I've come here a few times over the years, witnessing its decline. The box concept is cool but now that the prices went up and quality precipitated it's no longer acceptable. The structure is dirty and in desperate need of maintenance. The bathroom in my room (with only 4 cubicles) has been dirty for the two days I stayed there. The locks are broken, a few times the door handle fell off, and they are noisy. Add the beeping of the keypad and you get a very noisy night, no matter how considerate your roommates might be. Worst of all the mattresses are old, tired and sagging in the middle. I asked for mine to be changed but the new one was identical and very uncomfortable.

Cleanliness was horrible. Fallen mirror, dirty pee stain on the toilet floor, bathroom shower rack have like 20 empty containers people must have left there. The floor was very yellow and mouldy. I felt like I almost passed off when I stepped on it. Slimy, yellow and green touch on your feet. Just imagine that! The dream of Milan just stopped for a moment. It was very humid and hot, no AC. The bedroom door was made of metal. I am not a light sleeper but I was almost awake the whole night. I woke up almost 13 to 15 times everytime someone come out to go to toilet because no matter how careful we shut the door, the metal handle will clinch and make a very loud sound. The next morning when we met the other customer we were talking about how restless and they felt the same thing too! Really, in the end we were all so tired to explore this beautiful city because we didn't have enough rest due to the poor soundproof.

I wish I had read the reviews. The capsule concept is there but the execution is terrible. The pods are like hot sweaty ovens with someone banging metal on the sides every 10 minutes. With people arriving or returning to their pods at night and not being able to get in using the keypad system they were making unspeakable amounts of noise. I stayed in the deluxe 4 pod area I can’t imagine how noisy the big dorms are. You can hear the person next to you batting their eyelids. The photos made it look great I was bitterly disappointed. There was no hot water in any of the showers and dirty used old toiletries left all over the bathroom. The screens did not work and the wifi was too slow to load even a web page. Disappointing. The breakfast was good though and the staff were helpful.

The staff is not friendly at all. The room doesn't worth the 142 euro/ night I spent as you may see in the photos. They use codes for the doors instead of keys . The thing that was weird you don't have shampoo in your bathroom according to them you have to buy it it's for sale absolutely incredible. There was no hot water only cold water for shower. Only positive point the situation near the underground plaza venizia not far from the attractions. Breakfast was ok. I definitely don't recommend.

First hostel I’ve stayed at. Great privacy and friendly staff. Capsules were private and quiet. Neighborhood is really nice. I would only suggest small fans in each unit as the capsules can get hot. That would make a big difference in comfort. Thanks for the great stay, Ostelzzz!

🚫☢️ Nice located (not far from the main Milano station) and good photos as high-tech place that caught my attention, but rooms are dirty and service is terrible and disgusting. Search for other options! Or be ready to loose or through away your money 💰 They collect money for good pictures and do not provide a refund for the paid booking in advance 🚔. Receptionists are not professional staff that need to be replaced with the new trained in the customers-service. One of them was extremely rude with me, when I tried to clarify my booking details made through Agoda. Standard capsule in the booking means bunk-bed with a curtain as in any other usual hostel - this is what I was told by receptionists. Prices are high, did not stay as it is in general trash. The same terrible service is in other Ostelzzz locations, awful!!! Reception is located on the ground floor that has limitations with the phone network coverage to make calls.

The location was ok for train travellers, about 20 minutes walk from the train station. The staff was nice and tried their best, but everything seemed a bit unprofessional. Breakfast was standard, nothing special. The "rooms" were air-conditioned but the boxes weren't. It was so warm in there that it was hard to sleep at night. I then left the curtain open to at least have some air circulation. The box was clean, but the bathroom wasn't. Bathrooms that are used by many people have to be cleaned more often. It felt like there were some things there for weeks... The price is too high for that

I booked a one-night stay here and immediately found out there was no hot water in the bathroom. After informing the staff, they said they needed to reset the system. However, even after half an hour, I discovered there was still no hot water. I told them again, and they said they would reset the system once more, promising hot water in five minutes. However, there was still no hot water. I asked other guests in the hotel, and they told me they hadn't had any hot water since yesterday, and the same was true for other floors as well. When I complained for the third time, the staff impatiently told me they were not plumbers and didn't know why it was happening. They suggested I try the communal bathrooms on other floors, but there was no hot water available in the entire building. The staff's attitude was very unreasonable and impatient, and their response was entirely unhelpful. It was like spending money to invite trouble.

