Did PCR Swab earlier today. Welcomed by a professional customer service agent, Ria. The hospital's recruitment team did a good job by taking her to the team. What she did was the true definition of service. Doctor was friendly, professional, and well informed too Definitely 5 stars. Keep it up!

Did a PCR test today and very satisfied with the service especially with Bu Ria, the one who always take a good care of me. Very clean facility, complete with AC and I can also consult with the doctor straight away! Definitely will come back if i wanna do a PCR test again.

PCR Test results within 48 hours NOT 24 HOURS! Came here 3 times for a PCR Test 1st Visit - staff can't speak English, through Google translate they told us that opening hours is from 08:00-19:00 2nd Visit - we came around 18:00 to do a PCR Test and they told us it's only until 16:00 (really unrealiable!) 3rd Visit - trying to be patient we come here early today to get PCR Test and they said we can't get the results tomorrow even though it's advertised as 24 hours. We can only get it after 48 hours. Don't you know timing is important for PCR Test as a flight requirement?

This hospital provides best services for maternity care. They have the best ObGyn (I recommend dr. Hendrik Sutopo). Delivering my children here smoothly with all the facilities and customer care. The food here is surprisingly good! So glad to have known this hospital

Excellent service, strict protocol due to covid 19, was a patient in here for 4 days and I have to say its a recommended place to give birth. Big thank you to the doctors, nurses and staffs for taking such a good care of me and my baby, we were lucky to be in a good hands🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Good maternity hospital with, strict protocol, great staff service, clean place, but little bit pricey..and the doctor here also very popular, so get ready for long queue for certain doctor here..

Good quality service. The hospital is clean and safe. Staffs are fast and efficient. Thankful our Pediatrics doctor can speak Tagalog and fluent with English too. Some staff can speak Tagalog as well.

My son was born here and I come here regularly for my wife’s obgyn as well as my son’s pediatrician. The hospital is good but I’d avoid getting your medicine from the in house pharmacy unless u really need to. Why? They charge exorbitantly high prices for EVERYTHING, medicine & medical equipments alike. I just bought a pediatrician inhaler for 2.5x the price of what was sold on e-commerce. I understand that if it is slightly more expensive since they have operational cost to cover, but 2.5x feels like a robbery to be honest.

very good service with Ibu Ria about customer care

We had our first born on June, 2022 here. Their service from start to end was wonderful, the staff was very friendly. We picked Deluxe room. The room was great and clean, they provided basic toiletries and towel for the mother. They provide clothes and diapers for the baby. They changed the drink water and hot water in your room regularly. The housekeeping also cleaned your room everyday. Also, importantly, their food was very delicious, taste nothing like hospital food. I enjoyed every meal they served and I always finished it without leftovers. Most important thing is, their medical personnel : from doctor, midwife and nurses were cery capable. The procedure from start until i leave the hospital : from preliminary check, caesarian section, post operation care, were very neat and comfortable. The c-section by my ObGyn, dr. Ferdhy S. and team run very smoothly. The nurses always gave medication on time and checked my condition regularly. Before i left the hospital, the nurses gave the mothers class about take care of your newborn : how to bath and breastfeeding. Last but not least, they gave me very useful presents : sets of baby skincare and diaper bag. Overall, my staycation to have our baby was very satisfying and comfortable. My son was sick, i called for a reservation with dr Andy Japutra and being told to come between 5-6PM. I made it 10-15 mins before 6PM despite the traffic in PIK. After i have done my registration, the officers told me that the doctor has left the hospital and there’s no more pediatrician left. They simply “forget” to inform me before I struggle my way to get there. No phone call, no text, nothing. They dont even have the decency to apologies properly until I express how disappointed I am. You dont want to waste your time, energy and effort especially when your child is not feeling well and cranky.. please have some empathy to the parents

big fat lady working as cashier on 1st floor (front of surgery room) was very very slow , making a long queuing customer to pay and impacting the baby also mother need to wait longer inside of the room

Very recommended to be chosen as they have profesional doctor and nurses that will give you all the care needed. Plus point that this is a mom n baby hospital so its very safe here with good health protocol for covid. Here i will also recommend Dr Hendrik Sutopo if anyone considering to have a normal delivery as currently it is rare to find doctor who will be very supportive and care even it took long hours. With my experience of 17 hrs long, never once doctor hendrik drop my hope to have a normal delivery. He went through and help me during those hours and my baby born healthy n safe. Thanks for all the nurses as well who help me going through my 17 hrs and for all the support during my labor. The food is good not a tasteless one and the cleanliness also good. I take deluxe room (1 occupancy with 1 toilet inside + sofa bed for my husband). I would say the price also fair enough if you dont have any special request added for the delivery. So you just need to understand the pricing term n condition which the reception at the lobby will inform you the detail.

Taking so long for the medicine and queue for the doctor. Even though the doctor is very fast in examination.

Special thanks to Dr. Lidya Kariadi SPOG for the excellent service and helping my wife through her first delivery process. My wife and my first daughter are in a good condition right now. The nurses and the hospital team especially Ms. Ria who has been very helpful during our stay.

Had a confirmed appointment with dr. Andy Japutra Sp.A, and despite a very bad traffic, we managed to arrive on time. But the doctor has left the hospital earlier, and no other pediatrician is available at that moment. The registration staff didn’t call/text us if our appointment has been cancelled! They even didn’t think if there’s something wrong with all of this, after how much time we had to waste to drive to this hospital, while my son was sick. They showed no empathy and no apology. It seems not in the SOP of this terrible hospital that the staff needs to inform patient if there’s any change on the appointment. Extremely bad service, poor staff, no SOP exist. Will not come back to this hospital.

My OB is the best. She is very detailed in giving information that I needed. The facility is also good. The room is very clean and cozy. Food serve is also suitable for me. Staffs are very really helpful and very caring. My husband and I don’t speak Indonesian very well but staffs are trying really hard to help us with our needs. I feel very safe and secure in this hospital. Overall my experience is the best.

Our first son born on May 2023 in Grand Family Hospital. Special thanks to Dr Erik Sutandi, my OB doctor, and Dr Steven Tjia, our baby doctor. We are treated with good care and quick response. We have a great experience during delivery and feel very safe on the hands of capable doctor and its team. The staffs are helpful as well. Thanks Grand Family!
