The worst experience I had, the person in charge/owner is clueless arrogant, I scheduled a simple cleaning, and when I arrived on the scheduled day I was informed that they no longer did simple cleanings (as these are free with my health plan), if If you wanted to be attended to, you would have to do a "deep" cleaning, that is, pay €50. The tricks they use to extract as much money from us as possible are completely ridiculous.

I arrived at 10:10 or so, with an appointment at 10:30. I was seen around 11 am when the dentist arrived to treat an infected tooth that ended up being extracted. Lack of organization of the assistant. There was nothing ready and the dentist had to keep asking for all the necessary material, every time the Dentist needed her, she always had to call and ask for the material. I think that the time he was on the top floor joking with the other colleague (the conversation was audible) and the receptionist had to go upstairs to tell them to stop that the Doctor was arriving, they had prepared everything for the appointments. There is no responsibility or organization.

Very bad. I have a health plan that allows me to have free scaling, but at this clinic I always have to pay because they say that simple scaling is not enough. Conclusion: I end up paying more at this clinic with a health plan than without a plan at any other clinic.
