Food was excellent, truly. Severely understaffed. We waited 30 min for the menu, another 20 to order, food took over 2.5 hours to arrive. Excessive. Manager apologized which is fine, but would have expected at the very least a discount for the disservice. Issues close to the opening date are expected, but it is also expected not to charge full price for a disservice.

Excellent service. Very nice atmosphere. And surprisingly great food. This vegan sushi experience was really good. We went back here for a second time to try the rest of the menu.

Amazing experience, the food is special in the sense that you won’t find anywhere else this type of ingredients mixed together. I’m not vegan and sometimes a bit skeptical about vegan restaurants, but this is something different. The manager, Roman, has a huge expertise and is informing through the whole experience, not only about every and each ingredients composing the dish but also like the way you should put them in your mouth. Fully recommended. We’ll certainly be back.

The most outstanding vegan and vegetarian Japanese food anywhere and no doubt in Milan. The Chef and his team originally from Tibet and India are excellent. The service and hospitality is par excellence. A must try for everyone! 👌👏👍

I went to Nori Way yesterday for a nice dinner. The restaurant served delicious vegan sushi, which is great news for anyone looking for sustainable plant-based options. Vegan sushi is a relatively new concept, so it's exciting to see this place experimenting with different ingredients and flavors to create unique and tasty dishes. I really enjoyed the food, as well as the overall experience at the restaurant. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, service too was exceptional. It's always great when a restaurant can offer not only great food, but also a memorable dining experience. Overall, had a wonderful time, hope I'll have the opportunity to visit again in the future. It's exciting to see more and more vegan options popping up in the food industry, would love to have NORI WAY in Bologna as well in the near future!

Wonderful meal, and amazing staff. We had 2 cute but rambunctious kids and everyone was so patient and accommodating. The sushi is incredible, my favorite in Milan and 100% priced fairly and delicious.

Let me just say: this place is amazing! Interior is warm and inviting, staff is attentive and professional but the star is of course the food. Dishes are creative, presentation is well thought out. I am looking forward to dining at Nori Way again.

We were honestly blown away: the service was excellent, the food extraordinary. We all were enthusiastic and the non vegan people at the table wouldn’t stop saying how everything was wow

I keep coming back to Nori Way. The food is absolutely incredible, a taste of its very own. It is not a veganized version of sushi. It is unique, a must try. Dishes are very refined, light and visually appealing. The atmosphere of the restaurant is elegant and modern, and at the same time friendly and warm. Service is impeccable. Nori Way is definitely a great addition to the Milan vegan scene!

Everything is vegan but you have hard time to guess it if you don't know since everything is tasty. Nice space in a cool area of Milan. The service is lovely, Roman is great, but never ask for soy sauce, it's not needed! The only strange thing is they keep asking if you need water and 3 euro for half liter is a bit expensive.

We tried many different vegan sushi options. Everything tasted fantastic. It’s really hard to tell that you’re eating vegan. The flavours were so rich. They nailed the vegan salmon’s taste, look and texture so well. You can easily fool people by telling them they are eating real salmon. The service was really fast and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely come back.

This restaurant is definitely one of my favourite spots for vegan Japanese food! Everything is great, even if you didn't reserve in advance people will find a place for you.

Probably the best meal I have ever had. Everything was so fresh, unique and tasty. We ended up buying extras of some of the dishes because we liked them so much. The staff are so friendly and attentive and the atmosphere is really good, can’t recommend this place enough.

Delicious and all vegan. Highly recommend. Prices are not cheap but fair given the quality and uniqueness of the food. I can't wait to go back!

It was surely a great experience. Sushi awesome, good service, I am truly recommend if you are vegan or if you are open to try new mix of flavors. I'll definitely come back when I return to Milan. (:

Unfortunately have no other option to give this place 1 star. It simply gives vegan food a bad name. The dishes were entirely flavorless and lacking basic seasoning. We asked for soy sauce and the waitress refused to bring any, saying the chef thinks there is enough sauce already in every dish… big mistake. Soy sauce could be your one saving grace. We ordered some udon noodle dish which sorry to say is the worst plate of food I have ever been served in Milan. I took one bite and immediately stopped eating as I felt sick to my stomach. To start with, they did not serve udon noodles, they were instead some extremely soggy spaghetti-like noodles served in a flavorless lukewarm soy milk soup. Again, absolutely no seasoning and no real thought put into the dish. This is unfortunately the worst food I have had in Milan. Service was ok and only edible thing on the table was some guacamole on the vegan sushi.

You have to try it to understand. Vegan sushi is rare especially done with this kind of precision and the commitment behind the process can be adapted by all the senses from the visual aesthetic, to the taste and even the smell takes you on a journey. It's not a dinner with the objective to get full (if you want, go ahead) but it's more of a meditation on what is possible through plant based culinary experimentation. Enjoy. Thank you to the Nori Way team. (The price is excellent for the value)
