I stayed at the Hotel Mercure for 2 days and 1 night, and I was very satisfied with my stay. First of all, the public facilities in the hotel are very good, such as in the lobby area, lobby, and toilets. The cleanliness of the hotel in the area, rooms, and lobby toilets is very good. The room is very well arranged, equipped with good facilities, and very comfortable to live in while on vacation. The hotel territory is very well sanitized. I was also greatly helped by the service of the staff, who were very friendly and very fast in responding, always ready to help with my needs, especially a staff member named Fani. I highly recommend the Mercure BSD hotel to anyone who is on vacation and wants to find a satisfying experience. Thank you, Mercure BSD hotel and staff, for a great stay!

I spent two nights here on business and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quite close to the highway exit and the mall. As for the room, even though being small, but it is excellent and surprisingly comfortable, I would like to give a special thanks to Pak Arie from house keeping for keeping it nice and tidy.

Tastefully designed rooms with cute touches such as the welcome illustrations on the door. I appreciate their environmental friendly efforts to reduce single use plastic. Lots of entertainment options for kids, including arcade machines, playground and pool (with robot animals and bouncy castle) and a free painting session on the weekend. Strategically located within walking distance to AEON Mall.

The interior is nice and comfortable. However, it would be perfect if can improve hygienic of towel. Sometimes feel like not clean, smelly and the towel is little bit old (not white, grey). Other thing is great.

Strategic location, good choice for business and family staycation. Walk distance to AEON Shopping Mall where plenty of food tenant available. Short distance to ICE Convention Centre. Easy to access from nearby toll-road. Good Internet WiFi access. Limited car parking slot available. There is room to improve: - AC in lobby area did not cool at all, I feel for those employees who work in this area, sweating - Towels, unpleasant smell - Complimentary in-room snacks somehow not refilled daily as promised - Not sure why room cleaning need to be requested on daily basis.

Went here to watch a concert at ICE and the experience was superb. Even when the hotel had 100% occupancy but the service are super quick and the room also very clean. Breakfast also good. Will definitely going back here for a stay in Tangerang.

I just love everything here. Unexpectedly know this place from a friend because I need a place to stay during a family member’s treatment in nearby hospital. From the moment I enter the building, I instantly fell in love with this place. The interior design is really nice. When I open my room door, I fell in love again. Everything is just perfect. I will definitely stay here again for other purposes like staycation. Thank you, Mercure!

Definitely kids friendly hotel. Spacious backyard with kids playground. Small pool. Small gym. Hotel staff are great.. they have a gokart and bicycle that you can rent, free for in-house guests. Your little one won't get bored when staying in this hotel. But it needs to be improved for breakfast. The taste is so-so with little variety of food. They provide free flow mineral water to refill. So you don't need to buy one. The location is great,only walking distance to AEON mall.

I had a good experience staying here. Stayed for the purpose of event at ICE BSD. Walking distance to Aeon Mall BSD. Parking was limited during weekend. We are family of four and slept comfortably with additional extra bed at Suite type room on 7th Floor. Mini bar snacks were provided for free. Toilet and room was very spacious. Swimming pool is decent and they have kids pool area for the young ones. Kids outdoor area was fun and nearby the pool. They also provide basketball arcade game for free. Morning breakfast menu can improve though. Overall a nice staycation experience.

We stayed in this Mercure for one night for a sport purpose. We booked a superior room, which was quite small, but it was neatly designed. The bathroom area was probably two-third of the sleeping area. The foods were its weakness. The taste, especially at breakfast, was mediocre at best. The taste for iga bakar I ordered for dinner was better. As for the choices for breakfast, the varieties were limited. The services were however quite helpful.

Nice hotel with comfortable and clean rooms and friendly employees with good service. The swimming pool is not too big but clean. Overall I would recommend staying at this hotel again.

