I can't begin to put into words how amazing our stay was at COMO Ubud. The attention to detail, the gorgeous rooms and amenities...all second to none. The very best, however, was the staff. The people at COMO Ubud are amazing. They were so thoughtful to my particular dietary restrictions and went above and beyond to cater to me when I was sick during my time there. I cannot recommend this hotel enough - once in a lifetime experience and I remain so grateful for how I was treated there.

We stayed at The Como Uma Ubud for seven days, in March just after flights restarted from Australia. This is the most beautiful hotel, traditional Balinese style, however packed with all the creature comforts you could possible need. We visited the restaurants, the spa, the pool and we could say all were absolutely top class. As others have mentioned, the staff are exceptional, friendly and genuinely happy to help with anything you need. We have travelled the world pre Covid and would have to say we couldn’t fault the Como in any way. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.

Como Ubud exceeded our expectations during our honeymoon stay! We stayed in an amazing villa that overlooked the jungle and the rooms were so unique, clean and modern. The staff is what made our stay 5 Stars. Everyone was always willing to help, greeted all guests by first name and the property was very inviting. Great food, awesome service and well worth atleast 3 nights there. Would highly recommend!

We stayed one night at Como Ubud Easter weekend 2021 and we should have stayed longer. The room was huge and decorated tastefully and the view 😍 sunrise from our bed. The hotel gardens are stunning. Great pool. Attentive staff. All now vaccinated with their first jab. And just before we left back for Jakarta; one of the best massages ever. Thanks Como Ubud 🐣🤩

Our experience was incredible from the amazing rooms to the hospitality from every member of the resort who greeted us by our first names throughout our stay. We worked our way through a large majority of the food menu which was ao delicious as they used the freshest ingredients. The included breakfast was our favorite meal of the day as is hard everything from fresh fruit to bread and pastries baked in house. We were thrilled with our stay here and didn't want to leave. It was the perfect start to our honeymoon.

COMO Uma Ubud feels like a second home to me, and with each visit, it continues to impress. The service is consistently heartwarming, and the garden villa pool offers a truly amazing experience. The restaurant at the back boasts a delightful array of Balinese foods, with each dish proving to be delicious. I highly recommend trying the Balinese bacon and egg (do check with the server first). The strategic location of COMO adds to its charm. Don't miss the delightful happy hour at the pool bar. Already looking forward to my next visit!

We’re on day 4 of our honeymoon here, and we couldn’t be happier. The staff is so attentive and friendly, the grounds are breathtaking, the food is delicious, and the location is perfect. It’s not too far from the craziness of downtown Ubud, but only a short shuttle ride away. The included breakfast is amazing; perfect way to start the day. We’ve had a blast just sitting by the pool, being waited on, doing nothing. But we’ve also gone out and explored, and COMO is the perfect place to come back to and recover from the heat. You won’t be disappointed staying here!

Our stay at COMO Uma Ubud was superb. I absolutely love the lush greenery here. The villa was great, food was excellent, service staff were friendly. My husband and I signed up for the complimentary yoga class. The yoga instructor Budi made it easy for us to follow. We later signed up for a private mediation class with him too. To me, that was one of the best meditation classes I'd been to. Perhaps it was coupled with the right environment and great instructor that made it so zen and peaceful. Their signature Como shambala massage helped release the tension of my body. I felt rejuvenated! I wished we had more time in the villa. Will definitely be back again. :)

Amazing place. One of the best places we have stayed at. Resort is beautiful and the restaurant food excellent. But the difference is the staff. I can’t put into words how nice, and hospitable the staff is in attending to your needs. I would come back to Bali just for this hotel.

We experienced our first nyepi here in COMO Uma Ubud. The moment we arrived, we’ve got upgraded to the gorgeous uma pool villa! The view, cleanliness, service are all amazing! They maintain the place really well. I can say we have the best sleep ever here!

2nd time staying at the Como Uma Ubud. The resort is one of the best i have ever visited. Rooms are impeccably clean, staff are always subtly attentive too all my needs. Friendly, informative, welcoming. Every guests gets such personal interactions. Breakfast it the highlight of the day and always puts the right mood to the day. I am already planning for my next visit in 2024.

