Indeed it's not a classical hotel however it's central location is invaluably. Alessandro and his colleagues are very likeable and supportive.

Horrible experience. Wondering thats Maybe why, is called : MY bed. Suggest a change for MY bad - trip ... The treatment at reception was awful and made me regret. Arrive , After a long day traveling, in a place where the host is rude; very rude, with you is unacceptable and UNFORGETTABLE!!!!!

Wonderful location, the service was a first cals specially in this difficult time. The cleaning of the room was remarkable and appropriate to the situation. Paola is extremely professional, friendly, unbelievable flexible. I think I will be back soon. Thank you very much specially in this time where travelling is becoming a challenge.

The location is excellent, you are within a 10 minutes walk from everything. The staff is very helpful and will give you all the info you need and it's very clean. But, the room with the view is nothing but the view, nothing special for decoration and the bathroom is outside the room which can be annoying at times

Convenient location, 2 min away from a tram stop and a 10-minute walk to the Duomo; walking distance to Naviglio and Porta Ticinese. The rooms were not huge but spacious enough, super clean. The staff is very, very friendly. Request a room with a view and you won't be disappointed - the hotel faces Basilica di San Lorenzo, which is a beautiful building.

Very clean hotel but thats about it...If you want to enjoy your Milan trip and have at least some sleep avoid this hotel at any cost! I am a travel blogger and I travel around the world on average 7 - 10 days per month and I never in my 10 years of travelling stayed in a more noisy hotel! I am not even a light sleeper and I never have problems with sleeping but this hotel was from hell! It was my 6th time in Milan and I have stayed in many other central hotels but never experience anything so bad like My Bed Hotel. Our room was located literally above the night club!!! There were people smoking, shouting and even fighting right bellow our window (the room was on the 1st floor). The club noise was till 3am and then from 5am the tram started to run every 5minutes....I have stayed in other hotels with the tram running directly outside the hotel but they have invested in a good sound insulation and I am not sure why My Bed Hotel didnt? When I complained I was very surprised when the person in the reception told me we stayed on the Wednesday night so its normal because some student party takes place downstairs. Are you being serious??? They didn't even feel bad about it and didn't offer to move us to another room for our other nights stay...I asked many times and they didn't even try to find a solution. We were forced to find another hotel nearby and accept only 25% of the money we paid to the hotel for our 2 nights stay...did not even receive an apology from them nor did they offer to call us a taxi or even help us find a new hotel nearby. It is the first hotel I am leaving a bad review for and ever complaining about...It was the worst place ever!

Its a clean and minimalist room with a nice view, however dont like the stairs that you have to climb to get to our room on 3rd floor!!A pity!!!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! We booked this place for 2 nights through Booking.com and chose late check-in. After that I started getting very rude letters from the owner Paola, saying that they can not accept us, because they do check-in only from 2pm to 7pm. It was a month before the trip, but Paolo refused to cancel the reservation and already charged us money for the whole staying. We offered 4 options how we could get the keys, but Paola rejected them all. And just said us to go book another place. Plus, she was incredibly rude, using exclamation marks in her letters and refusing to talk to Booking.com support service. So we had to pay twice and was humiliated horribly by such attitude. Don’t ever go there, if you don’t want to get your trip ruined by unprofessional aggressive behavior of the owner of this place.

Amazing place. Highly recommended. Paola is very sweet. She did everything for my husband and me to feel comfortable. Great location. 10 minutes walk to Duomo Cathedral. Nice location. Tram in front of the place and the view from my room was breathtaking. Loved my bed colonne.
