Nice waterfall, the path was very overgrown when we went making it abit ropey- not an easy stroll. We didn’t both with a guide we just googled it and found it 🤣

I’d give 4 stars for the experience but the falls themselves aren’t spectacular so 3 stars. We chose Sing-Sing because its the only waterfall in reasonable walking distance from our villa. We opted to do what Alex Hummel suggested- walk to the Sing Sing Resort. From our villa it took about 1 hr and 30 mins along a lovely back track through the villages. Note there’s a very steep climb to the resort at the end, but we are in our early 40’s with low-moderate fitness and we managed, so you can too. We ate lunch there, the food was very nice (North Bali is still recovering from the pandemic- do visit now as it’s quiet), enjoyed the spectacular view to the ocean, and then went down to the waterfall via the stairs at the back of the resort. As described they were very overgrown (maybe the resort will clip the bush back when they get customers again) and definitely take insect repellent. But it’s short and only slightly perilous. It was raining and it was ok. I had a refreshing swim and we had the place completely to ourselves!!! We did not see any of these pushy touts others described, and the waterfall was free. A beautiful day of exploring the region for us. Note we went in wet season- March 2023.

I visited the waterfalls early March when it had been raining, and they were amazing. The water was so refreshing and was flowing strongly (so much that I couldn’t get underneath the falls for fear I’d drown!!) Thank you to the other reviewers who have mentioned the scam with the guides. Armed with their information, I advised the guy who tried to follow me that I didn’t need a guide and he left me alone! You won’t need a guide as long as you find the parking area, then go directly across the street. There is a concrete roadway that ends at a small dirt path. Just follow the path (beside the small culvert) and you will find your way no problem. Invest the first waterfall, you simply cross the concrete wall and up the steps, then follow the rocky path (slippery when wet) to get to the second falls. I was very lucky in that I had the whole place to myself - and it was awesome!!

There are actually two waterfalls in Singsing area. One of them is about a few hundred meters from the public road and the other one is a bit deeper steeper inside.

💦 Wow! 💦 Such an amazing and cool waterfall especially in raining season. Easy to find but drive not to far up hill. It's a easy 300 meter walk 👣 to the waterfall. I read on the internet about a second waterfall. We couldn't cross to the other side because there was too much water coming down. Definitely worth visiting!

Not an impressive waterfall in the dry season, but a very beautiful place. It's also worth going a little downstream!

No entrece fee but a small parking fee. You can park in front of the strance. You have to do a small hike to get to the waterfall but it not much, also keep going to get to the viewer point

Great waterfall, but we couldn't swim since the water was too strong after the rain. You can either ask someone to guide you there following the stream upwards or go directly to Sing Sing Resort Lovina and walk down a long and overgrown stairway which ends at the waterfall.

Good waterfall to visit as it is not super touristy, easy to get to and has the option of just seeing one waterfall if you can’t comfortably climb to the second. Small parking donation of your choice if you drive / scooter there. There are guides waiting to take you (useful if you want to see the second waterfall in rainy season as it’s quite slippery!). Try to agree a price before going with them - we bartered down to 100K each. Female travellers should take care - we were two girls and after we’d paid and had a perfectly fine experience with the guide he shook our hand and attempted to kiss us both without consent.

Beautiful waterfall & if you are lucky you will see some monkeys.

Waterfall wasn’t as beautiful as others but we were the only people there which was nice. Also, we brought our dog which was fun because she could climb around and go into the water. Unfortunetely, the current and water pressure was so strong going in fully isn’t an option. Also looks too dirty for that.

In June (dry season) the first waterfall was dry. Then you go up a bit more and the other one had some water and was nice to swim in. The water was a bit murky but no animals or bugs in it and very refreshing :)

Nice waterfall but the way down is little bit broken... The owner of the place (Sing sing hotel and restaurant) is not cleaning it... Need to go through the jungles which is super cool but a bit dangerous... Waterfall is also nice... Very good positive energy...

I give this a three star because of the hard trail access and it only has water during the rainy season. It is a great spot to stop though if you know your way or have a guide. It's a ten minute walk to the first falls on a flat jungle trail. From there it's about another ten minute walk to the second falls. This walk is not for the faint of heart or people with mobility issues. If you slip you have the possibility of falling 40 feet. The best part of this place is that there is no fee and nobody is around. Good for a skinny dip😁 or a romantic picnic with that special someone. If you are in the neighborhood give me a call on what's app, I will gladly walk you in.