Stayed for 4 night at superior room with no problems Then extended 2 nights at privilege room (no superior avail) with some problems such as 1. no signals for 5 channels tv (staff said the signal not strong enough to reach 10th floor) 2. No restock on minibar 3. Aircon switched off itself after few hours operational (so annoying) But the front desk is very nice and helpful… Keep Up and keep improving 👍🏻

It was a nice place. The hotel was clean but the bed was not comfortable. Overall a good place to stay. They only had a mirror in the bathroom and it was a bit far on the wall separated by the hand wash basin.

The best Mercure hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Jakarta. Location is very strategic since it’s in the heart of BSD City and a walking distance to the nice Aeon Mall BSD. The hotel is almost 4 years old, but it is so well maintained so it feels like it was just recently opened. Lobby is very nice, clean and has a homey and comfy ambience. The staff are also helpful, check in process was also nice and quick. I stayed on the 2nd floor, The hallways were very nice and clean too, it smelled fresh (not like a musty carpet smell that are sometimes in other hotels), every room door has a welcome note written on a chalk board with different languages which i think is so creative! The rooms were also big for a 4 star hotel and very cozy and homey as well. I felt like I was in my own home, room is also bigger than any other Mercure I’ve ever stayed at in Jakarta. Bathroom area is spacious, bedroom area is also spacious, with a big sofa and a very comfortable bed and pillows. Unfortunately, there is no proper working desk provided just a small desk and the TV although big is not equipped with Smart TV (YouTube, Netflix, etc) which I know some lower end hotels even provide, so yeah kinda disappointed. Other than that, I’m very impressed. The rooms were also soundproof, AC works great, there is a nice pool area as well as a gym. I don’t know about food options since I didn’t eat there. Overall, great customer service as well and I’m very happy with this hotel. Definitely will be coming back in the near future. Thank you for a memorable stay Mercure BSD City!

For stay : 8/10 Good staff, nice breakfast, Christmas Decoration was excellent. Room : homey and spacious for privilege room. But i have a bad experience at nov 30th 17.30 I've called by duty manager from Mercure BSD city and he told me that the rooms for dec 2nd already full. He told me to move to another hotel, example mercure alam sutra or Trembessy Hotel with my ALL point compensated. I said No, because i already booked at Oct 31st 2023 and have a proof. He told me an excuse that their system booked my room at Nov 28th and their rooms for Dec 2nd already full book. But when i fight to said No and still insisted to keep my book, he told me that, " alright, maam. we will keep your room." WTH WAS THAT??? For hotel stay was nice and pleasant. But for that man who called himself a duty manager at Nov 30th and called me, that was a bad experience. I'll give him 1/10

We booked 2 rooms, one room 816 has problems with the aircon, not as cool as the other room, though we report n technician repaired and said we have to wait for a moment, still not solved. But we didn't change room as we had a lot of event to attend. Very satisfied with the restaurant, Kitchen yard, very helpful and our dinner event went very well.

My wife is an Accor member and we already stayed here several times, but the last stay is NOT COMFORTABLE. When doing the check in, the front office attitude is not welcoming already, we asked for a late check out, but he manage to "bargain" the time for 15-30 mins (I mean really???) This request is somehow not communicated properly, so near the normal check out time, we are really disturbed with the staff ASKING US TO CHECK OUT EVERY HOUR. We cannot even relax. We stayed for our friend wedding, please THINK TWICE or 100TIMES before doing your wedding here, they have a lot of RIDICULOUS WEIRD RULES regarding wedding like moving furniture, and such simple stuff as lobby parking and photos. It is like they try to RIP you off by charging some ridiculous amount. Honestly I wouldn't blame the staff (although they're not that friendly) I blame the management policy. Definitely WILL NOT COME BACK! Add: Thank you for responding, really appreciate it. But I do feel that the respond is more to justification without much effort in understanding.

The place is clean, tidy, and everything in the room works properly. Room itself is pretty spacious, but sometime I heard noises from the ceiling. Breakfast menus are nice.

