customer
service
ever!!!
Maybe
the
place
is
nice,
but
unfortunately
we
never
got
to
check
in.
So
be
super
cautious
about
the
check-in
time
in
this
place,
as
even
2
minutes
late
is
TOO
LATE!
In
1O
years
of
travels
I
never
experienced
such
a
bad
customer
service.
Let
me
explain.
The
check-in
is
at
21:00
pm,
unfortunately
there
was
traffic
on
the
road
so
at
around
20:00,
my
partner
called
the
property
to
let
them
know
we
might
have
5
or
10
minutes
delay,
so
arrive
at
21:05
or
21:10
instead
of
21:00.
We
just
wanted
to
give
them
a
notice,
and
find
a
solution
together,
whether
wait
for
us
5
or
10
min
extra
or
leave
us
a
key
somewhere...
I
am
sorry
to
say
the
person
we
talked
to
on
the
phone
was
quite
rude
and
not
understanding
at
all.
Come
on,
when
you
work
in
HOSPITALITY
you
gotta
be
HOSPITABLE
(friendly!!!
;-)
).
I
understand
that
the
policy
is
very
clear
when
you
book
but
still,
we
called,
we
gave
a
notice,
we
asked
in
a
friendly
way
and
try
to
make
the
effort
to
speak
italian
all
we
got
as
an
answer
was
"what
can
I
do,
its
your
problem"
....
SPEECHLESS.
At
the
end
we
arrived
at
the
property
at
21:02
pm
and
NO
ONE
was
there,
of
course
they
charged
us
the
full
night.
They
could
do
a
commercial
gesture,
and
refund
at
least
half
or
give
a
voucher
for
another
time
or
WHATEVER.
Como
is
a
nice
place
and
we
would
happily
return.
But
we
got
nothing
and
had
to
look
for
and
pay
for
another
room
that
night.
Once
again,
I
understand
the
policy,
but
you
could
at
least
be
friendly
and
willing
to
be
helpful.
How
bad
&
sad
to
work
in
hospitality
and
know
so
little
about
it!
