Definitely we will come back here. I love this hotel, from the design, ambiance, the pets friendly concept,the bed is very comfortable and soft, the rooms and the linen smells fresh and nice. I like the idea like living in luxurious apartment. They have complete amenities. The staffs are helpfull and polite. Thank you.

if looking for a place to stay slightly away from the intense crowd of downtown Jakarta, this place is ideal. Not too far away from the city and not too far away from the airport. Hotel is brand new. A few eateries are just walking distance so eating out is not a problem. The hotel is attached to a small upmarket mall with a supermarket at the basement. the rooms are more of a studio apartment setting with a cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge.

The staff and service was amazing! They were all so sweet and helpful especially when asking to call a grab for us to move around the city. The staff gave us presents of Yoongi in celebration for the Agust D tour in Jakarta. The food at breakfast was so delicious and a great variety of different things to eat. The rooms were gorgeous and so elegant. The colours are really pretty and everything was really convenient for us. There is a connected mall to the hotel which is great. The best hotel I've been to in my opinion and will definitely go back if I visit Jakarta again. Thank you for providing us with an amazing stay!

Best Hotel in BSD!

One of the most beautiful and clean hotel rooms I have visited. It has a large room and a very good price. The only problem is the daily need for a coupon to enter the car garage.

Bad experience at check out. Bad communication and behaviour of the staff to my driver whose wait on the lobby. This property lack of security system. There is no extra lock on the unit door, no need access on the unit lift/elevator, there are no security at the front door when I arrived last night.