This place is truly amazing!!!! I got there on my bday and they upgraded me for a special price, send me a bday cake to my room and overall the attention was unbelievable. The room was so amazing, most beautiful view that i have ever seen, 1 full day i was just in my room because it was just so amazing that i didnt want to leave. This is the best hotel u can stay in Ubud, trully u have to stay here once in ur life.

We stayed two nights and it was an incredible experience! The service is outstanding, everyone was very kind and attentive. The hotel provides the tours and we did two - the one with the visit of the traditional market with the guide Made was very authentic, I can HIGHLY recommend you this one to start your first encounter with Ubud. Also use their spa facilities (Indonesian massage was great), as well as check out the restaurant for the dinner.

Como is a tranquil sanctuary in the midst of Ubud. We loved our stay! The staff were so kind and incredibly accommodating. They remembered our names, always responded promptly and made us feel right at home. It was our honeymoon and they never let us forget it with their surprises. The hotel is beautiful and a great location. We certainly recommend this hotel and will be back again! All around fantastic!

I have stayed at many 5* places around the world and never have I experienced such attentive staff, all who remember your name, room details, food preferences etc. It’s fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble to arrange. Beautiful tranquil hotel outside of central Ubud with fantastic on-site restaurants but only a quick car ride away from the main streets and sights. Also highly recommend the hotel’s cycle tour out into the surrounding countryside. Thank you Como Uma!

My wife and I stayed here for part of our honeymoon, and if we could have changed our itinerary to stay the entire time we would have. We enjoyed every part of the experience - from having the daily offering placed outside our room to our Mount Batur climb. Yoga and the cycling are also not to be missed (Made was an amazing guide as we rode throughout Ubud). We also loved ordering pizza from Uma Cucina by the pool and the rotating specials at breakfast. It was our first time visiting Bali and we will certainly be back.

I can not praise this hotel and it’s staff enough, the staff are so friendly and polite and can not do more to help you. The hotel is beautiful as was our room. Everything is constantly being kept clean and tidy. 100% recommend.

Absolutely exceptional. We had the most amazing stay. Very personalised service and attention to detail. The food was great as well. The location is very convenient, away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud, but still withing reach of the town centre. Highly recommended

We spoilt ourselves for two nights in a pool villa overlooking the jungle (room 46) Room was absolutely superb. Couldn't fault a thing. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Ordered poolside (our room) room service, which took a long time and hot meals arrived a bit cold. Afternoon tea at Uma Cucina (included) was lovely. Breakfast (also included) had a great selection of options. Main pool and bar area were nice too. Would like to see more transfer options into central Ubud, particularly around dinner time (last free shuttle was at 5pm) Paid transfer was IDR75000 each way. Would definitely return to Como Ubud, if I was just going to stay and enjoy the resort.

Loved every moment of our stay here at Como Uma Ubud. The staff’s hospitality was so warm and welcoming, they all referred to us by name during our stay which is always a nice personalised touch. We got upgraded to the garden pool villa, which was a nice spacious room with a modern concept with big windows and lots of natural light.

The Como Uma is one of the loveliest places I've ever stayed. From the moment we checked in and were handed our delicious welcome drink, to the moment we left we felt right at home. The room was lovely and the amenities were amazing, they provide many great toiletries plus slippers, robe and even a beach bag for you to use during your stay. It's also the best massage I've ever had and the delicious breakfasts overlooking the koi pond will be remembered for a long time.

Vacation, Hotel And Staff dreams are made of. Just had a beyond magical 8 day stay at the Beautiful Como Uma Ubud - was hard to leave. I cannot say enough good things about ALL of their incredible staff, from the room attendants, gardeners, servers, chefs, bartenders, tour guides- TOP Notch. The property itself is beyond beautiful- it was like living in a fairytale and I’ve never been so relaxed. Silvie at the front desk made our stay extra special - as did all the managers. Their guidance on what adventures to take, spiritual sites, hikes, shopping, food - and never not once did we feel pressured to do anything - honestly we were the ones asking for advice. Highly recommend booking tours through the hotel as well. And they are practically the same price as the non-professional group or private tours. Guides everywhere in Bali - Everyone a “guide” however Como only works with professionals that have studied history, art, languages, culture, biology etc. We loved our Guide Made so so much - that we booked another tour with him! Ubud is such a extraordinary spot - having him explain the history, culture, spiritually was priceless. We also booked the Vintage Jeep tour the one day - which was customized to suit our tastes - and our driver took us all over and wherever we wanted. Como Ubud - we will be back XO

