Staff is very helpful although I needed to haggle with reception about the free airport shuttle to our early flight. Finally the car arrived earlier than expected. We must have been lucky because the hotel had a new touch up. A welcome drink was served to us. The room was a bit small but clean, had the usual facilities such as tooth brush and shower cap. We had twin beds and a nice view on the ricefields and the mountain. Restaurant staff was nice and brought our dinner to our room, breakfast buffet was pretty versatile with Asian and Western food, Coffee machine. Also jamus, salads, 🍓🍑 etc. The egg station made us omelette.

The bathroom in my room (room 222) had a STRONG smell of urine. The bed sheets looked grubby and had a couple of hairs, so I suspect they had not been changed since the last guest. I was very happy to leave the hotel when I checked out the next morning.

No replies to my emails requesting airport pickup. Foreign tourists should be aware of petty scams at this hotel. These are 1. Giving incorrect change in the restaurant 2. Charging above advertised price for menu items and 3. Claiming that hotel bill was not paid in full via Agoda and Booking when in fact it was. I saw other foreign guests get sucked into the third one and pay twice. If you stay there, count your change and make sure you know the price in advance of ordering. Or just stay somewhere elese

Unfortunately if it hadn't been for the airport shuttle to the nearby airport we would not have stayed. Staff are nice but the hotel is in need of a very serious upgrade. Our room was damp, the shower sprayed water everywhere. There's little on offer in the way of food and not one drop of alcohol to be found. Restaurant is like a school canteen from the 60's, pool is dirty, none of the gym equipment worked, grounds could do with sprucing up. The whole hotel was grubby, all quite sad really.

1-10 point (According to 4* Hotel Accomodation) LOCATION : 9 (near airport) ROOM : 6 (mungkin karena lama tdk terpakai, jdi banyak fasilitas yg rusak atau tidak bekerja dg baik,,misal hot water) AMMENITIES : 5 (Lack of room ammenities) In room entertainment : 4 ( domestic channel & few international channel) RESTAURANT : 2 this restaurant is not ready for guest,,very bad B'Fast for 4* hotel...no appetizer, no soup, no chilled juice..they only provide white rice, fried rice,veggies,tahu/tempe,chicken,cracker,few fruits. When I asked the staff,,do you only serve mineral.water for b'fast? They said yes.. REALLY??? And I asked for tea..and ommelete too...They will not provide you when you don't ask...this is weird for 4* hotel accomodation. One day I asked ommelete,,and they said : we're running out for eggs..come on..it was 7am that time... I'm so disapointed with the restaurant overall SERVICE : need SERVICE TRAINING for FBS crew....I think they don't have enough knowledge about FBS. How they communicate with guest, how they serve, how they handling guest question etc. BANQUET : Need somebody stand by in a big meeting....banquet staff or soundman at least. YOOK KITA BISA BIKIN LOMBOK SEMAKIN ISTIMEWA.... SEMANGAT...SEMANGAT.... Perubahan menjadi lebih baik pasti membawa hal yg positif pula.....

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Swiss-Belcourt Lombok hotel and wanted to share our positive experience with you. The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its exceptionally friendly staff. From the moment we arrived until the end of our stay, every member of the team went out of their way to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We appreciated that we were able to check out late. The breakfast at the hotel deserves special mention, as it was not only abundant but also wonderfully diverse. The buffet included local Asian delicacies, as well as Western options and fresh fruits. This variety was a delightful surprise, catering to different tastes and ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The hotel's amenities, such as the swimming pool area and small gym, added to the overall appeal. Both were well-maintained and provided a relaxing and enjoyable way to unwind. The rooms were not only immaculate but also thoughtfully decorated, creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The proximity to the airport was a convenience, and the complimentary shuttle service to the airport was a thoughtful touch that enhanced the overall experience. While our stay was fantastic, we would like to suggest an area for potential improvement – a focus on eco-friendliness. Providing options for refilling water bottles and minimizing plastic waste, for example, could contribute to a more sustainable environment. In conclusion, our stay at Swiss-Belcourt Lombok was highly enjoyable, thanks to the exceptional service, excellent breakfast choices, and well-maintained facilities. We would gladly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers and look forward to the opportunity to stay here again in the future.

Perfectly situated close to the airport. Had a lovely stay before traveling on. Nice room, great breakfast, fabulous pool and of course charming and helpful staff to make us very welcome.

Stayed for one night in #260. Location was convenient close to airport. Lobby design looks modern. I called a day before to reserve, but my reservation was not found. So had to wait for a long time for them to make a reservation. Unfortunately the bathroom situation is not satisfactory. Very little water coming from the sink. Shower water had a very weak pressure with only like warm temperature. AC’s freon is not cold. Staff are very friendly but overall service just so so.

Very nice welcome. Excellent facilities including very clean pool. After the flight I took a swim beneath the stars. I woke up to a view of rice paddies to the horizon.

Only useful for transit through lombok airport as its far from everything. The day before we booked a taxi through the reception for 3.30 am for an early flight. When coming to the reception at night the hotel hadnt booked the taxi and didnt tell us about it. Apparently the taxi company wasnt running until 5 am they just didnt bother to tell us despite booking the taxi for us for 3.30 am. Thats just not good enough. Nearly all the equipment in the so called gym was out of order. No pool bar as advertised. The room had stains on the floor that could easily have been cleaned but they didnt. If you are on an early flight this place will do, otherwise dont waste you money. The service is not good enough.

