SETELAH 3 BULAN SAYA STOP TERAPI DISINI, karena : 1. Jadwal SUKA2 TERAPIS (CANCEL, JAM BERAPA, HARI APA) , pasien harus mau jadwal diubah oleh terapis/cancel. Padahal jadwal reguler tidak sesuai dgn yg sudah ditetapkan diawal. 2. Jika tidak cocok dgn kinerja terapis TIDAK BISA LANGSUNG GANTI, atau harus bayar lebih 600rb lagi untuk assessment pergantian terapi, ketika sudah gantipun tetap sama saja jadwal berubah2 sesuai keinginan& kebutuhan terapis.jd orang tua pasien mau tidak mau tunduk kpd terapis . 3.ADMIN ada tp tidak bisa mengkoordinir terapis. Dengan kata lain mengikuti keinginan terapis juga, & ADMIN TIDAK RAMAH. 4. Terapisnya juga rata2 cenderung memarahi, & menggurui, tidak membuat anak nyaman & tertarik. Apalagi terapis namanya Miss KRI*H sangat tidak recommended lebih baik cari terapis lain.

Dokter nya gak detail periksa nya... main cepet aja. padahal sudah nunggu lama utk masuk. kalau di live ig dokter nya ramah tapi pas ketemu langsung dokter nya galak... Dok merujuk ke tpt terapis klinik anakku bsd juga, sampai disana terapis wicara nya langsung merujuk lagi ke terapis sosial integrasi padahal anak saya baru pertama x ketemu terapi nya jadi wajar kalau takut. 2x ikut kelas SI saya dan suami memutuskan tidak melanjutkan karena melihat ada salah 1 terapi SI disana yang kasar ke anak-anak. Karena menurut kami tidak selalu anak berkebutuhan khusus harus dikasarinnn.. Terima kasih untuk pengalaman yang tidak menyenangkan. Alhamdulillah anak saya sehat tidak perlu terapi setelah dirujuk ke dok lain.

Cost = "There is money, there is space" Not cheap in terms of costs. However, in accordance with existing facilities and infrastructure. 2. Therapist = "Teaching from the heart back to the heart" So far OK. Even though sometimes it's a bit surprising to hear Mrs. Upik's voice in the waiting room, she's so enthusiastic😁 But that's her characteristic. And because my child never feels bored or afraid, plus he likes Mrs. Upik, so I don't think it's a problem. Anyway, there is improvement👍👍 stay healthy and continue to share knowledge with the children at TW, Mrs. Upik🥳 And in conclusion, if there is a problem with a child's growth and development, immediately hand it over to an expert. Don't wait later...because the sooner the better.

Terapisnya galak. Anak saya diteriaki krna protes waktu terapisnya ngobrol dengan rekan terapis lain saat jam terapi. Pernah ikut ospek dan diteriaki oleh senior? Nah, sekeras itu kira2 suaranya. Padahal anak autistik indera pendengarannya jauh lebih peka daripada rata2 orang .

1. Coba cek klinik tumbuh kembang di sekitar BSD dan nemulah 1 klinik ini. 2. Kesan pertama dipikirnya bakal oke ternyata tidak, niatnya memang tanya2 terlebih dahulu terkait praktik konsultasi,terapi, dan penjadwalannya. 3. Admin yg melayani menurut pendapat kami kurang ramah dan terkesan alakadarnya ketika menjawab beberapa pertanyaan kami. Tata krama/attitude nya ketika menjawab pertanyaan2 calon customer perlu ditingkatkan kembali. Sehingga calon2 customer merasa dihargai dan tertarik untuk tahu lebih lanjut atau bahkan terus periksa ke klinik ini. 4. Dengan feedback dari admin yg seperti itu,kami mengurungkan niat untuk konsultasi dan merencanakan terapi ke sini.

