As a resident of Surabaya, I'm a bit surprised that the Aeon here appears and the place is really small but the service is okay, there is activity every few hours on weekends

I thought that this playground was built on a large area like the others, but they placed all the playground equipment in a very small area. for this reason, it was not a comfortable and healthy environment at all. Kidzoona playgrounds in other properties are at least two or three times the size of here. and you pay the same price 😕

A little bit crowded during Ied holiday

I think its the smallest kidzoona i ve visited. Its nice with few kids but the staff more often forgot to limit the walk in and thats make the place very crowded and its not comfortable eapecially for smaller children. Some missing toys need to restock or renew too.

fun playground for kids around 2-7,lots of interesting games and activities to distract them away from gadgets,my kids love this place. Just need a few more indoor staff to help watch over kids and 5 stars

Visit Kidzoona Aeon this Nov 2021 (PPKM level 1). Temperature checked before entering area. Several hand sanitizers at corners. Put mask on. Nice, kids were very happy. 60k at weekday per one kid and plus one.

Small Playground but Fun

Kids sure have fun here.

Good play area with diverse activities. Great sit up for pretend play. However the place is too crowded on weekends and holidays, and the music too loud. The police car's lights are a bit annoying as they always seem to be flashing into in my face, even from far away.

The place is clean and the toys are quite varied. The area is not so wide though, so I imagine it will be crowded in holiday hours.

Since there are only a few play grounds at Aeon BSD, Kidzoona is a good one. The complete range of food, ice cream, Lego, magnetic, etc. with small prints is still complete because the staff are diligent in tidying it up. The ball pool is quite wide and there are lots of balls. There are also quite a lot of types of games, slides, big balls, etc., for ages 1-10 years old it might still be fun to play there. Prices are cheap at Aeon, although if you compare it with other play grounds outside, there are cheaper ones. What makes it more comfortable, the staff are friendly. For those of you celebrating your birthday, don't hesitate to ask about the promo haha. You can get free tickets for the birthday person, but the companion still pays.

Great play ground for kids with affordable price. There's a game/interactions from the team at certain time.

It was free for kids that have a birthday on the same date we came.... So much fun and nice atmosphere for kids.... It cost for Weekend 120k and 70k for weekdays free 1 guardian and cost 30k for extra guardian

My daughter refused to go home, she was really enjoying the attractions. So crowded in the weekend. Have to wait 60-90 minutes to get in. There is free one day pass on your kid's birthday by showing KIA. Don't forget to bring socks for it is obligatory equipment. They also sell socks for 20k for adult size and 5k for kids size

The kidzoona employees here are not very friendly. Please train employees more regarding product knowledge.

Of the various playgrounds that my children have tried (Zoo**, Time**), only Kidzooona Aeon is the WORST and the employees don't understand at all. Only here, the accompanying person MUST enter the play area (even if the child is over toddler age), there is no waiting /watches from a chair outside. There are also no toilets in the playground, and companions are not allowed to leave for a moment to go to the mall toilet even if they need it!

The service is really good... the main recommendation is to bring the children to play early...

The place to have fun for kiddos... many creative and entertaining games for them. During this time, only open until 8.30, please make sure you ask clearly to the customer service before you register your children.

At that time the child was whining asking to come in while I was registering for tickets. The exit door was open and my child was whining asking to come in. Then the exit door was immediately closed with a bang by the staff. Until my child was shocked and stopped whining. Employees should love children more. Don't just kick it like that. You can say nicely "little brother, wait, mom is going to buy tickets in a minute," don't just bang and shock the child like that. Event Thursday 28 December 2023 morning

Child caretakers may not go out at all even if they have a cold. There was a fuss with the kidzoona guard. still won't come out even though it's already runny. Really inhumane. 😡😡😡
