Every time I have business trip to Jakarta greater area, I almost always stay at this hotel. The basement parking area is not really big, but quite accommodative. It is equipped with surveillance cameras and attended by friendly security guys for 24 hours a day. The front desk staffs are nice and also helpful. The room and all facilities inside are quite clean and well maintained. The restaurant is pretty nice, tasty foods with many menu variations. In terms of covid-19 pandemic, I think the hotel has been properly implementing health protocol. The best part of it is the touchless elevator that not many luxury hotels operate it! I would definitely come back and stay here again in my next trip..

Good hotel in BSD an area, with meeting rooms and variety of food and beverages. Came here for meetings and the meeting rooms are available in different sizes and capacity. It’s comfortable with complete audio visual facilities, amenities and great coffee break & lunch break. Lunch is super.. with a lot of variety of menu, starting from Indonesian traditional food, appetizers, desserts and choices of live cooking. I was enjoying steam boat, and a complete buffet with choices of beef, chicken, fish and vegetables dishes. A cooking corner providing instant noodles in various flavors is also available. Gorengan or vegetable fritters are also available. Desserts are divine, offering a wide range of cakes and es campur, a famous Indonesian drink. Entrance is ♿️ friendly. Access to meeting room is also likewise.

Quick check-in process, great service and hospitality. They even got us welcome cake with greeting card. However, the wifi is unable to connect at first. But, their IT team is handling the issue by restarting the terminal or something and the issue is then solved. Tasty food as well and great service at the receptionist and restaurant. We ask for early breakfast for sahur and they send the meal to our room at our requested time.

The food was delicious. They have all kinds of food from Asian to western food. The room was clean and well prepared. We love our stay and definitely will recommend other people to stay here. Next time we would like to stay here again. The staff was also friendly and did excellent job.

The service is satisfying. The room space is clean. I really appreciated the welcome cake provided in the room. The hotel also provides an additional snack service at a fairly affordable price. The location is quite close to the DAMRI pool. Even the toll road to airport is not crowded. One issue that might be resolved is that the hotel does not provide a pedestrian at the hotel gate.

3rd time stay here.. Very recommended for family or honey moon.. The view is ok, but overall it is very pleasant to spend nights here.. We got a compliment for birthday too..

Had a great stay during Eid 2022. Room is clean and tidy, breakfast are great as well with a lot of choices. Recommended for family stays!

Stayed here for 2 nights it was fabulous! I stayed in a twin bed for single occupancy and one thing i was grateful of: they automatically gave me 2 cards - so one can be for the room power and I can bring one by myself (without being asked - some hotels didn’t). Room was clean, amenities were sufficient and the fridge was cold, which was very nice. Pool was decent in size even though it could get cramped in weekend, i imagine. Overall a great and memorable stay :)

After arriving WE Had to wait because the room Not yet ready. I asked for a quiete room. But already by Check in He Said that the executive room is Not a quiete room because all rooms have conecting doors. So i find Out that WE booked the better rooms but WE get the noisy rooms. At least the conecting doors was the smallest Problem. The bigger Problem was that Our rooms was in Front of the Pool. And WE couldnt sleep longer than 7.30 am in the morning. From that time the Kids played in the Pool so noisy. The Hotel Not have soundproof Windows. A 4 Star Hotel should have IT! The rooms also was so small and 2 small beds inside. WE payed 4.3 Million Rupiah - to expensive for such rooms. I can Not recommend this rooms. I dont know about the Other rooms. But WE didnt enjoy Our stay in there because didnt get enough Rest. Also in the afternoon cant Take a nap because to noisy in the rooms! Really disappointed!!!

Stayed here on 24 January 2024. As soon as I entered the room, the cozy atmosphere was immediately felt. I appreciate the complimentary they gave as a bday gift, I love the cake! Breakfast was so good with many variety of food, and the restaurant attendants were very friendly 🫰🏼. Thank you, Grand Zuri!

Makanannya enak, khususnya Roast Beefnya enak bgt, pelayanannya oke, coffee break ruang rapatnya juga oke. More than my expectation. Cold rokm temperature. With full amenities and toiletries. Food and drinks have many options. From healthy to sugary. Food from sugary to savory, all kinds of delicacies, but 1 thing we always wanted: indomie. Best thing ever. Taste like warmindo.

I stayed at the hotel for nearly a week. My first impression with the hotel was great, since i was greeted with live music being played by musicians in the lobby area (probably related to ongoing private event in the hotel). The staff was decent and polite. The room was quite good for the price compared to other hotels in the vicinity. The breakfast options were also better both in taste and variety for non Indonesian guests.