To stay at Ostelzzz Milano was my worst experience in any hostels around the world. I humbly expected a shower with heat water and proper sleeping for the night. The Ostelzzz Milano failed guests totally in both aspects. Their heat water in the bath room always last only for around 3 minutes then cool down to cold water. If you could turn it off and wait for another 5 minutes, maybe you get warm water again…. During the night of November, Milan’s temperature is normally below 10 degrees Celsius. For bedding, their mattresses depressed seriously with obvious curve around the lower-back spine and buttock area; it seems the same mattress have been overused for decades or they might collect those mattresses from garbage grounds? I stayed for four nights in November 2023, on the first night of 1st of Nov. , I informed a male employee at the front desk about the intermittent heat water, he said they will check…; afterwards I doubt if he was honest or serious for his reply; as the heat water problems never improved at all. Then I asked to change bed with more normal mattress, the same male employee became annoyed and rebuked my request by saying all of their mattresses are the same, unfortunately he was honest in this aspect, as when I was finally allowed to change to another bed from a front desk lady on the 2nd night, the mattress was almost with the same problem. Unless you don’t care the major two problems as I experienced; my sincere suggestion is try to avoid this hostel.

I wouldn't stay here ever again. I'd read reviews saying the pods were warm but I thought it wouldn't be too bad - I was wrong. It's like you're in a tin can and there's no ventilation so it heats up rapidly and then I couldn't sleep all night. On top of that, when someone moves I'm a pod near you it shakes the whole row of pods. It also makes lots of noise when people move as you're surrounded by metal, so lots of bangs and noises constantly throughout the night, coupled with the heat made it impossible to sleep. There was no hot water and only one toilet cubicle and shower on our floor for about 30 people. The front door to our room wasn't working so it couldn't be locked which was annoying, tv in the pod didn't work and there was no welcome pack in my room either which I was told would be there, explaining now to use the lockers etc. The communal space is not welcoming at all and consists of about 5 tables. I wish I had just spent the little more and booked a hotel!

From the hostel you can reach a metro station in a few minutes. Moreover the employees I met were very friendly. But that‘s it! Eventhough they renvovated this hostel some years ago it looked really damaged and filthy in some spots. For example my capsule had a cracked mirror and the „tv/screen“ in it did not work at all. I also had no chance to climate the capsule. I would not recommend to stay in this hostel for longer than one night!

    1. The capsules were extremely hot and stifling. 2. The people in them were noisy. I barely got an hour of sleep. 3. The wifi was horrendous and practically non-existent at a point. Kept dropping.

Best hostel I’ve stayed at! It’s not the fanciest but the capsule concept gives you maximum privacy even though you’re in a shared room. It’s very clean, and the staff are AMAZING! So friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is good and it’s a great location, easy access to public transport. Only downsides are that the fitted sheet came off the mattress because it was a bit small and the capsules do allow noise to get through the walls, but I was able to sleep great (and much better than in other hostels where the beds are in the open). Great stay for the price!

BEDBUGS!!! CIMICI!!! PUNAISES DE LIT!!! & Awful service Was laying in bed in the morning when I saw a bedbug crawling on the duvet 6 inches from my face. Caught that one and hoped it was the only one. Finally found out a ton of them crawling behind the fabric panels on the wall. Brought one down to reception to show them the magnitude of the problem. (As such they knew where they were hiding!) When I went down I was insulted I was very impolite and that I shouldn’t be there as I wasn’t dressed properly! (Pajamas: shorts ans t-shirt with slippers). They totally cared more about my outfit than a freaking bedbug infestation. I told them I wouldn’t be staying there another night, started trying to carefully take my belongings out of the pod/cabin while carefully inspecting them. During that time a (Chinese?) dude came to clean out the pod. Told him I wasn’t done. When I finished emptying it (with all my stuff in front of the pod), I went for a shower). When I came out of the shower, they had already put in clean sheet and towels for the next guest, without taking care of the bedbugs. I told him there were more behind the other wall panels - not the only one (guess I should have specified that to reception!?!?). He took them off, laid them on the bed, took them out of the pods passing them above my open suitcase then just got them standing against the wall in the hallway while he wiped the walls down with a wet rag to remove bedbugs. I can guarantee there is still gonna be bedbugs in there. And with the amount there is probably in nearby units (especially with their cleaning and disinfection skills). Also their whole management is just a joke. Booked a unit on an hotel website they falsely advertised as with a double bed - which is why I paid more. So, when I came in I had to pay an extra 5euros à night to “upgrade” to a unit that was advertised online for lower than I paid and was infested by bedbugs. Now they ruined my time in Milan and face hundreds of dollars in disinfectionu and dry cleaning for my belongings (leather clothes and bags, wool clothes, etc).

