Best muaythai studio at alam sutera followed by a comfortable cafe downstairs. Muaythai is their speciality. They served excellent coffee as well at their coffee shop. A peaceful place to sweat, socialize and chill. The atmosphere and vibes are extraordinary. Vida trainers are extremely friendly, very professional and all staff are super friendly. The warmest place to hang around even when you're alone 😊❤️

My first ever Muay Thai experience was fortunately a good one. Can't believe I haven't posted this review sooner. Can't speak for all the trainers, but the one I had was super awesome and a pleasure to work with. He was patient, encouraging, and able to kick anyone's butt for sure (He knows who he is!). I wish to continue my journey in this martial art soon when I am back in Indonesia! Terima kasih VIDA Muay Thai!

The first time I took the class, I was really confused, but the coach was kind and patient in teaching. The cafe is also good for working and hanging out! The staff is also very kind, doggy friendly!
