My recent stay at this hotel was not up to my expectations. Upon entering my room, I was disappointed to find that it had a strong cigarette smell that made me very uncomfortable. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, I was made to wait for 20 minutes before someone finally came to check my room. This was not a pleasant experience, especially considering it was already 11 pm at night. While waiting for the staff member to arrive, I tried to talk to one of the employees about the issue, but they seemed to be more interested in chatting with another customer, and did not give me the attention that I deserved. This was not only unprofessional, but it also made me feel undervalued as a customer. Furthermore, I found it inappropriate and unprofessional that one of the hotel's employees was asking guests to give the hotel 5 stars on Google. This is not something that should be expected or demanded of guests, and it left a negative impression on me. Although the hotel did provide me with a new room that was much more comfortable and did not have any odor issues, the delay in addressing the issue, the lack of attention from the employee, and the behavior of the staff member asking for a positive review left me feeling less than satisfied with my stay. In conclusion, I would recommend that the hotel improve their customer service and ensure that all guests are comfortable and well taken care of during their stay. It is not acceptable to ask for five-star reviews, and guests should feel valued and appreciated by the hotel staff.

This is the worst hotel I've been to in years!!! 😱The red price for the hotel and food is 10-15€. There is no buffet. The food that is given for breakfast and lunch is disgusting, it is not possible to eat!! 🤢Go to the neighboring cafes if you don't want your stomach to hurt from this food. The rooms are old, the door to the shower room does not close, the shower is broken, the phone is broken, it is not possible to call the reception. There is no bottled water in the room. There is no sound insulation, it is not possible to sleep during the day!!!! 🤬 You can constantly hear someone moving furniture and it's so loud, as if it were happening in my room. All the noise outside the door is also audible. You can hear people slamming doors. Let the person who saved on sound insulation suffer all his life and after death. There's only one towel. No slippers, of course, and no additional service. The water in the cooler in the dining room has a nasty taste. Do not pay for this disgusting hotel!! There is no relaxation here. Nothing but torment!

My connection was over 14hrs and the airline gave me a voucher to go to this hotel; the shuttle driver was good as well as the staff that helped transport my luggage to my room. The guy at the customer service counter was a different story. After getting to my room, I noticed that the bed was roughly made, sheet were dirty, and there were no towels in the bathroom. I tried to use the phone in the room to call the reception but it wasn't working, so I went back to the reception and spoke to the guy that checked me in. He stated he would call housekeeping. I stood there but he told me to go back to my room and he would send someone there. I waited 30 minutes, no one showed up. I tried to call the reception but it did not go through. I waited another 15 minutes and decided to go back down. At this point I was frustrated because I needed to rest from a long international flight. I went back downstairs only to be told that he couldn't get hold of the housekeeping and there was nothing he could do. I was livid at this point, I reminded him about the importance of customer service. I asked him to give me the towels and and bed sheets and I would change them myself because I could not wait any longer...that's how tired I was. I stood at the reception desk and would not leave until I got taken care of. He then gave me a different room, which had clean sheets but still no towels. I don't get it. Why do you not place towels in the bathrooms? What are customers supposed to use to shower and dry themselves with? I went up and down the hall and found a housekeeper myself and had a difficult time informing her of what I needed...language barriers. I made motions of washing myself and she finally got it and went to get me the towels. My goodness...the trouble...just to get wash cloths and bath towels. Shouldn't these be standard in every room? Everything else is great, all the staff except the front desk people are pleasant and seem to know the value of customer service. I have another trip coming up in a couple of months and I am thinking about switching airlines just because of this hustle. It might not be a big deal to others, but when you have been on an overnight international flight, all you want to do is to be able to shower and rest.

Nice place with a beautiful pool area, it was too cold to swim but it looked great. We stayed for one night after missing a connecting flight. The room was comfortable and the staff was nice. We had dinner and breakfast in the dining room. The food was good but not really great for the American pallet, a great experience none the less.

