Nice little hospital. I was quite impressed. I read many complaining comments below before actually came and see for myself. It turned out the opposite. It seems the management really really listened or read to user reviews. And it should be appreciated.

Extremely expensive maternity clinic that some of the local midwives will try to foist on naive mothers-to-be. Be wary of corruption. You know what I mean.

Overall great birthing experience. They failed to invite me into the room for the photos we had arranged through the hostpital, but given the chaos of COVID, the language barrier, and the fast pace of C-sections it is understandable that the photo moments came and went without me in the room. We stop at the cafe for snacks every time we visit.

I went to IGD and handled by friendly senior nurse, forgot her name. After that I was referred to fever clinic and handled by Nurse Samiah, one thing for sure, she was the best, profesional, polite, friendliest Nurse in my life. She put IV on me and it did not hurt when injected. Not many nurses work wholeheartly and Nurse Samiah is definetely one of them. Thank you!

Clean and full air condition. Average price. Don't forget to visit Prof. Dr. Djajadiman Gatot, Sp.A for your personal pediatrician for your child, he is really good.

Comfy and fast response hospital. Got burn scar once and the treatment from the hospital was great, it has aesthetic clinic as well.

Please resolve the issue in your pharmacy. Please hire if you require additional personnel. I've been here twice, and the pharmacy is always a problem. Just waiting for medicine took three hours during the first visit. Second visit, two hours later, and I'm still waiting. Other big hospitals have a 20-minute wait!

Good Hospital.. they have good medical facility, professional doctor, friendly nurse & staff. But, their farmacy can not serve and receive prescription from outside doctor..

Been there for emergency when my child got dehydration symptoms. The Emergency Room Act very quickly so everything were fine in the end. The laboratory result from blood was super quick, as well as thorax X-ray test. The superb explanation from general practitioner at ER, followed by on-point diagnosis from pediatrician. The price is good in my opinion, but I suggest using your insurance.

Nice hospital .. all staff and nurse services are friendly , fast response and clean.

Bad experience, they forced me to have general anesthesia instead of local anesthesia over ruptured skin abscess (bahasa Indonesia: bisul gede pecah). Asked for documents to sign & they didn’t give any to me… not until after they took my blood & EKG. Asked for them not for local anesthesia, but still they ignored my request. Told them the needle hurt me & needs to be replaced, they purposely ignored it. (I wasn’t wrong though, it was swollen badly upon removal). FYI, they wanted to charge me a total of 30.000.000 IDR for the procedure AND another 7% for the hospital fee. What a rip off. Doctor in the ER laughed when we complained, until we told them to “imagine it’s your own family”. If you use insurance, make sure to check if the hospital is listed, as there are many doctors/hospitals that are blacklisted.