Not a good “capsule” experience here. The room was dirty, the supposed capsules were made out of iron and were not sound proof. I had sleepless nights due to the noise coming from the bed above me, and someone who was having bouts of cough which was scary. I had to request for a change of room, and the new one wasn’t better off. The bathroom and toilets were dirty, even after the cleaner came, there was no much difference. The management can do better with the hygiene and cleanliness of this place.

The location is great as you are near the central station and the subway that leaves you anywhere in the city center. The staff was nice on arrival as well. Bathrooms were ok but usually dirty. However I do not recommend staying here. The AC was broken for days (with temperatures over 32C) and no one was fixing it, just giving out 1 water bottle for free. The pods were so hot at night that my phone was giving me warnings on the temperature. I became very ill due to this and had to leave on my third day. This is when the staff stopped being so friendly. If the AC wasn’t broken, staying 1 night max here is ok but I would still advise caution.

I was a bit apprehensive coming into this trip and to this hostel as it was my first time solo travelling, but the environment, and general chillness found at Ostelzzz made it a walk in the park. 24 hour reception, and the unexpected welcome drink made my midnight arrival comfortable. The rooms themselves are just as the photos ascertain. An ample amount of space given you're paying hostel prices, and decent cleanliness. A bathroom provided in the room with 8 pods that I stayed in made for a stress free stay, and I can say that when I return to Milan, I'll be returning here.

Location: very comfortable, 15 mins to Milano Centrale. Сleanness: very-very-very dirty bathroom. The cleaner, who came to the room just left some toilet paper, left a towel for the feet, emptied rubbish can and magically disappeared. Please, pay more attention to the cleanness, and add some towel hooks in the bathroom. Breakfasts: croissants, nutella, honey, jams, pancakes, black coffee, juices, toast bread, cheese, boiled eggs, ham. Pretty enough to have a nice breakfast. Personnel: friendly staff, easy check-in. Capsules: dirty - a box in the storage left from the prev guest, some stains on the walls. The only clean thing was the bedclothes. Generally and unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend to visit this hostel, because it's way too dirty.

Friendly an welcoming staff. Good strategic position near the main station. That's about it. The rest was a bit disappointing. Don't let the pictures, website or slogans fool you. It's about the same as any cheaper hostel: small and dirty bathroom and shower, the bed/cabin size is pretty small, wifi not working...the included breakfast is a nice gesture but minimal: the brioches are tasty! But that you only get American Coffee for free and have to pay extra for regular Italian Coffee aka Espresso is a shame!

Great location and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming. As others have also mentioned, the main issue is how hot the capsules get as there’s no air conditioning or airflow within them. Installing AC in each capsule probably isn’t realistic, but if there was the option to buy or rent a mini fan from reception that would definitely make things slightly more comfortable. Overall a great place and I’d recommend to anyone for a few days.

Staff at this place are all amazing people. Really polite already ready to help and assist. However the place is a complete dumpster. The hygienic conditions are not at the top, our bathroom was the only one outside of our room which was really inconvenient. Good thing is breakfast is included, and the location is also really good, but that’s all. In case you’ve got other options just go for them.

Prices are way too much for what you get. Insaaaane. The entire hostel, and very unfortunately the pod itself, is SOOOO WARM. They state they have AC but they do not. I read reviews beforehand and since the average review is decent I felt confident booking thinking the nrgative ones were just dramatic tourists but it's all true. There is no hot water for your shower, things are not kept well cleaned and again, the HEAT in the entire building and especially the sleeping quarters is suffocating. Terrible price for value ratio, I have many regrets about my choice to stay here and hope I can save anyone reading this review from making the same mistake. A place like this shouldn't be more than 10 euros a night. Shame on this establishment!

