Very cosy and warm small beach resort. The staff is very friendly and attentive. It has stunning sunset views. Food is basic with local dishes, but good and at a reasonable price. Drinks are also good. I liked that they would do their best to accommodate diet restrictions, although the options are limited. They also have rooms, which seem spacious enough and at a decent rate. A small swimming pool as well. From there you can organize diving trips or dolphin watching. Came here several times. 💗

I would give 6 stars if I could. Great food in a fabulous location. I have been here four times with the family. The kids have loved the Italian classics and the grown ups have enjoyed the local dishes. Pizza was magic.

actually a really nice place. quiet and away from the crowds. but when we got there we found out that it turned out that we weren't allowed to bring the children (from their explanation, previously they had child guests, unfortunately these guests damaged the villa property. we have negotiated, if there is a damage then we will be 100% responsible but they still refuse us) and we were forced to find another hotel even though at that time we had already dropped the bags from the car. All the workers are nice tho you’ll experience warmth here

We found Nalika to be a little slice of heaven. It isn’t located right in the central part of town and is about 30mins from Lovina, but if it’s peace and quiet you are looking for Nalika is the place. From the time the manager Rico picked us up from Lovina, to the welcome with flower garlands and we met the wonderful staff Ayu and Sorni we knew we had made the right choice. The food is wonderful, the rooms are great, and we were lucky enough to be the only people in one of the five villas so we had the pool all to ourselves. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Nalika that go above and beyond to make your stay as amazing is it can be. Thank you especially to Ayu and Sorni who did whatever they could for us to make us happy.

We spent our best week on Bali here. Super friendly managers and staff, they did everything to prepare my partner's surprise birthday (meals, drinks, atmosphere). We were so good at this hotel restaurant that we took an extra night which was not planned. The beach is just for you, and you have a magnificent sea view. Perfect for sunrises. Take the opportunity to go see the dolphins departing from the hotel by boat

Secluded off of the main road, this is such a romantic, private spot. Enjoy the tranquility and peace of what is effectively your own private resort, with incredible food and drinks, friendly service, and beach access to boot.

Nalika has an amazing beachside restaurant, inside the small Nalika resort. We had dinner there twice, and both were incredible experiences. It's set in a quiet location, perfect for watching the sunset and drinking cocktails for their Happy Hour. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and efficient. I'm a huge pasta lover, and Nalika made some of the best pasta dishes I've tasted EVER! (We tried 3 different ones). My son ordered pizza almost daily on our month long trip in Bali from different restaurants, and Nalika's wood fired pizza was one of the best. Another bonus was they have their own car and driver, and offer free pick up and drop off to your accommodation (100k at other restaurants). Overall, it's a wonderful restaurant and highly recommended.

Nalika is located pretty far from the city centre but nestled in between the beach and rice paddy fields making it the perfect quiet and calm villas to stay and relax. Theres 5 private villa rooms available, all with its own en-suite bathroom. Bed is super comfy and AC are cold. Water pressure is also nice and the property is very clean. Food are amazing! I love the carbonara pasta and piña coladas! Pak Riko the manager is very friendly and helpful, the night security was also nice. Listening to the sound of the waves at night is truly amazing, my party were sitting on the gazebo at night enjoying the ocean and breeze. Ample parking space in front for cars n bikes. Thank you Nalika Resort!

We weren't staying here but walked up each morning for a coffee. We also went for Pizza night and happy hour cocktails. Couldn't fault the service and the pizzas were absolutely delicious. Everyone was super friendly and the views were perfect.

Very clean and modern with amazing staff. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave you are made to feel warm and welcome. A very talented chef called Rico has extreme pride in what he presents and I am sure will be a mentionable name in the future. Binar and Sorny were attentive and happy to provide an excellent service. Credit to them all.

We were in a restaurant for dinner. Tragic service- I think the waitress knew english but she had no idea what we are saying and messed up our order. The food wasn’t very good but the prices were high (as for Bali) + the final price came with a surprise + 20% tax service. Do not recommend.