Omg, this was an awesome 2nd time experience!! ❤️🥰❤️ I had trouble reaching someone by phone at the hotel, so I sent messages to hotel thru the app and someone from guest relation called me immediately to resolve the issue, that was IMPRESSIVE, she gave me her direct number to contact for any further issues i may have, and that made me feel valued as a customer. When you are traveling alone, kindness is important for a solo traveler to feel safe and secure. They gave me the best suite they had to offer, the staff all catered to me with so much kindness and love ❤️ i was so overwhelmed with happiness 😊. My guest said to me, "we will come here from now on, nowhere else," and I agree. You have no idea how important kindness is when traveling alone to a foreign country. I must admit, my first time experience was not so great, but it was not horrible, or so bad that, I wouldn't at least give it a second chance and I am glad I did. They have definitely stepped up their game from the last time, and that is important. The guest relation lady calling me directly just blew my mind, I have to give props for that alone. 🥰 I uploaded pics, and the room was awesome, clean, spacious, and plenty of towels. It was good. I would definitely recommend booking this location, especially since all the changes are being made. My faith is restored. 🌻💛🌻 Not to mention, this location is perfect because it's near the airport, and they have a shuttle service to pick you up and drop you off, which saves on taxi money. They are very affordable for a luxury hotel, although others are cheaper this one has more to offer and I like that. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Room was clean but service is not good. I booked the room for my mother.1) she had to waiting too long to get the room despite it eqs midnight so it's not like she arrived before check-in time. 2) the first room the key wasn't working.3) second room had already a guest so they walked in a man who was sleeping.3)took her to a third room which after couple minutes a random guy came and opened the door on her saying that it's his room.4)the staff wasn't willing in helping a foreigner who didn't speak Arabic nor french to find his room so my mom had to speak with him in English and help him instead . Despite hotel wqs clean and big but the service is really bad which you do not want to have after whole day traveling.

Really nice hotel. Having said that it feels that all customers are those who have missed their connecting flights. The service can be much better but because most people only stay one night, they don't receive a quality service. For example towels are sometimes missing in bedroom. Nice place with a lovely pool.

We stayed at this hotel after our flight was overbooked and we got bumped to the flight the next day. We arrived at the hotel at 5pm and was told our room would be ready in 20 minutes. Over 2 hours later, we finally get our room. It wasn’t even cleaned! Sheets were messed up and dirty, no toilet paper or towels and the floor was VERY slippy with some sort of cleaner and smelled like chlorine. Staff was super friendly and helpful but that was the only positive of this hotel. The next day, staff walked into our room multiple times while we were still in there. Seems to be no system for which rooms are occupied and cleaned.

We got a night at the hotel after our flight was delayed overnight. The room we got was a bit on the downside, not in the best condition, the toilet couldn't flush properly and we weren't given towels. Service was great. The hotel has nothing around it but the airport, making it suitable for the purpose we stayed at the hotel for. If you plan on leaving your hotel during your stay this isn't the place for you.

Relax and Sky are now one hotel. The check in scene was chaotic, inefficient reception taking nearly two hours to finish. The room service was also a chore to deal with. The restaurant was fine but closes around 10pm. The rooms were pleasant with good amenities. However, cigarette smoke lingers in some rooms. They could easily add a sign indicating no smoking in hotel rooms.

Overall very bad experience. The only reason to stay here is the free airport shuttle. When we checked in, we paid the city tax in cash but they didn’t have change when we gave them a bill. They said to get it when we checked out and the lady was a bit rude making it sound like “it wasn’t a big deal”. When I asked in the morning, they seemed confused by the question and did not give us our change. Ultimately even if it’s not a huge amount, it still seems wrong. We waited 3.5 hours just to get a towel so that we could shower and go to sleep. We booked a double room for 2 people, but the room only came with one small towel. That would be fine, but when we asked the front desk at 7:30pm, we didn’t see the towel until 11pm. We had to ask 4 times and wait around in the lobby and the problem was still not resolved for hours. Lastly, the room looks nice online but based on our room, those photos were taken years ago. It looks the same, just more worn out and the smell was very musty. Lobby looks nice, but smells like cigarettes and doesn’t really represent the hotel as a whole. For decent food in town, go to La Madrina!

We received a voucher from RAM to stay at this hotel due to a long layover. I like that it's not too far from the Airport. We also received vouchers for lunch and dinner. The food was very basic, but it was free so what should I expect. The hotel has a nice large pool, however I did not get to use it. The hotel appears to be slightly old so I think some of the flooring and tiling are starting to show sign of major wear and needs replaced. Overall my experience here was decent. Some are expecting 5 star service with a voucher, please be more realistic, this ain't it.

The room is nice, clean, spacious and quiet and The bed was very comfortable. The staff was also professional and friendly. The hotel provides transportation to the airport every 30 minutes, the transportation service was perfect and on time. However, many essential amenities like tooth paste, tooth brush and slippers etc are in my opinion a must in such a high class hotel. I think it would be better if the hotel management thinks about providing them for future guests.