Rooms were tidy and clean, The air conditioner is cool. Their staff is very kind and helpful during late check in and ready to help with thr baggage. For the menus in restaurant; lots of variety but the best is their breads and pastries. They now serve ice cream too. The fruit was okay, big slices for most customers. The spices of the fish and chicken was on spot and flavorful.

Spent 3 days for handling office meeting, all the staffs were so good and fast for any request. The food was good, the facilities were good also. Its a very pleasant to stay at this hotel! Will definitely arrange another meeting here.

I stay in this hotel many times. All the food here are great, room also good and clean. The housekeeping helps us a lot. The problem only when we do check in, it took very long time due to I booked the room using my nick name instead and also I requested for non smoking room but Mr. Kris gave us smoking room until someone (I forgot her name) helps us to get another room in non smoking floor. The rest are good.

AWESOME STAY! Only stay for 1 night..but it was superb experience since check in ! Kudos to the F&B crew for the Sunday 11 June bfast, the options was many, the service was exceptional with the clown and baloons! My kids super happy! Keep it up!

It was a sudden decision to stay in this hotel, but it turned out good. The room can be upgraded but overall we all enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was nice, we took our time to savour the food 🙂...relaxing time well-spent 👍

The best 4 star hotel experience so far. Clean room, clean sheets, friendly, even though the flush knob is broken and the shower head is losing couples rubber nozzle. Overall it is a great stay.

Grand Zuri BSD gives a great experience for my stay. I was here during a meeting from the office but never face any hurdle in enjoying their service. Good service, good food, friendly face, accommodating every need. Worth the money spent.

Decent hotel; overall room is ok but bedsheets slightly spotted and there are strands of short hair around different parts of the room left behind by previous occupant(s). Bathroom is very small. Breakfast has limited choice but mostly local food including indomie.

My favorite place to stay in Jakarta! The staff are exceptional and always remember my name and make me feel at home. From a cost to value ratio, you can't beat it in my mind. Obviously, you can stay at more luxurious places in the city, but you pay a lot more.

Restaurant service is good and comfi. Taste of dishes are excellent , but queue in omlete spot is slightly high. Overall breakfast service is magnificent

I stayed here for a night on transit from airport to home. The room was really clean and comfortable. The Check in was seamless though it was close to midnight. The staff were really friendly and always helpful to accommodate to any requests. There is a designated smoking area at level 3 with an unobstructed view of the surrounding area. The gym was adequate enough, although the equipment maintenance can be improved (the stationary bike pedals were loose and the walking machine monitor was not working).

Nothing special for the breaskfast. also IDR 270 for an extra a kid above 120 cm? I guess it is a little bit over price. However thanks for the fried cheese bananas as complimentry

Easy to find, nearby to train station and public places like AEON mall. It was a good experience to have a business meeting and stay here even just 1 night. Surprisingly the food was so good. Must try item: sambal, all of them!

My stay at Grand Zuri was just lovely! The staff were super sweet and helpful at all times. They were kind to address all requests and the hospitality was definitely one of the best I’ve come across. The rooms are luxurious and the complementary breakfast spread was top-notch. I had a pleasant stay here! :)

My office held meetings a couple times in this hotel and the service were superb. Overall the foods are good, the room is clean, and the staffs are helpfull. My favorite is that they provide prayer mat in every room. Recommended!

Had bad experiences last time we stay there. At noon, My wife and children locked inside the room due to front door lock problem. It took about 45minutes to let them out. The repairement made them inconvenience to stay in the room since no privacy so they left to nearest mall. No apology from higher management… Just when we were about to get some rest at about 7pm, room phone rang. A guy from the hotel called us that sandals are not allowed outside the room. We asked why, he said because it’s management rules and the duty manager found the sandals. Somehow, they didn’t care about our reason. He didn’t even asked. Actually, we put sandals outside because our little baby liked to play with sandals which was not hiegienic especially not good for baby’s health. Where’s the empathy. When we confronted to the front desk either the guy whom phoned us or the duty manager whom reported the sandals didn’t want to meet us. The duty manager on the phone said to the guy in front of us from the hotel that he was still patrol around the hotel… talk about priorities, apparently that activities was more important than meet customers… When we report about locked inside room earlier apparently the management didn’t notice the incident as the man in front of us wrongfully said that my wife locked in the bathroom… Looked like sandals violence was more important than safety risk incident… I mean, what if when my family locked inside there’s fire… it took around 45 minutes to open the door… I thought these hotel business about hospitality and empathy…

We had a good staycation here. Good service from the staff, the room is quite cozy, the pool is small but most kids might still enjoy it, they have a small playground with good spots for taking some photos. But the highlight for me is the breakfast, plenty options to eat and they taste quite good too, they even had magic clown that put a show when the kids on breakfast/on swimming pool.
