Ace store in Bintaro area, feels like this stier more complete than store inside BXC

I love this place, especially after they add the little market on the corner. Basically, it is a one stop market for any family needs. On top of that, they have good food tenants around the place..

Often come to this place for household needs. Good sales, good quality of goods, friendly and helpful but for Ace Bintaro, the after sale service is not as good as other ACE such as ACE BSD and Puri. ACE Bintaro was difficult to call and very slow respond through whatsapp. I hope ACE Bintaro can keep up with other ACE store for after sales services as they are more friendly and very fast to respond to complaints.

Quite complete household's equipments sold here, The prices were a bit higher since the products were claimed better than those outside this chain stores.

ACE hardware is our favourite tool store. It has complete items that are unique and useful for everyday use.

Came here to get some car cleaners. Maybe I came at the wrong time, or they were short-staffed on that day, but it was really hard to find an employee since I had questions regarding the products. It took me probably around 15mins until finally I could find someone to ask.
