Positives: spacious parking, quick check in/out and good location Areas to improve: room cleanliness. Room 608 is in desperate need of deep cleaning and improvement. The cups in the breakfast area also need deep cleaning. I'll let the photos do the talking. Oh and we had to pay 50,000 in cash for mini fridge even though our booking says superior room includes mini bar.

A great location but everything else was a let down. No fridge (mini bar) in the room despite being listed on Agoda. Then we had to pay extra. The bathroom wasn't clean at all, although the shower was comfortable with warm water. The breakfast was acceptable but more local than international but the cups for coffee and tea weren't washed very well. The parking was adequate with sufficient spaces for the guests. Overall, I feel that there will be better options for hotels in the area when we return.

Stay here for 2 nights. Overall the room is good with standard amenities provided. Quite satisfy for last minute booking.

Location is good, but unluckily Ocean Park is closed for renovation and Santika doesn't have swimming pool facility

Services excellent. I choose non smoking room, it was okay. The facilities are standard AC and hot water working properly. Sometimes lift didnt work properly but it is managable. Has a lot of variation in terms of Indonesian food. Few option for western one. Need to be more control in terms of cleanliness of the ingredient/food quality that are used and served. I personally prefer few food with a better quality than various with decent quality. But its okay though. Overall nice stay. I enjoy stay here

I have a very nice stay in Santika BSD ... the room is super cold and the hot shower streaming endless. The breakfast food range is very good.. It is super value compared to what I received.. not mentioning a very good welcoming charming and service by Ms. Rini .. Adding a complete satisfaction staying in this hotel...

Its an okay place to have a meeting. It is connected to teraskota, so finding lunch is no problem. Room is quite small, clean, and quite cozy. Unfortunately no pool.

the breakfast selection are amazing. staff are friendly and provide good service. good location near teraskota mall, but they have live music at night so if you want to sleep early then you might be disturbed with the noise

The room fits me, not too big yet very comfortable and neat, direct access to mall and groceries store, breakfast was great.. surely recommended place to stay around BSD

I have no complaints in general. The service is a breeze, Ansori at the front desk is extremely helpful. The only thing is that the rooms definitely need a lot of refurbishment s, but everything else is perfect

I had to do some works during my visit in Indonesia, and my friends recommended me to stay here. The hotel is located near the train station and a shopping mal, so location-wise, I would never complain. They share the same area with the famous ICE. The next time I need to visit for an exhibition, I know where I will stay. The receptionist is friendly, and they are helpful. We needed to check in earlier, and they tried their best to make sure I could do that. The room was spacious and comfortable, and of course clean. Definitely will stay here again.

For most of the time, it was alright Loud noises at 5am though, wasn't alright There was also a loud noise in the corridor can be heard from the room. Also some breakfast food seems to be out of stock at 8am, which also not so nice. Also some issues with the elevator. But aside from that, it was a good experience. The view was great and the location is excellent. Their food for events is also delicious and the staffs are friendly. Special kudos to staff that handle our events (mas Gellen).

Room quality so far good, but plug for charging station are not reachable. Food item are various and delicious, spot are good and easy to reach. But overall ok. Wish to stay here again nex time. Noted : reservation with mobile number please advise.

Everything alright. breakfast menu can be better but no complaints from me. unfortunately I found tiny roaches exploring the room so I had to squish them with the free mask which provided from hotel.

Comfortable room not too big. Many varieties food at breakfast. Next to Teras Kota mall. Nice sitting area at loby. No gym, would be best if can provide small gym. No swimming pool.