I loved the room style and the staff were so friendly. Overall stellar concept. Only critics I have are: no trashcan in room, and there were ants in the bathroom (nothing major, but could become a problem if left). Overall, well thought out. ❤

The staff are friendly and accommodating. Areas are nice and well maintained. Bathrooms were clean. Breakfast is a nice addition. Would be nice if they installed a ramp so you dont have to lug your luggage up and down the stairs when you first enter the hostel. The pods are very small and hot, and the hot water for showering runs out rather fast. The pods desperately need some sort of fan or method of air flow. Once you close the curtain at night it’s like a tiny little oven. They are also very small so if you have a larger suitcase that you want to keep with you instead of in storage, you will be totally cramped in there. The two times i went to shower the water was not hot. When i asked, all they really did was shrug and say they would try resetting the system, which did not work. It is a little pricey for the accommodation, but the location is great.

DO NOT stay at this hostel. My friend stuff were stolen from her luggage and the staff were no help at all. All the things that were taken were luxury items. They said that they can’t do anything and there is no camera in the hotel, even at the entrance or exit. This place has low security and unsafe to stay. If anything happens to you at the hostel, they won’t take responsibility or even help you at all.

If you're looking for a place to stay for a night, it fits the purpose. Most of the rooms are capsules and you share the bathroom with the people in there (the noice and cleaness of the bathrooms depend on the people with who you're sharing the room). The breakfast is more than fine (bread, drinks, honey, butter, etc). The staff is nice and the hostel's vibe is good. The cleaness could be better. The location is the best pro of the Ostelzzz.

A hostel with great privacy! It is like the famous capsule hotel concept in Japan. Everyone gets a capsule. With a small opening that can be closed up using a curtain. It felt so cozy sleeping in my capsule! Breakfast is free! Only to take note, the toilet is clean, but there seem to be a funny smell coming out from the pipes. They have washing machine for laundry for free, but note that there’s no dryer. They have racks at the balcony for us to hang our clothes.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cabins provided good privacy and they were spacious. A towel was provided for free. I also liked that the top bunk beds had a place to put your shoes which I have never seen in any other hostels. On the other side of things, the shower area apart from being very narrow did not have ANY hooks to hang your clothes/toiletries, so had to balance it off on the door handle. On top of that, the water was cold so it was very hard to have a shower in the middle of February. I also had my towel stolen in my room when I left it on the side of my bunk bed stairs to dry off. The toilet was also not flushing at times. Also, on the website it says that as part of your stay you are given keys to a locker you have in your cabin, but they dont actually give you any keys. The locker inside your cabin works with a code (photo attached) which clearly has not worked for a while, and there is no place to put a padlock on it due to the way it is designed.

Very friendly staff. The rooms are small but that's kinda the point since it's a pod hostel. Very clean bathrooms. Locations is very close to metro stations that can get you into the heart of Milan. The free welcome drink is awesome, and if you're still thirsty, the drinks are pretty cheap after that too!

First of all, I would like to thank the hostel staff for being so amazingly kind, helpful, and amazing human beings in general. After arriving in Milan late at night, I went to Ostelzzz to see if they had any free beds for me. Unfortunately, they were at full capacity. But instead of throwing me out in the empty streets of Milan, they wanted to help me, so they somehow found a solution for me and I managed to stay there for two nights. I will never forget this gesture! Not to mention that literally, all staff were so kind, always positive and smiling, and I have enjoyed chatting with them. As for the hostel itself, I have no words for what I saw. I literally felt like being in some sci-fi movie. It was my first time staying at a capsule-type of hostel, and I really enjoyed it. The beds were amazingly comfy, everything was so clean to the tiniest spot, the showers were great, and pretty much the whole place was spot-on. There is a breakfast included, however, I'd like to suggest adding some options for people who eat differently (gluten-free, sugar-free, vegans), and that would be my only suggestion for this wonderful place. Grazie Ostelzzz, I'll see you again for sure!

Home away from home... Fabio.l, Francesca, and Christiano treated us like we had been friends for years. It was a great way to start two weeks away from home. Everybody was friendly and we had an amazing time just hanging out in the common area. They gave us great recommendations on where to go, what to eat, and what to look out for. Beds were the most comfortable we slept on throughout our entire trip!