Been years, no improvement

My first child experienced Speech Delay, and we had Rhaid checked at the My Child Clinic when he was 3 years old by Doctor Setyo. The doctor's advice at that time was that menstruation should be immediately treated with Integrated Sensory Therapy. We are very grateful, with Allah's permission, we were met with a suitable therapist for Rhaid and his parents: the therapist is called "Mrs. Febby". Mrs. Febby is very cooperative, patient in answering all the questions and stories that we share in the Communication Book. Mrs. Febby was really patient with Rhaid, who at first didn't want to enter the therapy room, until finally Rhaid went into the therapy room himself, said goodbye to Mrs. Febby, read prayers, and even was able to speak a lot of vocabulary.. All thanks to Mrs. Febby's direction.. Rhaid had SI therapy. at my child's clinic until he was 5 years old... And now Rhaid is in kindergarten... Thank you very much Mrs. Febby ❤❤

Service needs to be improved You're not allowed to take video photos, but when I saw my child in therapy, I looked at it while peeking at other tsrpis who were screaming because they deserved to be poor, the child who was being treated separately, I was quite good, but because I was combined with other children, the therapy was not a good example. My child left the building without warning because I was watching a small child in the car. Instead of a phone call to inform you that it's finished, you have to pick it up. You need to improve security and the selection of therapists, thank you.

Alhamdulillah bu dr handry buka praktek disini jadi ga perlu jauh jauh ke rscm. Penjelasan bu dokter lugas dan mudah dipahami terutama bagi saya orangtua yang masih awam terkait saraf anak. Bu dokter jg sering sharing terkait pengalamannya dalam mengurus anak. Sehat sehat selalu ya dok..

Anak pertama sy Gagah dinyatakan Autis di umur 6,5tahun oleh salah satu Klinik Psikologi. Tetapi sy dan suami masih mencari diagnosa lain ke beberapa Dokter Spesialis dari beberapa RS yg berbeda. Hasil dari beberapa Dokter Spesialis di beberapa RS berbeda menyatakan Gagah tidak mengidap Autis, ADD ataupun ADHD. Tetapi dari semua Dokter menyatakan Gagah butuh terapi secepatnya karena Gagah pada saat itu masih belum bisa berbicara dgn kalimat penuh dan bermasalah pada fokus dan motoriknya. Setelah beberapa minggu mencari tempat terapi utk ABK, sy mendapat rekomendasi utk terapi di Klinik Anakku BSD. Setelah konsultasi dgn dr. Setyo Handri, Gagah dinyatakan harus mengikuti terapi Sensori Integrasi. Setelah 3 bulan Gagah menjalani terapi Sensori Integrasi dgn Ibu Kris, terapi utk Gagah ditambah dgn Terapi Wicara bersama Ibu Upik. Setelah 1tahun penuh Gagah mengikuti terapi bersama terapis yg sangat profesional, tegas dan disiplin, Alhamdulillah Gagah skrg jauh lebih baik dan sudah bisa berbicara satu kalimat penuh dan mengungkapkan keinginan serta apa yg dirasakan. Satu tahun terapi bersama Ibu Kris dan Ibu Upik adalah satu tahun paling hebat bagi Gagah, karena dari awal Gagah tidak bisa berbicara dan mengungkapkan perasaan, sampai skrg Gagah sudah bisa berbicara, sosialisasi dan bersekolah di sekolah umum. Terimakasih utk dr. Setyo Handri, Ibu Kris, Ibu Upik dan seluruh manajemen Klinik Anakku BSD yg sudah mendukung perkembangan emas Gagah.