I've been a loyal fan of Mercure within the Accor brands in Indonesia, having stayed at more than 5 Mercure hotels in Indonesia and Singapore. However, I'm deeply disappointed with the service, starting even before my check-in. Despite being a Silver Member, the Reservation team was unhelpful and insisted on payment, contrary to the confirmation I received on the Accor app assuring me that my booking wouldn't be canceled. Even though I had selected payment at the hotel and entered my credit card details on the app, they claimed it wasn't in their system. As a Silver member, I had expected better service and was let down. Moreover, during check-in, I wasn't asked to show my ID initially. The reception seemed reluctant to provide optimal service because my ID differed from the name used for booking (I used my Catholic name for the reservation). However, once I clarified that both names belonged to me, their attitude changed. Is this the standard treatment for your members? I've never encountered such trouble even at Grand Mercure. When I requested additional towels as the ones in the room were arranged for decoration, they were hesitant to comply. I've encountered similar situations before, where housekeeping typically uses different towels for decorative purposes. Similarly, when I asked for cutlery, I was told there'd be an IDR 50,000 charge for the request. This was an odd experience, and I've decided not to return in the future.

Honestly one of the best hotel in my opinion. Once you enter the lobby, it feels really welcoming thanks to the staff. The food can be improved and the location is not too far from a train station

The room is clean, unique and has nicely elegant decor, especially the big window, the toilet, and the bed. The breakfast is very very good, everything is ENAK, the place is chill, elegant and fun. And my most favorite thing in this hotel is the service. EXCELLENT

Loved the designs of the lobby, the room and the outdoor space. We stayed here with kids and older parents for a family event and it we're satisfied with the service and experience. One minus thing is about the space and structure of the conference/ball room which made a bit difficulty for the table arrangement and sound setting of our family event. The hotel is also so close to AEON mall and the Breeze BSD, two places of one stop entertainment in BSD.

Restaurant offers good selection of breakfast menu. Their fault buffet options are extensive with both local and western style menu. Discuss local menu changes everyday which is good as you get to experience different type of local food. Hotel offers good service, friendly staff, accommodative to request, clean rooms, good amenities.

Overall it's great experience to stay here In detail: - Room is quiet clean, decent, and well-designed. Got fridge in superior room, and it works well. Bathroom is also quiet large for non-suite room. Also, I like the concept of less waste approach, such as glass water bottle that refillable with dispenser near elevator. - Breakfast is also good. Not much variation, but enough option. Taste is also good. But some suggestion, coffee station is located a bit far from other dishes, I think some people might not be aware that it's there. - Strategic location. 5 minutes walking from AEON BSD (you know, that mall with large sushi stall). Great choice if you wanna stay around BSD.

good hotel with clean room and good hospitality from the employee. the design is eco-friendly, most of the room are made of woods and almost no plastic bottle. parking lot is not that big, you can go to nearest mall just by walking. wifi is good, you still can work online just fine at the hotel room. the food are good but not the best, but from my experience, the fried rice is the best, just try it. for business its good, but for family i think not, the area so small, maybe its still in development.

Very Unpleasant Stay We booked this hotel 2 nights for leisure. 1. We only been informed that the pool is not working upon check in, which very disappointing. The staff informed us that in two days the pool is done meanwhile we’ll be checking out anyway, so it doesnt make any sense to say things like that when they knew i will check out in 2 days. 2. No covid protocol, the hotel has successfully provide sanitizer around the hotel and gloves at the breakfast area, but unfortunately, the staff didnt care enough to implement the rule across all of the hotel guests. we lost our appetites after seeing another guests using their hands to pick up food / condiments from the buffet area. I had to in-fact asked the staff to remind other guests but he didn’t take an immediate action while the other guests were still at the counter picking up food with no gloves. I gave them another chance the next day and still the staff didnt care at all. 3. we found an owl chained at the outside area, it didnt feel good to see the way they treated the animal, so we curiously asked on instagram if the owl belong to the hotel or perhaps they rescue an animal, however the answer was “ the animal is belong to one of the colleague that was on holiday so the hotel is taking care of it “, the owl clearly does not look very happy and comfortable. we just dont think it was a good show case idea when you clearly torturing the animal. 4. We had a delivery package from our friend, it was bunch dry dog treats delivered by gojek, the security took the phone and speak very rudely saying that he cant keep the food, we explained that it’s dry treats not for human but dogs, and he still insisted that they cant take it, which confuses me. I would understand if it was wet human food which can be contaminated but dry dog treats inside a sealed package? and I think they could speak to us better than this as this is a 4* hotels not a hostel. 5. We are a couple going on holiday, of course the best room they can give us is a room facing a construction, with a loud noise for such a light sleeper like me and next to the elevator. we didn't asked to be move and bother to even complain as the whole experience at this hotel is a disaster already. Not sure how you train your reservation team. 6. Location is great and convenient. Please improve your standard and services, as you are carrying a big brand like Accor and Mercure. Your hotel rate isnt cheap, so act like u presenting a 4* hotel not a hostel please.

