Great communication and service since the reservation. Room is quiet, in a good location, and very clean! I loved it! I recommend it.

Stayed for one night. Be warned - The hotel entrance is just a door between two cafés. Very understated. Took us 15mins to find. - Also reception is only open till mid day then 18.00 to 20.00. If you arrive as we did at 16.00 when the temperature is 36° you have a bit of a wait. That said, once in the rooms were spacious and, thankfully, very cool. Situated around a central "courtyard"? (not sure, it seemed to be open to the elements). No time to explore the hotel as it's centrally located to explore Monza.

The room is beautiful as well as the location. Everything is very nice, the only problem I had was the electricity is turned on by inserting the room key and sometimes the electricity will turn off even with the key inserted.

Carla was the best! Very friendly and very helpful. Her English is also pretty good so non Italian speakers will be pleased. The hotel is centrally located to many sights and restaurants and the train station is a short walk away. Train to Lake Como is less than an hour and around $8 euro round trip from Monza....definitely worth a trip. Milan is also very close by train. Word of advice; the larger restaurants and shops take credit cards but smaller places are cash only so might want to have some euro on-hand or use ATM (or Visa/MasterCard cash advance) at any one of the local banks (the banks will not exchange dollars for euros).
