Employees must be able to look for patients. When you come to work a minute late your salary is deducted, but you don't get paid for overtime until late at night, you don't even get to eat. Salary below minimum wage for SMA/SMK/D3 graduates, lots of odd deductions, BPJS pay for joint labor with employees. Diplomas are withheld, if you resign you pay a penalty of tens of millions, but if you are laid off you don't get your rights.
