Amazing tour! Our guide Marco was absolutely the best! Energetic, knowledgeable, funny and with a very high level of English. He would even remember people s names which makes it very engaging and personal. We would def recommend this tour to discover the beauty and the history of Milan!

Marco is one of the best walking tour guides we’ve had. Passionate, knowledgeable, interesting and a great story teller. He has an amazing gift of remembering everyone’s names on the tour, even when we came back the next day to ask if our friends could join the tour (which he happily accepted!). All free walking tours are great in major cities, but Marco took it to the next level.

Marco is THE Best tour guide ever. period. I have been with 10+ walking tours in Europe, south and North America cities. Marco delivered the BEST guided tour among all. 3 hour, very fun, interesting, full of knowledge hike. Marco is passionate, knowledgeable, considerate and caring person. He constantly watch over his platoon on the busy street, as well as taking care of his city by picking up some trashes on the way. that is very nice example of Italian or Milanese. I won't spoil his show. but do ask if Marco will lead your tour, and enjoy Milan.

Best choice for a walking tour in Milan! Our guide Marco is deeply passionate and knowledgeable about his city and his beautiful storytelling makes the tour very enjoyable. Marco is truly an amazing guide. Sarge, as he was also called, had a wonderful personality. Tons of energy, and was extremely knowledgeable of Milan and it’s history. he had an amazing memory and remembered most of our names by the end of the tour and there were 40 or so people in the group. Marco moved us about easily and safely and used a great speaker system so he could be heard. He is one of the top three guides we have ever used and we go on many free walking tours. Yesterday I had the pleasure of having Marco as a tour guide of Milan. He is one of the most engaging and entertaining guides that I’ve ever had the good fortune to encounter. The way in which he delivered his knowledge of the history, politics and quirky bits of information about Milan had us all laughing most of the time while at other times, deeply moved. Did the Citywalkers tour of Milan 2 days ago and it's excellent. If you're lucky you'll be guided by Marco and his knowledge, enthusiasm and humour makes this tour first rate. He is adept and considerate in handling even a large group, keeps a good even pace, answers questions and keeps the tour really interesting and relevant. Marco was amazing!!!!!!! If you have the ability to take the tour please take the English tour with Marco - it was one of the most educational, high energy, informative tours I’ve ever been on!!

Our lively and friendly guide Marco was very enthusiastic and passionate during the whole tour. He told us a lot of interesting facts (and some figures) about Milano and its history. The tour was around 2.5 hours, and it really was interesting and not at all boring. I would definitely recommend doing this tour as part of a short Milano trip; as it also helps get a bit of orientation in the main city center. 10/10! :) If you ask Marco personally, he'll gladly give you some secret food tips (where to get the best Gelato, pizza, pasta etc.)

Marco should have his own TV show documenting the city of Milan. His passion, knowledge and humour kept us entertained for 3 hours in the intense city heat. Probably the best city walking tour we have experienced anywhere in the world Excellent tour and a must do with Marco when in Milan

We visited Milan for the first time this week and booked a tour with Marco. It was the best tour of a city my friends and I have ever been on. He was so enthusiastic and you could tell that he really loves his city. He kept the 3 hour tour interesting and fun. I liked the tour very much and I really recommend it for someone who wants to spend a good morning getting to know the city. The tour guide (Marco) was really funny and knew how to captivate the audience. He also has interesting facts about the city and makes stops on the important places. He also recommended places for lunch and for gellato. I was really impressed and rate the experience 5/5.

A fantastic free walking tour. I recommend starting your trip to Milan with a citywalkers tour, bonus if you have Marco as your guide. It's a great way to familiarize yourself with the old Town area and get some ideas of what else to see.

I have already visited a few "free walking tours" and this one was among the best. This was thanks to Marco. He was there with all his heart, you can feel that he loves Milan. It was funny, informative and just a nice experience. You get to know the best and most beautiful sides of Milan. Marco also gave good tips on where to eat authentic Italian food. Highly recommend City Walkers tours and if it's with Marco, you're in for a treat. He has incredible energy and his passion for Milan means you see and learn things not in the guidebook. Brilliant way to spend a couple of hours and having done a number of walking tours in other cities, this was the best by a mile!

The tour was stimulating and Marco was certainly entertaining. The tour took 3 hours so come prepared with water and comfortable shoes. We would highly recommend the tour.
