Excellent value for your money. Very clean and cosy. The location is perfect if you're car renting

First half in Funchal and second half here. We loved it, very relaxed, super clean, Patricia met us on arrival with a short list of simple instructions. We had the sea view room, rooms are well designed and proportioned, perfect for two but could easily accommodate 4 if two can manage a sofa bed. Pool is small but exactly what you need after a long hot day. Wifi was intermittent and our oven didn’t work. The location is good for buses down to the seafront pools and restaurants and a short walk up to the town. We got the bus in to Funchal regularly, 155 bus 2.20€ each way, taxis averaged 20€ each way. Probably stay closer to the coastline next time.

The room was lovely, the balcony was great and the view was fantastic. We used the pool daily and really enjoyed it, and the location was great. The receptionist could not have been more helpful with directions and advice, she even got us some washing powder for us to be able to put our clothes in the washing machine when we didn't have any!

The accommodation was perfect, the people nice ,worm and carrying, everything was all we have asspected and more. In 1 word .. sublime

Not very good...

This was one of the best places I’ve stayed ever. Cozy design, clean rooms, friendly staff. Villa has beautiful garden, comfortable barbecue area, pool with sea view, private parking, laundry etc. It is modern hotel in classical building. You feel yourself a bit like wealthy landowner or merchant of the 18th century there. Building if full of small interior and exterior details that impress you day after day. Strongly suggest this place for everyone