We went to Nalika twice for dinner. The seating was really nice, right in front of the beach. The service was great (Sorni or Sarini was our attendant) but they were not so accommodating with change requests of the Christmas menu. The food presentation was great. I really enjoyed the fish sate (can't remember the name of the dish on the menu). Their drinks were great too.

A perfect place to relax and escape the cramped tourist areas. Nice and clean, right on the beach, and a restaurant with good food.

A hidden gem in the North, away from the tourist/diving traps elsewhere on that coast. Staff falling over themselves to welcome guests back. Great breakfast, location and beachfront serenity.

On the beach! Great place, very nice staff, no doubt it is a recommendable hotel! Visited it on the end of July, we were almost alone at the beach, beautiful sunsets!

Bali is known for natural beauty; stunning beaches, green rice fields, sunsets, hills, tourism, massages, vulcanos and more. At the North (Lovina area) at Umeanyar, far away from the touristic centers you can find a small scale resort, literally on the beach. This is the place to find piece of mind, surrounded by the surf of the sea and green rice fields. Balinese style and clean rooms, super friendly staff, and next to the delicious local nasi goreng, the best pizza of the island. Highly recommended for finding your peace.

We went there for dinner and Rico from the restaurant pick us up and drive us safe home. A good service! The food was nice. A specialty from the chef was amazing (prawns/tuna tartaar). Also the pizza (homemade) is really good. The staff is so nice and will do everything for you. You can dine at the beach or in the lovely gazebo. They make you feel home.

We (2 adults, 3 children) spent the afternoon at the Nalika. It is really a nice place. They were very kind and let the children play in the pool, even though we don't stay at the hotel. We enjoyed the beachside location and had a very tasty dinner. I would even say: it's been the best tuna fillet of my life. And don't forget to leave something for the turtles as well...

Ideal place for a quiet and quality recharge time. The design is a fusion of Balinese and European, with great attention to details. Spotless clean) and, most importantly, the food is incredible! Will definitely be back))

What a gem. We spent two nights here with the purpose of exploring the surroundings a bit. We ended up staying at the resort all the time. The rooms are nice with an amazing view. The restaurant and bar offer a small but tasty menu. The staff and manager are a delight, always ready to help with anything you might need.

We stayed at Nalika for the weekend when they held a special event in collaboration with a restaurant in Lovina called 10th Table. From the moment we arrived on Friday afternoon we were treated so kindly. The entire team couldn’t do enough to ensure we were happy. It is clear the owners invest time in training the staff particularly from a food and beverage perspective. My partner and I are vegetarian so we let them know this in advance, as not all Balinese accommodation providers cater to vegetarian variety). All I can say is that the kitchen team went beyond our expectations to the point where we are still thinking about how tasty the meal was on our first night. The pictures might help show the variety we enjoyed. We went Dolphin spotting and watched the sunrise on Saturday morning using the boat belonging to the resort and on Saturday night we enjoyed the special event, which was so well organised and again offered a great selection of dishes. Breakfast on both mornings brough creativity and taste together once again. I can highly recommend Nalika Beach Resort not only for it’s prime location on the beach, but the service and above all else the food. Thank you!

From the moment we arrived we were treated with warmth and kindness. The resort exudes luxury and peace. Large clean rooms, with welcoming soft beds to drift off to peaceful sleep as the shore waves wash away your worries. The staff always have warm smiles. The menu offers everything delicious. We were a trio who knew what we hoped for from Bali, and Rico provided all the answers, directions, and arrangements to make our island paradise dreams a reality. He arranged our tours, and left us experience the heart of Bali. We could feel the love and soul of the culture. Nalika was the perfect away place to stay, and still we were able to be a part of all the adventures Bali had to offer. A piece of Nalika, and Bali, will forever be imprinted on our souls thanks to this lovely bit of paradise, and the people who make it so!
