Here
is
a
detailed
review
and
why
I
didn't
give
them
1
star.
The
place
was
known
to
be
good
but
mostly
among
the
locals,
the
building
itself
is
pretty
old
and
seems
like
covid
hit
them
worse
than
the
rest
of
places.
Here
is
what
I
hated:
-
Restaurant
was
closed
-
Beach
not
walkable
during
December
season
at
least
-
Room
are
very
very
basic
2
stars
room
-
AC
on
16
degrees
and
I
was
sweating
all
day
-
I
was
sick
and
considered
staying
in
the
hotel
instead
of
going
out
but
the
TV
was
practically
unusable
considering
how
small
and
old
it
is
-
There
is
basically
no
internet
at
all
-
Location
is
quiet
but
nothing
is
around
in
a
walkable
distance
and
you
need
a
car
to
get
to
the
city
-
The
thing
that
broke
me,
I
found
a
few
cockroaches
and
one
big
cockroach
was
on
the
bed
After
4
hours
of
checking
in
I
checkout
and
left
immediately,
this
was
the
worst
place
I
ever
booked
in
my
life
However
the
staff
was
very
understanding,
smiling,
helpful,
apologetic
and
they
refunded
me
my
2nd
night
and
even
tried
to
refund
me
50%
of
the
first
night
but
seems
like
Expedia
&
Agoda
scammed
me
on
this
one
I
give
them
3
stars
because
they
are
nice
people
they
want
to
be
better
and
they
want
to
get
back
to
have
a
nice
place
and
I
hope
they
take
this
feedback
and
change
things
I
suggest
they
mark
themselves
as
a
2
star
hotel
and
become
much
cheaper
and
attract
locals
only
or
fully
revamp
the
hotel
with
new
furniture
ACs
TVs
internet..
Etc
and
improve
the
cleaning
Marketing
advice,
create
a
very
cheap
package
for
locals
from
other
provinces
in
Indonesia,
bring
a
fully
packed
bus
or
2
each
month
during
season,
give
crazy
cheap
prices,
make
the
place
a
live,
bring
out
a
few
activities
improve
service
and
facilities
bit
by
bit
until
the
seasons
next
year
and
then
get
back
to
your
normal
pricing
