Manpower

Temp agency

😠 One of the many "too many" employment agencies. If you're not the one standing with your breath on your neck, you can easily end up in oblivion or under a bridge. I have applied for several of their offers without NEVER say NEVER receive a spit of response. To be avoided like the plague People often mention interview, response, call, work, person, hours, contacted,

Se non sei tu a stargli con il fiato sul collo, puoi finire tranquillamente nel dimenticatoio o sotto un ponte. MI sono candidato a diverse loro offerte senza MAI dico MAI ricevere uno sputo di risposta. Da evitare come la peste

Terrible experience at the agency. I went about three months ago and still haven't received a phone call for an interview. I hope for a radical change in the way we work.

Simply put, I feel cheated. In about 18 months and numerous applications I was contacted to look into just one of these (not to mention a few other direct proposals far from my previous experiences). Initially there was emphasis on urgency and strong affinity with my profile, I even had to submit a new CV in a foreign language at their request to proceed as best as possible. But then 3 weeks of silence mysteriously followed and a surprising response obtained after countless reminders, which due to the delay and the tone used sounded more like an excuse to quickly dump me... In my humble opinion, I find it difficult to believe the response: "they have chosen another candidate" when the search is for a person with specific experience and able to speak Japanese. Especially if in such a period of time they never took me to the interview with the company or even forwarded any updates about it!

(Translated by Google) Thanks to the Treu package, the exploitation of workers has a name "Manpower" I worked 9-10 hours a day even on holidays only 7 hours were counted but divided in two Over 90 hours missing unpaid contributions It is NOT a temporary agency but a criminal association (Original) Grazie al pacchetto Treu lo sfruttamento dei lavoratori ha un nome " Manpower " Lavoravo 9-10 ore al giorno anche nei giorni festivi venivano contati solo 7 ore Ma divisi in due Oltre 90 ore mancanti contributi non versati NON e' agenzia di lavoro interinale ma una associazione a delinquere

I was contacted by a recruiter, very kind and apparently understandable, and I had two interviews with the client, guaranteeing me a response regardless of the outcome. No response, they don't answer emails, much less the phone. It's understandable that a resource may not be good, but to be denied and show indifference towards those in need makes me say that perhaps you would be better off changing jobs.

My salary never arrived, late for a week (11.15-11.21) without explanation, without contact. On the 15th when my salary was due to arrive they called me to ask me for my IBAN. Total mess. But they pay my rent?!?! Since I haven't seen the money for a week. I do not recommend to everyone.

Bad HR. Contacted by a girl with a strong southern accent, absolutely unaware of the current job market (she continually told me "ah, he worked illegally, I understand) who made fun of me because it was a screening interview, therefore absolutely useless , following which no one called me anymore, probably because of the numerous "off the books" jobs that according to her I had done in the short periods that separated the various fixed-term contracts. She didn't understand that finding work took time and that the transition didn't it was immediate as for those with a permanent contract. Always inform yourself, and if it involves screening interviews with very young girls, end the conversation immediately.

Professionalism is optional! A certain Luminita Vatra contacted me in August, reciting the script of the interesting profile etc..we'll talk again after the holidays in September for the first interview...set up the first interview with the client in person, I take a few hours off from work to carry out the interview...set up a second in person (I take hours of work) a third in person (I take hours of work) saying that everything was going well and that I would have to meet the top management for the final YES...set up the fourth and last step in presence, saying... it's done! I naively take more hours of leave to work... the lady from Manpower disappears... after 10 days she says that they hadn't given her feedback yet, that she was waiting for a response... and always puts it off until next week... until I contact her again and she gives me a reply by phone saying that they have moved to other profiles...now I ask myself: before hiring one of its resources, does Manpower take into account the personal aptitudes to carry out this function?

(Translated by Google) You call the branches no one answers, you apply in sectors where you already work and you are never online, a rather questionable group of people (Original) Chiami le filiali non risponde nessuno,ti candidi in settori in cui già lavori e non sei mai in linea,un gruppo di persone alquanto discutibile

I show up for an interview, I am selected and I go on to the interview with the interested company, while I await a positive or negative response, they call me for another job (not with an agency but found by me) next to my house in a shopping center I say that I have to wait for a response from another company I was interested in, the girl from the agency calls me telling me that I've been taken, so I refuse the job close to home, I don't hear from anyone for days, then I get an email saying that the selection it's suspended! But where is the seriousness?! I find myself without a job again!

I was contacted for an interview, but given my inability to be present in the afternoon of the same day, I was asked to do it via video call, setting a time, 12. At 1pm I called to find out why the person in charge of the selection hadn't contacted me. called again and was told he was on his lunch break, he would have me contact him when he returned. I'll wait, it's 3.30pm, I'll call back. I was told that the young lady was busy and carrying out interviews and would have me call upon completion. And all is silent again. I try again the next day, in the morning, I ask for information about this person telling me that the call would be diverted to him; I keep waiting and then hear "I'll contact you again". Needless to say, I was not contacted again and I never had the interview. I thought the rationale of temporary agencies was different. The important thing is to refresh yourself apparently... YOU DON'T WORK THIS WAY.

Professionalism below sea level. Emails published on non-existent competition notices and when you call for questions or other kinds of information, you always end up with the wrong office or the wrong person. ZERO transparency. Change the way you work!!!

😠 Slack was little, I was called for an interview as a bartender, I was asked if I evaluate also other jobs, but they are gone, not to mention the girl who made me the pointless conversation lasted less than 5 minutes. Between the other half-day to reach the agency since I live outside Milan, in shor...