Anak saya umur 5 tahun mulai terapi diklinik anakku Bsd dengan kondisi belum bisa bicara dan tidak ada kosakata yang diucapkan tidak fokus dan suka tantrum parah. Sebelumnya sudah pernah terapi di 2 tempat berbeda tp belum ada progessnya. Waktu mulai terapi disini anak saya diharuskan terapi sensory dengan Bu Febby dan terapi wicara dengan Bu Upik, selama 3 bulan terapi memang hasilnya belum kelihatan tapi sudah mulai bisa bicara sedikit2 kalau ada sesuatu yang diinginkan, setelah 3 bulan lebih sampai 9 bulan terapi rutin hasilnya lebih kelihatan, anak saya sudah banyak bicara sesuatu yang dia mau, bisa disuruh sekarang bisa menulis sama membaca. Saya belum bisa melanjutkan terapi karna harus pindah keluar kota. Tapi untuk terapis2 nya terutama Bu Upik dan Bu Febby sangat sangat baik sekali. Karna anak saya masih inget namanya walaupun sudah pindah terapi dikota lain. Anak saya setiap terapi sensory juga selalu happy kalo ketemu sama terapistnya. Pokoknya sampe sekarang kalo saya lihat anak saya sudah bisa lebih mandiri. Saya selalu bilang untung waktu itu ketemu Bu upik sama Bu Febby. Soalnya terapi itu cocok2an sama anaknya. Saya benar-benar terima kasih sekali dokter klinik dan terapis di klinik anakku bsd.

My child had speech therapy with Mrs. Upik during the pandemic. I'm happy that Mrs. Upik can understand my child's character who doesn't like being in small spaces, so my child is TW in the SI room. Apart from therapy, I also try to do the homework given by Mrs. Upik for my child's development. Thank God, now my child's communication is smooth, his articulation is also clear, but he still needs motor motor stimulation and diligent stimulation for optimal growth and development. Oh yes, at my child's clinic there is also a child psychologist who is highly recommended, namely Mrs. Gloria, my child did a psychological test with Mrs. Gloria for elementary school registration. They were really asked in detail and a comfortable atmosphere was created for my child to take the psychological test so that it didn't take 1 hour, the child came in happy after finishing the psychological test and was also happy.

My Children's Clinic - a therapy place that brings positive changes and progress for my child who needs special therapy for autistic children, sensory classes handled by Mrs. Febby can make my child change his attitude towards learning and have eye contact. I am grateful to be able to know patient and disciplined therapists through my child's clinic. Thank You .

Kurang lebih setahun yg lalu anak kami ikut terapi disini, dr yg tadinya blm bisa bicara dan sedikit kontak mata akhirnya membuahkan hasil. Sekarang Puji Tuhan anak kami sedang dlm proses belajar utk mengejar ketertinggalannya dr teman2 sebayanya. Terima kasih buat klinik Anakku BSD, Miss Yanti & Pak Deyon yg sudah membimbing anak kami belajar dengan sabar ❤🙏

When I consulted the doctor for the first time, I got an unsatisfactory answer. The doctor seemed to be in a hurry, was it because he had other needs or something? After therapy at my child's clinic, my child's development was quite satisfactory. Thank you to the therapist, Mrs. Upik, for her help while at the clinic. I wish you continued success...

My child underwent therapy at the My Children's Clinic because my child had a speech delay. At 2 years old he still can't communicate two-way. After sensory therapy with Mrs. Febby, my child experienced a lot of progress. Those who previously couldn't meet outsiders after therapy were able to mingle with people outside their home environment. Little by little you are starting to be responsive and respond to the person you are talking to. Mrs. Febby was also clear in explaining my child's progress and also what stages needed to be trained at home.

After 10 months of SI therapy, Miss Anggit finally stated that Arsen had made very good progress so there was no need to continue therapy anymore. Praise God, as parents this is very happy news. Thank you very much, Miss Anggit, for all the time and attention you have given to Arsen. Hopefully Miss Anggit will be more successful in the future. And of course the My Children's Clinic continues to be increasingly successful.

I have been treating my child since he was 9 months old with a diagnosis of epilepsy. And now my child is 8 years old and is still in therapy because therapy for my child's condition requires maintenance. Alhamdulillah, My Child Clinic BSD is very good, the service from the staff to the therapists is like their own family. Thank you Miss Nurul, Miss Halimah and Miss Yanti for being part of Dylan's life :)

Before therapy, my child had difficulty controlling his emotions and easily sulked. After a few months, thank God, he was much better...

One of my twin daughter undergone occupational therapy with bu Titi and speech therapy with bu Neneng. Taking these therapy since 2020 and now my daughter has so many improvement. Thank you klinik anakku for providing professional care for our special needs children.
