I shop in this branch because I can find almost what I wanna buy. This is bigger than other Ace Hardware. Staff some are knowledgeable some aren't. But they were kind and helpful. But when it comes to customer service, it tooks an hour and very SLOW response. We shops almost one troley but we can't take the troley tp the park area. They promises us to send someone to deliver our things to parking area. But he comes after an hour. And do not know what to do. So disappointing and thinking about going to other branch.

Be careful when you buy electric products as i experienced buying insect killer Krisbow there, one week later, one the neon off though they replaced it free but a month later, the product totally off so i ask for it repaired and they charge for repair it although under guarantee.

A place where I use to kill time. From kitchen ware to outdoors equipment, all are contributing my head with ideas. They also prior warranty service with easy and friendly way. However, it was an unfortunate the the gate-in is reduced to certain floor. Keep the good work, anyway.

Best place to fix hardware, tools and appliances for home, automotive, landscaping and sport. Last time I checked they reduced the store to one floor only, but still provides a lot of product selection. Item prices are not the cheapest, especially on imported brands. On some product lines they only offer in- house brands. Service is excellent as always.

This place has everything you typically look for esp for home appliances. The staffs are also very knowledgeable.

Everybody in indonesia knows ace hardware. They have everything in this store. This ACE is located inside living world and i could say it is probably the largest in indonesia. They have 2 floors and they have the escalator inside the store. The staff is helpfull. Always giving greetings whenever the customer passes them. Just ask anything to them, they will help finding the thing you seek. Its in the same group as informa.

I always love to visit Ace Hardware in LW because there are so many stuff and I really love stuff. You can find anything here especially for decorating your house. The service is nice. I once bought a wall charger from here. It was on 2017 and it still works until now. Then I bought the iphone charger cable like 3 weeks ago but it doesn’t work. (dunno why?) maybe the quality of every brand is different.
