Very unreliable accommodation. We booked early using one of the biggest booking platforms as one does when planning a trip to a long distance destination. The reservation was confirmed and paid in full, but shortly before our trip we received a request from the hotel that we cancel from our end. We replied that we do not wish to cancel. After a few extra days they cancelled on their end with the explanation that the accommodation will be closed for the entire period of our reservation. We had to find another place to stay last minute which was very stressful, not to mention - expensive. Now (Jan 4th) I see, that they still accept reservations in the same booking platform for the same dates, they even have 2 rooms available. Very disappointing, the early reservations are a scam.

This place is not honoring their reservations. Be careful if you want to book here! They have canceled our reservation, which they previuosly approved, claiming they have an audit and will be closed for the period we wanted. We had to find a new place shortly before the check in and around the holidays at much higher cost. When I checked upon arival, the hotel was available for booking for the dates of our cancelled reservation both on their own website and on the major boorikng platforms. I have screenshots to prove all that, but this platform does not allow for screenshot attachments, so I am not able to share. To fellow travellers - think twice before booking there, especially if your dates are around holidays or are otherwise atractive dates - they will just cancel and resell your room to the highest bider and you will be left with no place to stay after having already purchased plane tickets, transfers ect.

My comment is for the service only as we never got to see the place. We had a trip planned with friends and reserved the property from Jan 2nd till Jan 8th 2024. We received confirmation for our booing, which was paid in full in advance. The hotel send us request that we as clients cancel our booking shortly before arrival. When we said we are not interested in cancelling, thay cancelled saying they will be closed for the entire period for a state audit. They however continued accepting reservations for our dates after they cancelled. I now see that they responded to a review about the same issue that the audit was completed early, and this is the reason why they now accept other clients. I wasn’t going to write another review about the same issue until I saw this reply- to claim that the whole audit for which you claimed you need a whole week in 1 day and that day being January 2nd no less and reopen on January 3rd is, to say the least, very hard to believe. I am sure everyone who travels knows what such cases are usually about… Very sad to see

This is a piece of paradise! We loved our stay here so much. Our villa was the one right by the beach and pool and absolutely gorgeous, both the bedroom and open bathroom. The owner Paul was so sweet to us, took us to the city by car one evening and even helped me out with some medicine when I got sick. We love his pug and we made friends with a cute, pregnant feral kitty. We have to say the photos don't do this place justice, it really is wonderful! The only thing we would change was a bit more variety at the hotel restaurant when it comes to vegetarian/vegan meals ❤️

This place was terrific for our 4 night stay. Absolute beachfront in a quiet area. Watched the sunrise from the beach every morning 20m from our front door. The room is in as new condition very well decorated and spotlessly clean. The owners Dewi and Paul have put a lot of thought into this place and it has paid off. Room was spacious enough and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The gardens were lovely and very well maintained. There was a really nice infinity pool looking out over the ocean, just sat in it and watched the local fisherman do their thing. The sun lounges were classy and comfortable as well. The staff were all lovely and attended to any request with a smile. The food was excellent and portion sizes were generous. Kadek the cook was so lovely and with some notice she would source whatever you wanted from the local market and cook it up for you. I had grilled seafood every day. They are a little out of the main Lovina center but they are offer free shuttle service in a modern minivan. A quick message and they were on their way. I honestly can’t find fault with this place and I will be back for sure.

Paul and Dewi are magnificent hosts. We were given a refreshing welcome drink on arrival and shown to our villa which was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was 15m long so perfect for getting some laps in before a nice cold beer by the pool bar. The view from the pool and deck chairs is directly to the beach. The ocean view is quite incredible. We had a delicious breakfast with coffee and juice. We also were taken to some lovely restaurants nearby which were very reasonably priced. I would recommend this place to everyone. It's great to get away from Canggu/Seminyak area to explore north Bali. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Perfect place to escape the hustle and mayhem of the south. Our room was really clean, bed was super comfy as well. Unfortunately we didn’t get to meet the owners as they were away but we were graciously welcomed by Esther who went out of her way to get my girlfriend medication and had it back at our doorstep within 10 minutes of our request! The rest of the team and chefs were very hospitable and prepared us a lovely seafood dinner right on our patio on our last night here. Highly recommended!