Conclusion: fake rating. I was happy to see a Google review of 4.5. So, I was hoping for a great stay. However, it was not as expected. But I got to know why the hotel has such high reviews. Basically, one of the workers will approach you asking to give a 5 star rating as he has to get five 5-star ratings before 9pm or so. When I looked/pretended to be confused, he asked me for my phone to type the reveiew himself. He met me an hour later and asked me if I did. When I told him that I had started but not done yet, he told me that he had to get ten 5-star reviews before 10pm.

I have been traveling a lot for my work and for some personal reasons, but this is the worst experience I ever have in my life : from the airport to the hostel. we came to the airport around 7am and to the hostel around 10am :( at the relax hostel we had to wait more than 2 hours to have a room and finally they gave us some rooms when some people are already in the rooms, the room they gave to me a woman was already in can you imagine? And when I came to the reception I had to wait more than 1 hours before having another one they are not organized at all , juniors staffs and are only 2 people to take care of us when we came some one was complaining about some problems in his room keep on saying that this is the worst place he have been some hours after we understood why. And funny one at the end before you go out one of them very nice will try to ask you to give 5 starts to the hostel he will even take your phone and do it by himself ha ha. The restaurant team are good very nice respectful and fast and the rooms also are not that bad they were clean some items were missing but nothing dramatic.

Like most others, I was provided this hotel by Royal Air Maroc during my overnight layover. The rooms are very basic and dated, and not that clean. There are no hair dryers available either. Meals were provided by the airline, and were fairly decent for what its worth. Wi-Fi is a bit slow but usable for basic tasks (3-5 Mbit/s). Location is fairly close to the airport, and shuttles run every 30 minutes. Not much around the hotel to do, and the taxi's don't have meters, so if you want to head somewhere else, prepare to haggle.

Received a voucher from RAM. Hotel is bit old and could use renovation. The food was better last time I came which was about a year. There are no towels in the room, so if you plan to take a shower, make sure you go down to the reception and get one, room service will never come to bring it to you. I appreciate that RAM provided me a free hotel accommodation, it was good to lease your belongings and enjoy what the city has to offer but the hotel can do better providing basic necessities to guests.

The first time I visited was during my layover going into Guinea. I had a coffee/tea maker and the housekeeper brought me towels. The second time was during my layover going back into New York. No coffee/tea maker and no towels. The second layover was shorter than the first, but I still needed to bathe and would've appreciated having some coffee/tea in the privacy of my room after a hot shower. Luckily, I had a wash cloth inside of my carry on which I had to double as a towel to dry off. The service was still very good, including the shuttle bus driver as well. The location sucked; directly off of a highway, not close to any shopping at all.

The hotel was nice. The staff was nice as well Samir the security guard was equally very kind and helpful. Mohamed the porter was helpful as well. Moustapha did a great job with handling the crowds of people that were at the front desk all on his own and made sure my room was up to par after I complained about a few things.

Hotel is close to airport by shuttle. By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in including travel across Asia. No service, no towels, hair, debris and eye lashes in the bed and a stench of smoke throughout. Avoid at all costs even if the airline is providing the stay for free. The physical harm is not worth it. We took a taxi to downtown and got a much better hotel for a reasonable price.

We only stayed in the hotel for one night. The room was fine. Clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was not very good so we didn’t sleep very well. We both kept waking up sweating. The drain in the shower was stopped up and the water wouldn’t go down. We didn’t report it, but if we had I’m sure it would have been taken care of. The pool was nice and it was a pleasant stop over before our long flight. The service was good.

Dirty bed sheets. No towels available until 40 minutes before checkout, and it was wet. The pool area was nice, but again, no towels, it was close to the airport. Common areas were pretty.

The rooms we’re comfortable and clean, nice handy location with good facilities. Bouiry, the waiter in the Atlas restaurant was one of the best in customer service I have experienced in Morocco. He was friendly, and attentive with lovely manners. The reception staff at Relax were disappointing. They were on their phones in the corner most of the time, assisted begrudgingly, and forgot to relay my wake up call request to the next staff.

I am currently at the hotel. It has taken approximately 7 trips to the front desk and this stay has been a disaster. First the door wouldn't open with any key and I kept taking the long walk back and forth. Then they gave me two other rooms which were completely filthy and dirty. An additional room had a horrible humming sound. At this point it has taken almost 2 hours to get checked into a room. I just want to go to sleep! This may be the worst experience I've had at a hotel. This hotel is named "Relax" but I haven't been able to relax!