One of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed in! I only spent one night with family but the staff members showed amazing hospitality and attentiveness during our short stay there, wish we stayed much longer. One of our door locks was jammed and they fixed it when we went out for dinner! Stunning resort grounds, sophisticated villas, well-made breakfast dishes, and INCREDIBLE service. Feels like you’re completely at home. Thank you to the COMO team for everything.

Came here for our honeymoon and had an absolutely incredible stay! Not even sure where to begin - the staff was so incredibly helpful and friendly! The hotel offers so many different activities, from temple tours to morning walks and hikes (at an additional cost) but worth every penny. The rooms were absolutely amazing, and the food was stellar - we ate at Uma Cucina twice. The pool was beautiful as well. If you’re thinking about coming to Ubud, stay at Como - you won’t regret it!

Amazing experience with reasonable rates for the quality offered. Complimentary on-demand shuttle to and from city centre was fantastic. Turn down service great. Although we wish our private villa pool was heated like the shared pool was. Food all fantastic too.

We’ve stayed so many five star hotels in the world, also some in Bali. This hotel is really outstanding, it is so beautiful. Every single staff try the best to make you have a enjoyable time here, very thoughtful. Would return to stay if we come back to Ubud next time! Highly recommend.

What an amazing stay at the COMO Uma Ubud! Can't recommend it enough. 5 stars for everything really - the service eis impeccable, the location is perfect - away from the crazy hustle bustle of the Ubud Centre but close enough to go for a few hours if needed. Lots of local things to do just walking distance from the hotel with lovely art stores to massage places. The food is delicious too and the rooms are stunning. Cannot wait to be back and so wish we had a few more days to enjoy the amazing hospitality and the amazing Ubud landscape. Thank you COMO Uma Ubud for making our stay an awesome one!!!!!!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights following our long travel from the United States. Everything here was perfect. We booked the Garden Pool Villa with king bed along with the Romance Package. The spa treatments and service were incredible. Make sure to book 1-2 days prior, because their schedule can get full. We did the Balinese cooking class with head chef Arta. He helped us prepare 4 dishes that we got to enjoy fresh. He taught us so much and surprisingly, although it was listed as a “group activity,” we were the only ones there! So it was basically a private cooking class. I highly recommend this activity if you have the opportunity!! The front desk assisted us with booking a private driver for a half day. They can also help you with creating itineraries for things to see and do around Ubud. The food at the pool bar and restaurant was very good and reasonably priced for the resort. Breakfast is included and was also very good! The service from the staff is top notch. They are so friendly and accommodating.

Excellent hospitality in Como Uma. We stayed during Nyepi to experience silent day in Bali and turned out to be a brilliant experience. We love how our room was designed for relaxing-with a private pool in our room. The separation between the bedroom and bathroom is also excellent, it was a huge and cozy bathroom. The food was nice- would be nicer if they offer more variety 💯 as a lover of jamu, I’d say that the jamu for our 2 days in a row breakfast were excellent. We also enjoyed the breakfast by the pond where we could see the fish and had the chance to feed them. The location of Como Uma is also reachable to & from popular places like museum or restaurant. Not too remote from the main area but we could feel the tranquility.

We loved Como Uma in Ubud - super lovely greeting and they were able to check us in an hour or two before which was appreciated. The facilities are beautiful, the pool area so lovely and calming (except when a loud family was by the pool screaming to each other!! Sigh. Not the hotels fault obviously!) Breakfast was served below the pool, you can pick as many things as you want and the service is quick and efficient. Food was delicious too! I did yoga - they offer daily yoga 4pm with a lovely instructor overlooking the lush green outlook. Recommend. Our room was divine, a pool suite, we had two day beds and a plunge pool with direct access from the bathroom/shower. So beautiful. Service by the pool/bar could probably be better but I was so relaxed I didn't care - keep up the good work, I'd happily return here when in Ubud next!
