I came to this place to have a bite to eat ordered salmon from the post, as a result, the salmon was overcooked, they brought black, asked to change it, as a result, they did not prepare it and it was cold and not fried inside, the staff is friendly, but the quality of their approach to customers is lame, what I can recommend here is hot chocolate that's all have a wonderful day

Overall looks like a super nice place. Food was nice, stuff is friendly. Its definitely not a five stars as there are smokers next to my table. Its all in a closed area. As a non smoker im not a huge fan of breathing someone cigarette. Also a bit confusing when waiter said they use msg (micin) in their food and said they didnt do after. Still not sure is it true or just an excuse as he was super confused. Both factors make me think that ill probably not come here anymore and wouldnt recommend the place to anyone who value its own health. Weather is a bit cold in this area so it might be a good option to have some coverfor guests to use if they got cold

I came here because I had an appointment to sign a file. The kids had already eaten lunch, so we just wanted to have a drink and a snack. So here I ordered avocado, strawberry, pineapple and orange juice, for snacks I ordered french fries, snow cassava and pancakes. Everything I ordered was okay. All the juices are low sugar and according to my taste. It's just that the pancakes are less filled with butter or if possible strawberry jam. Because if only given whipped cream seems less tasty and tastes sour like eating yogurt cream. Although it is helped by the sweetness of marshmelow. But it seems like there should be a jam. For the cassava, it's okay... it's just not rich enough for the sauce... the garnish is okay... there are edible flowers. For the atmosphere in the lake, it's always okay... especially when we came on a rainy day. Oh yaa.... Before coming here, don't forget there is a fee to be paid. A kind of "dana punia" if Balinese people say (voluntary donation or at will) That's all for my review. Hopefully it remains consistent in terms of service as well as the taste of the cuisine. Hopefully I can come back another time. Thank you

View was gorgeous but that’s all that’s great about this location. The food was mediocre at best. Everything was very bland and dry except for the skewers. Mango sticky rice was bland and the texture of the rice was wrong. Service was extremely slow even though there was only 2 tables (40 min to get our food). They brought dessert out first before our meals which made no sense as well.

Stayed here for 1 night during the weekend. Most problematic thing from my stay is the loud music coming from other guests and the other hotels nearby. The staffs insists that the musics can be played freely until 11 PM. But the thing is the music was very loud and noisy which very much disturbs my rest. I couldn’t sleep at all due to the high volume they played, and even when i tried to ask them to lower the volume, they would reject this idea. So disappointed and dissatisfied with this response. My understanding coming here was that this place is a nice place to rest and enjoy the lake view calmly, but what happened was completely the opposite. Wouldn’t have stayed here if i had known sooner regarding this problematic regulations. And i highly suggest that the hotel inform their customers beforehand regarding this policy. Aside from this the room and the view was good. But still would say this wouldn’t be a good choice AT ALL if you want to stay somewhere calm and relaxing. Truly a stressful night for me.

We had coffee, carrot cake, big breakfast, pancakes, beef dish, dumplings, bone marrow. The coffee was first class. As was the pancakes and the big breakfast. Sadly the toast served with the marrow was stale. Also the carrot cake was old and tasted flat however I could imagine the cake would have been really nice it it had been fresh. The service was excellent, staff were really courteous and bubbly, a pleasure to be served by these lovely people. The view and experience was exceptional. The beautiful Lake went from rippled chaotic movement to serene glassy liquidity. The light reflecting on the lake was a joy to behold. We traveled thousands of miles to get to this spot, it was worth the effort.

Location & view of the place is great but not comfortable to stay. There's tons of people in the garden from sunset to midnight, each with their own speaker & music on top of the loud music from the hotel next door and the inhouse cafe upstairs. Almost like a night market. The room is clean but does not have ventilation. To have air circulation in the room, both doors to the garden and the main door must be opened, otherwise it's very stuffy and hot. With the doors open for air, along came in all the noise & music that starts again around 6am every morning. The thin walls make the sounds echo even louder. Overall, if you come to Bedugul to rest, this is not the place. Most guests are families with small children. Staff was wonderful and very helpful from the parking guy to the cafe staff.

Love this place! Excellent service and scenery combined. Very thoughtful for the resto staff in accommodating our requests and allowing our pet (small dog), to have a great time running around the garden and enjoying a by the lake view. Hope to come back and stay the night (or a couple of nights) in the future, if they'll allow my small dog of course. All the best for RUsa by the lake!

We stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms are clean, big bathrooms with water heater. I personally like the pillows, it’s fluffy, it’s perfect! There are only 2 staffs here at the restaurant, with the GM. The 2 staffs are amazing! They are super helpful with whatever we needed. Even if you’re a solo traveler, this place is good coz they would take care of you & make you feel you belong. The only thing is the location, it’s quite secluded & not easy to reach. Other than that, nice venue & bonfires at night. Romantic site.

The view was good. But Theres only 2 waitress to served. We ordered caramel frappucino and ice matcha, they served blended without ice. We was requested for some ice cubes but thats sold out. Very disappointed. If you guys dont have complete ingredients please dont sell it!! Customers will wait for the long queue and long table servings. But if the menus was bad?! So dissatisfied!

We really wanted to enjoy this place. We'd seen the big advertising sign and it caught our interest. It was a little tricky to find. There is a really tiny sign to the right. Basically follow the Joglo Ponduk sign, it's next door. The approach was nice. Ample parking and the frontage is really well designed and looks beautiful. As for food, the coffee was weak and disappointing. The dumplings were great. The Thai fish was fantastic! The chicken was disappointing, small and greasy. The pancakes were nice but I'd guess they were bought in. The staff were lovely, really friendly and attentive. If the coffee was better, I'd probably come back soon and experiment with some of the other dishes. Service and tax really bump up the total price which didn't feel like a good finish to our visit. Sorry. I love you. I'd live for it to be better.

I visited the restaurant at this hotel last weekend. It is a new place on the coast of danau Beratan with a direct view to the Lake The food was tasty. I had Loco Moco and my wife had Salmon Miso Spaghetty. Both of the food was great but we also ordered coffee and I think it needs a bit of an improvement. I can only taste the milk, the taste of the coffee was subdued by the milk Service was great, will be sure to try staying here

Good food.. Friendly staffs. A bit too much flies, but understandable since it's located in the area of organic farm. The restaurant has big windows overlooking the lake. You can take pictures also at their front garden by the lake.