Thought I had booked a capsule with a door, but turned out it was one of those closed off by a curtain. The mattress was good, and the temperature got cooler once everybody had turned in. But I guess this concept isn't for me... I didn't get much sleep. Want to apologize to the others in my cabin for getting up at 5 in the morning! Friendly staff. Breakfast is simple but has all the basics.

  • 1/5 David G. 11 months ago on Google
I truly don’t recommand Ostelzzz in Milano. It was a filthy and sad hostel. There was a lot of mold in the shower and the water was either cold or freezing. The floors were sticky, there were spider webs everywhere (and lovely spiders too), the breakfast was fair, there was broken stuff everywhere and the kitchen hosted an incredible population of flies… Oh, and about the dorms : small, uncomfortable, hot and humid, with only one plug for a cabine for two. We did not even have space to put our bags. Even the location was not that convenient after all. Another thing : The cleaning staff was there early in the morning (around 8-9am) and they were screaming and making a lot of noise, even using the sweeper in the dorms!! Finally, there is no fun place to hang out. The “living room”/“breakfast room” looks more like a storage unit than a chilling lounge. To be honest, I don’t understand how this place can be rated 8.0 on internet. It’s a total mess. It was so overpriced for what we got. Sorry.

If you have ever dreamt of sleeping on the sun, then this is the place for you! Jokes aside, they really should remove AC from their list of amenities because the units located around the hostel might as well be for show. We were boiling hot overnight, making the stay not restful at all - we literally had to use our wet towels as blankets to keep ourselves cool. And given that everyone must be as warm and sweaty as we were, the rooms absolutely stink. The bathrooms themselves were also questionable at best, with water all over the floor and leftover used towels for days. But hey, at least the water is always freezing cold to help you beat the heat (i.e., no hot water). The technology at this self-proclaimed "social media hostel" is also lacklustre (the tv screen in our pod didn't work, not sure what it was for though) and the pictures are all clearly from a time long past. It would probably be a decent place given the solid location and cheap drinks, but the experience really was ruined by the lack of comfort. They are charging far too much for what they are offering.

  • 4/5 Gennelle 10 months ago on Google
A little run down but overall it was a great experience. We stayed in pods and enjoyed it however there were no locks on lockers and the one with locks we could not set. They may need to invest in on demand water heater because we never could get hot water. (Am or pm)

The price is an absurd for the facilities. I'm not going to say that it's very bad but for what you pay they could at least clean the bathrooms. They have a SERIOUS PROBLEM with SOUND ISOLATION!!! We stayed in a cabin in a room and everything was so noisy that any move would make anyone in the room wake up. There were holes in the bed sheets. The bathroom cleaning was so poor and the toilet utilities did not work properly. For this value(64€/night) you can find much better!

Totally fine for the price!! We stayed in a double cabin and paid €16 per person. Location is good, breakfast is also fine, reception is opened 24/7, bed was comfortable and clean. You meet many young and friendly other travellers in the lobby who are up for a chat. Only minus: cabins are very loud if you move insode the bed, kitchen fridge was not very clean and air conditioning was not always working.

I have nothing but great things to say about Ostelzzz Milano. I don’t know how I hadn’t discovered them before. I travel frequently from MXP and always struggle to find a hotel that is comfortable, allows me to rest peacefully without feeling like I just paid a weeks salary for 6 hours. The hostel is very close to the station and close to Corso Buenos Aires for shopping and food. The facilities are clean, modern and feel very safe. I stayed un one of their “pods” with a locking door, mostly because I am a very sensitive sleeper and it was the coziest! Will look no further and go directly to Ostelzzz, on my next trip.

The hostel DOESN'T have HOT WATER. I stayed for 6 days and in all of them I didn't have hot water for shower. I spoke 3 times with reception and they say that is normal because of the high amount of guests. Also they don't follow covid security procedures. Staff use mask and no vaccine certificate checked.

I booked a private room, on their website described as a private cabin - in the pictures it shows a double bed in a room with 4 walls and a lockable door, coathangers, furniture, basically your standard hotel style room - but on arrival found I was booked into a metal shed just big enough for the barely queen sized bed inside it, which itself was in a room with 5 other people and a shared bathroom - none of which was mentioned on my booking. There was only one staff member at the Hostel when I arrived, and they couldn't help me with my issue they were also visibly stressed out by complaints from the guests who left immediately before my arrival and complained to me that he hated his job whilst dealing with my problem... If you're looking for a cheap hostel and there's no other alterntives this might be okay - but I had a nightmare here and would tell everyone to stay well away

I really liked the ideia of private "containers", which gives you more privacy and security, with your own security code (the needless use of keys is also amazing). But, because they are metal, the containers often make some noises when you walk inside it, and this can bother other guests at night for example. The beds were comfortable and it all looked very clean. The bathroom inside the room was also clean and spacious. The staff are friendly. The free breakfast was good with several options.