We spent 1 night at the Swiss Belcourt Hotel as it was the nearest to Lombok airport. We did not expect much but the hotel could do a lot better than what we got. The room was okay, the sheets seemed clean if it wasn’t for the horrible smell in the bathroom and the water in the shower that didn’t flow off. The restaurant should be avoided, we waited 1h for the food and half of our order did never arrive. At least we didn’t pay for it in the end. The shuttle which is marked as free on booking cost us 50 000 IDR with the explanation that the free airport shuttle was “fully booked” (we were the only guests in the lobby at 6am). The staff tries hard to satisfy its clients but given the circumstances there is not much they can do.

I really like the interior style, it is modern industrial. The lobby and room have a unique style. Nice family room (3 single beds), feels home. Unfortunately when I was there, the WiFi doesn't work.

This hotel located near airport. There is delivery service from hotel to airport. No mineral water in room but you can take water in dispenser.

Exceptional staffs: very polite and helpful! This is a huge bonus point beside the disappointment of the conditions of the hotel. Yet, the hotel is in the stage of ruins. Everything is run down; dirty, broken, smelly. My room didn’t even have towels, dirty bed sheets, broken electrical outlet… it seems that the hotel is in its last days and doesn’t want to spend money to even upkeep its standards. Location is very close to the airport, and hotel provides free transportation to airport for guests.

Not bad. Need some improvements. More channels on the TV will be great. Maybe more variations with the food when you get breakfast at the restaurant. When I try to call the room service, got no answer. But the staff here are kind enough. Soo quick to reach the airport from here. There’s also free pickup and drop off to the airport.

I chose to stay at DMAX because of its proximity to the airport and booking.com gave us a free upgrade to the superior room. This was a little treat as we had just spent 3 days trekking Mount Rinjani. On arrival: 1. When we arrived with all our heavy bags, the luggage trolleys were not even offered to us. However, some smarter-dressed guests arriving were offered a luggage cart immediately. I felt insulted already. 2. After checking in we were given our key card. When arriving at the room the card did not work. I went back to reception where they called security to come and open our door. I saw the security clerk open the door with his special key. I checked whether this would mean our card would now work, to which he replied yes. So we go and take a well needed shower and as we are about to head out to dinner I test the door, it still does not work with our keycard. On the way out to dinner, I ask reception if they can fix our key card to which they reply "please can you just move room as this door is broken, we will get security to help you." So now we were finally 'blessed' with the luggage trolley as security stands outside the room whilst we scramble to pack everything back into our bags and move rooms for our 1 night stay. Why didn't they just not put us in the room with a broken door in the first place? 3. The new room was not a superior room, had dirt all over the floor and no soap in the dispenser. The room felt like it hadn't been cleaned and merely had the beds made and new towels thrown in. At this point I just wanted to eat then sleep and get out of here! Summary for those who thought the above was too long: find somewhere cheaper nearby, this place is run-down. Only positive is that we had a lovely transfer to the airport included in the price.

Place is in a pretty bad shape. Water stains and crumbling drywall on the walls and the ceiling even in the lobby. Rooms aren't very clean. Gym is super humid and reeks of mold. Saving grace is a good transit location, very close to the airport.

Nice place close to airport, breakfast included, friendly service, affordable and I really like the painted structure out the front something that would normally look quite boring. One star down because in the room needs a bit more bench space to put your bag. Otherwise would happily stay again.

Process check-out takes more than 30 minutes?! What a service! There are 2 trainees in the receptionist who do not know what to do except waiting for their friends. It looks like they dont have standard Operation procedure. They donzt inform where is the lift, where is the dining room, etc, less hospital itu, less communicative, less responsive. The breakfast? You better buy outside the hotel. I have stayed in the 3 stars hotel for couples time, this is the worst.

This hotel is nearest with the Airport only need 10 minutes ish. Strategic place and easy to find. Unfortunately in Pandemic Covid-19 made this hotel not much got a guest, so the situation in this place little bit a mess. I was meeting in here, the meeting room was okay, the foods was good. The cleanness must need get improvement, for example the Personal Computer on the desk near the lift is so dirty. And also the restroom need more attention a lot. I wish everything will okay so soon, the covid will gone and the hotel get the attention what it need.

Very unhappy with a lot of things about this hotel. Staff were not helpful and also caught them always looking & laughing at us. Rooms are so gross, felt very uncomfortable in them, they smelled like there was dampness in there. We asked to be move to another room which we found smelt better just the beds were very itchy felt like we were getting bitten by bugs. My advice to this hotel is to invest your money into the hotel a bit more as it’s very close and easy to get to the airport. Unfortunately I will never be staying there again & wasn’t the best way to end our holiday.

Such a waste - the sheet ain’t clean at all, lots of stain - the towels are dirty as well - we were promised our breakfast would be delivered into our room at 7am, waited for one hour, go downstair, and released my anger instantly.. then our nasi goreng came out about 7 minutes later, and IT’S COLD AS ICE ! Should you come to Lombok, AVOID this place ! The only plus thing about this place is its location, near the airport

This place is a mess. Unorganized. Dirty towels. The staff hasn’t received any training or at least hasn’t figured out how to use the booking system. The room was charged with breakfast and the “restaurant is close”

😠 Sincerely I have never ever stayed on a hotel with this conditions ever before. The rooms were just disgustingly dirty, the hot water didn’t work and the pipes smell like sewerage and the water was even dirtier. The sheets had not been changed, the towels probably 10 years old stank. The wifi did no...

😐 Kamar sebanding dgn harga.