My wife and I stay almost four weeks; during stays we don’t find any unusual circumstances everything went well. Hotels staff they are polite and helpful except housekeeping people need to improve. Most of the time they forgot to replenish an empty bathroom vanities and mini bars. And that happened several times during my stay. Please pay attention even for small little things like fill an empty bags of tea and sugar etc. Thank you. I gave you three stars for room improvement.

The room is spacious and comfortable I love the room. The location is superb, however, they need to improve the main course menu. Although the staff is very good and friendly, especially the banquet staff he is superb, I am disappointed with the meeting room. They gave us a very small meeting room, from my point of view the meeting room is not feasible to accommodate 15 people.

Recent hotel located at the center of BSD CITY, Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia. New area in expansion. Close to mall, offices, gardens, exhibition center, high way. Clean and well treated hotel. Good lobby with seating area where you can order food and drink. Restaurante area close to the lobby where you can enjoy their quality meals. Very bright area with glasses who allow the sun to penetrate. Outside area for smokers. The rooms are good and clean. Everything still looks new. The mattress is comfortable. No noises to disturb your sleep. The breakfast is abundant and the food is delicious. Good price for quality.

I would give it a 5 star hotel under one condition, pelase clean the swimming pool, the water is very unpolished and the floors have rust! Under then that my stay was enjoyable and my sister was pretty happy with the hotel!

Stayed 2 nights, Staff made me felt welcome, great hospitality Been upgrade as a gold member. Room was cozy and comfy. But i found the bed, pillow, quilt not so comfy. Love the rain shower. Location is great for those who looking for a staycation in bsd. Opposite hotel there is a aeon mall. Lots of shops and fnb Hotel facilities, gym is small but not enough to accomodate my needs. Swimming pool was great There was a kids playing area -outdoor park However for foods in this hotel i must say is not worth to have a bteakie here. Not up to standard tor 4star hotels . The coffee not great, the brrad no great the food varieties and taste horrible. So i skip the room service and dinner in this hotel. Overall i had a great stay . Love to cone back in future and expect the food improvment.

The check-in process was smooth. Ms. Silver on the receptionist gave a really warm welcome and even upgraded my room to Suite. Spacious, modern and clean room equipped with a bathtub, vanities, a big closet and a comfortable bed. Despite a construction work going on next door, due to excellent soundproofing, I could have a quiet night sleep. On top of that, the hotel is only 5 minutes walk from AEON Mall. Overall it was an exquisite stay at Mercure BSD City.

Staying in a junior suit type room, the room is spacious, the bathroom and changing room are also spacious. Bathroom with street view. Very good and friendly service (thank you for the birthday cake), even though the check-in time was long. For breakfast, there is less variety and standard taste. The restaurant is less extensive. The swimming pool is less spacious too with full guests.

check in was a bit rough. there was no towels or robe in my room, annoying when u are checking in at 11pm from a long journey. room smells stale and had a strong smoke smell. i tot i asked for a non smoking room. was noisy, i could hear the neighbours and people running up and down the corridor. i think there was a group of friends who were shouting along the corridors. past midnight. breakfast was challenging, couldnt even get a seat. glad to see the occupancy rate was really good. wont stay here if i had a choice

The room is very nice, clean, and tidy, strong Wi-Fi in the room. The bathroom is very nice, I love it! but tiny swimming pool and not able to work around 6-9 pm instead consider a lot of children in the day.