I stayed in one of the fancy pods with a door and I must say I don't recommend them, it is really hot inside and there is no air, had to sleep with the door open which loses the point of having a door in the first place. The people where nice and the breakfast average, some juice and croissants. The bathroom was okayish, not very dirty but the shower had some black spots. Pretty quiet and enough spaces to enjoy and chill.

The staff was great. They were really efficient, helpful, and chill. I was provided help instantly as I asked about the broken locker in my room. The service itself was overall really good, as they were friendly all the time and brought good atmosphere to the hotel. The room, meanwhile really small, was comfortable and I was able to sleep there with no problems. I also would consider sleeping in a capsule hotel as an experience, because surprisingly it was really exciting. The rooms, including shared bathrooms and showers, were clean. The breakfast was simple, but good and diverse. The location was perfect; right next to the center of the city, including a close-by train- and bus station. Ostelzzz exceeded my expectations, and I would recommend it for the service and experience alone.

Their service was okei. The room was okei. My bed was bad. My sheet was to small for the bed. The morning breakfast gets 2 stars. After the breakfast there is no food, only drinks. Then I woke up with some random guy inside my room. I told the manager about it but he did nothing. I will never stay at a hostel after this.

Very disappointing. Don’t recommend it. - The capsules got extremely hot (as everyone commented). There was no hot water in the showers. Bathrooms were very dirty. Although seemingly quite new, the hostel was in a very bad condition. Not a social hostel: Very few social areas and no activities (pub crawl etc.) on offer. + Staff seemed nice. Wifi was good. Breakfast was okay.

The staff were amazing, so friendly & hospitable. The cabins were super clean, quite, and the location is 12 mnts to the center by metro. Price wise it's very reasonable. I highly recommend it. Worth to visit again

This hostel feels safe and is clean. Staff was professional and friendly. I was able to speak both English and Spanish to staff, which impressed me. Rooms are private and the people in my area were all very respectful. There is A/C so it is not super stuff in the rooms. Do note that if you close your space fully than cool air will not come inside. Breakfast is simple but delicious. The common area to eat is nice and relaxing. If you want to talk to others, its good. If you want to work by yourself, people are courteous. As a solo female traveler, the neighborhood was nice to stroll around. Plenty of great foods to eat around the corner and away from the crowded and over priced restaurants around El Duomo. Most things are walking distance, from the metro to shopping, parks and el Duomo Milano. Recommend to stay here.

I made a reservation for 2 nights here, and the front desk informed me that there was a welcome drink available. They then gave me a plastic thin card with a diameter of less than 1 euro coin as a redemption voucher. This thing is too small, I quickly couldn't find it. I want to go to the front desk to exchange drinks and declare that I have actually checked in and have the right to exchange drinks, but the stuff insists that I should provide this small plastic sheet. The economic value of welcome drink is not very great, but if this experience is provided to customers, the goal is to improve the user experience. When a user loses it, it should be verified whether they have received it, rather than rejecting the service. I am very dissatisfied with this.I asked if there is a complaint mailbox or the contact information of the manager. At this point, another staff member inquired about the process and give me information and welcome drink. Thank you very much to this staff member for helping me solve the problem, but the attitude and communication style of another thin and tall staff member wearing glasses really make me uncomfortable. You should know that the reason why processes exist is to serve the purpose. If your goal is to satisfy customers, it is obvious that you have not achieved it.

Stayed for 3 nights, Firstly paid extra to have a small enclosed room, my bed had no slates so you would start to fall through the middle of the bed in your sleep. Bed was comfy but very thin metal walls and you can hear everything! Hey ho it's a hostel tho. The other thing which was disappointing was no hot water for 3 days. The staff were lovely and so helpful, bar is brilliant and cheap and the location is Brill and so easy to get around. It was very clean and cleaned daily. I would come back but just hope I have a proper bed next time!