We spend 3 nights at the poolview villa at the beach. Upon arrival we where friendly received by the staff and the owner showed us to our room. A nice, clean room with aircon and modern tv. The pool is ideal for a short swim or just to relax and cooldown. The food is of good quality and they can make a lot on request. We loved the sate lilith ayam. They can also arrange daytours into the interior or like we did a excursion to watch the dolphins at sunrise. The boat picked us up at the beach in front of the accommodation. It is a nice and relaxed location still relatively close to Lovina. I would definately recommend this location!

The only thing I Cann say about the road leading up to the resort has a vew holes. But the resort is really clean and prestean. The owner Paul is full of stories of his adventures and will help make your Bali adventure just go to the next step. We loved staying there and will be back. We also loved the food. They have an amazing cook who will make anything if you ask. Maybe not right now, but maybe the next day if you ask.

Great homemade food, good drinks and great atmosphere. If youre looking for a relaxing holiday complete with all sorts of activities, this is the resort you want.

New Villa build in Dencarik, Buleleng, North Bali. Perfect for couple and honeymoon get away. The villa has pool bar and restaurant. So you dont have to go out for drinking and meal. You must try for a great experience and quality time with your loved one

visited resort with my wife with for a weekend getaway and we had the best experience. paul and his wife are definatly superhosts - all our requests including the dolphins were solved right away and in timely manner. garden and interior design are top notch! everything is very clean and tidy. you can see both the sunset and sunrise right from your beachfront room!

We recently spent 4 nights at this resort and all I can say is WOW! An absolutely beautiful part of Bali. The resort is stunning. Our room was right on the beach and the pool. It was clean, tidy and the outdoor bathroom was a highlight. The staff were fantastic. Daily activities were organised for us, and the meals were fantastic. We also loved Snobby the pug dog. We really hope we can come back one day. Thank you to Esther and the wonderful team that took care of us.

Came to Lovina for some volunteer work and found this lovely place.. only planned on staying here a few days but stayed a few extra days.. Paul and Dewy (owners) and Snobby we very gracious hosts to us.. recommend dolphin swimming and a scuba dive place which we took without hesitation.. restaurant onsite and a great staff.. thank you for a relaxing and memorable time..

Everything about this place from the moment of arrival to checking out has been fantastic. Paul and the team have exceeded every single expectation and well as given our group the highest level of customer service I have ever seen in the accommodation sector. This place is an absolute must when travelling to Lovina.

We have a villa on the opposite side of the island, however we love the drive over the mountains from Pulukan to Singaraja for a day visit to InBalance most times we are in Bali, the staff are great and the owners make you feel at home and they have an awesome pool and view.

Amazing place. Beds and rooms spotlessly clean and comfortable. Outdoor bathroom is awesome - private and has a tropical feel to it. Every detail of the resort has been carefully thought about. Photos undersell the place - it’s lovely. Restaurant great value and outstanding quality food. Paul was a superb host, even helped us out when our kids got sick with a run to the hospital. Very much enjoyed our stay and we will be back!!

This is a really a place of heaven. It’s probably the most luxurious in the area for reasonable prices. Ask for their local massage. Try the villa with view on the beach :))

Incredible place with beautiful, modern Bungalows- outdoor bathroom as a Highlight, but the most stunning thing was the lovely people at the resort, everyone was so friendly and helpful, it felt like a second home because of them!

Our lil family had a great time in the resort. We loved the quiet, calm and serene atmosphere. Our bedroom was sparkling clean, huge, with dressing and beautiful views on the beach and on the pool. Staff were amazing, smiley and always ready to help. Very good experience and highly recommended. We hope to come back soooooon !
