Spacious villa with good grounds but run down and multiple issues. The swimming pool was green full of slime and algae. I told the pool cleaning guy but only towards the last day was the water getting better. The house is infested with ants, mosquitos and bugs which makes the stay very uncomfortable. The beds and pillows are as hard as a rock and it was my worst sleep ever on a holiday and I have been on hundreds. The villa is in a remote area close to the beach. The beach and all surrounding areas are covered with plastic and the local water is extremely polluted. Two rivers enter the sea on both sides of the villas and as this is where the locals go to toiled the water is very polluted so forget about swimming or going to the beach. Beach walks are impossible as well due to the rivers blocking the way. The villa is next to a local Muslim village and if you visit during the month of Ramadan prepare to listen to their prayers all night long as the local mosque has very loud speakers and the villa is right next to it. So in summary, the worst location due to the extremely polluted sea water, dirty beach, unclean swimming pool, tons of ants and mosquitoes, sleepless nights due to the beds and local chanting. Save your sanity and go elsewhere.

What a stunning location! A quiet beautiful spot with a touch of luxury. The staff are so helpful and are always available if you need them. Our hostess cooked our meals (bought food with our money as required with receipts provided) and the food was sooo tasty!!! The villa is somewhat isolated but transport can be arranged at short notice for day trips. The villa itself is large and spacious with a.c. in each bedroom. A great place relax and unwind. You will see a bit of the 'real bali' here less tourism and more local people. The villa needs a little maintenance but is very comfortable and easy to live in. We were sad to leave. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so enjoyable.

Great villas with beautiful view of the rice filed as background and the beach as front view. We enjoy our relaxing time with friendly staff, staff can cook for you and do your grocery as well. Relaxing environment is the key to have great holiday

luxury beach front villas. Great staff that cooks and cleans, very friendly! There is a new road to it built in 2015. Top place to stay. It is remoted so rent a motorbike or a car. The villas provides transport too. The friendly girls can do shopping for you, only pay for the petrol less than a dollar :-) Nice large private swimming pools and a tennis court. A small playground for children.

It's a nice place. It's cheap and great for families but very far away from everything and every time you use their car service you get charged for it. The food they make is terrible. The house keepers and the cook all finish at 3pm so if you ask for dinner they will make it for you early during the day and leave it out to go soggy and smelly in the heat. Not good unless you want Bali belly. Also, I ran out of toilet paper and asked them for more but they didn't give me any and I had to go buy my own. The towels were dirty looking and hard. The helper was unfriendly and tried to rip us off when she asked for money so she can make us dinner. I can go on about the bad things. Let's just say I wouldn't go back there again and definitely would not recommend it.

Beautiful and spacious house for a longer vacation. The house has a large swimming pool in which it is great to spend time. The environment of the House is also beautiful and is a great comfort.

The villas have good swimming pools and nice rooms. also it is located nearby beach. However the entering road to reach there is very bad. It is still off-road and very narrow. Especially dark night you should carefully drive to go there.

Perfect, the villa was absolutely amazing, 4 big bedrooms, a nice living area and kitchen. The food which was made by the staff on your request every day was perfect as well. They really take care of you and keep your house clean. Beautiful pool with comfortable beds, the view is amazing and the beach is only 10 steps away from you. Oh, dont forget the private tennis court and the childrens playground! Plenty of different things to do around the area, rent a bike and you are free to go wherever you please. The market is close to the villa and the locals are very kind. Long story short, I highly recommend this villa and I would definetely go back the next time I pass by Umeanyar.

The North Cape Beach Villas is quiet and pretty. This was our first one-week stop for a four-week stay in Bali, and all we wanted was a place out of the way for us to relax and a place for the kids with a pool to play in. What we didn't know is that the accommodations come with an attendant that fetches groceries, cooks, cleans, washes up, and housekeeps. What a nice extra! The meals are cooked homestyle--nothing fancy. This service freed mom and dad up to just concentrate on the kids and on taking it easy. Be advised, the villas are a mile and half off the main road. You will need to hire a driver or rent a scooter to get to town (though you won't need to since the attendant retrieves groceries and needful items for you). Dad rented a scooter and took the kids on daily rides around the area. The kids loved it. The private pool is big and the four bedrooms each have an ensuite bathroom. We had a lovely stay.

Staying in one of the North Cape Beach Villas is perfect to relax. For example at the end of a trip through the island Bali. The villas are perfectly located near the beach with a beautiful sea and garden view from your own terrace. The villas are very clean and the employees are very friendly. Your private cook can make everything you want. Especially the swimming pool is very nice. Great to have a dive in it at the end of the day and watch the sunrise with a drink in your hand. This is vacation! So, when you are searching for a great private villa. Don't look further and book one of the North Cape Beach Villas.

Absolutely top! Relaxing beautiful villa right on the beach. So serene. Remotely a bit, you need a form of transport, but they can organise that too. We had a great time!