  • 2/5 Denise A. 9 months ago on Google
I recommended the Relax Inn to someone and I'm sorry I did. If they stayed here they must think me mad. I stayed here 8 months ago as a day use. (Like today, not overnight) Then it cost me a little more than 500 MAD and it truly was three stars. Now it seems run down and barely passes for clean. Two stars would be optimistic. The big red haired girl at the desk charged me 950 MAD. Even though it was clearly marked 690 MAD for single person day use on the door. I had to go back down to the desk to get a receipt because she didn't give me one. No amount of talking could get her to give me the correct price. I come here for the restaurant. Next time I'll eat in the restaurant and stay elsewhere.

Hey there, future victims of the Relax Airport Hotel, 🚨 Hold onto your sanity because I've got a tale of woe to share about my recent disaster at this "luxurious" establishment. 😤 Picture this: I waltzed into the hotel with grand dreams of relaxation, but reality had other plans. 🚪🚶‍♂️ Yup, you guessed it – I had to bail almost as soon as I checked in! Life threw me a curveball and dashed my hopes of enjoying that plush room. So, what did I do? I asked for a refund, naturally. 🤷‍♂️ But here comes the punchline! The hotel's response was a textbook example of "how to not give a darn." 📖🙅‍♂️ They flat-out refused to budge, leaving me with a bill for basically breathing their air for a hot second. Talk about a facepalm moment! I attempted to reason with them, thinking surely they'd understand my situation. 🤔 Well, let me tell you – their lack of empathy was truly awe-inspiring. 🤯 They treated my plea like a piece of gum stuck to their shoe, and they weren't shy about showing it. 🤬 So here I am, shaking my head in disbelief at the audacity of the Relax Airport Hotel. I entered with expectations and left with a grim reminder that customer service is just a buzzword for some places. 🐝💔 To anyone out there even considering booking a stay at this "gem" of a hotel, I've got one piece of advice: run. 🏃‍♂️💨 Save yourself the heartache, the frustration, and the feeling of being utterly bamboozled. I'm living proof that even the most well-intentioned traveler can fall victim to the Relax Airport Hotel's circus of indifference. 🎪🤹‍♀️ So, heed my warning, and spare yourself the epic saga of disappointment.

Location: if its just a one day layover, the hotel is perfect. Not fancy but atleast you can get a sleep and rest. Room: the faucet and the shower are rusty. No bidet. The bed is quite comfy. Service: the reception is helpful. The meal servers are rude. I asked one guy for an ice cubes. He just look at me and go. Gave him a benefit of a doubt, i wanted to ask for butter but when i said "excuse me" he totally ignored me like i dont exist. We are just 4 guests in there that time. I asked another staff for a butter, he didnt come back anymore. 😅 Quite disappointing.

Thought about saving the hotel 18 to 20 % cut by giving them a call and booking it with them directly and instead me and my wife were given a room that doesn't even match the pictures and a dreadful view over the parking lot and a burned down lot . Which makes me question the restaurant and the kitchen for a later on dinner . If you are looking at the pictures, expect something drastically different , over the phone i was told i m having a king bed and here i am with a queen bed plus the humidity that was awful in the room when we walked in , the AC was off and the floors were wet and walls dirty with clear hand prints on them !!! Awful and pitifull. False advertisement at its best . Sorry for the harsh truth just travellers be aware.

Fantastic hospitality from the staff and the hotel is actually extremely nice! The bar and restaurant is very stylish and a great location next to the airport in an up and coming area. I’ll be back!

It’s basically a motel close by the airport. Nothing fancy about it. No amenities, no service. Basically if you just want a place to sleep and go back to the airport this is your place. Location is very good , but the metal detector at the hotel entrance made me think we are not in a good neighborhood.

  • 2/5 Nabil A. 5 months ago on Google
The staff is friendly and the service is ok. The rooms are not very neat and there were no towels in the shower. Unfortunately they do not offer a buffet at the restaurant and there is not even a menu. Dishes are all identical for every meal without the option to choose what to eat. You just get served the same thing as everyone else when you give your meal voucher. There is no much choice of transportation to take you to the city, they only propose a taxi for a round trip to Casa for 60€. It's an average hotel even for short transit in Casablanca

  • 5/5 Steph R. 4 months ago on Google
Excellent value for the price. Rooms are large, clean, coffee machine. Hotel has a pool, meeting rooms, a spa, indoor and outdoor bar, free shuttle to the airport (5mn drive). Besides minor details (plug a little loose, some waiting at arrival due to computer problem...), I greatly recommend this hotel.

  • 1/5 Vera A. 4 months ago on Google
The hotel service is probably the worst I have ever seen in my life. They never have towels in the rooms, the reception people are often rude, and their system is often problematic. Once i had to go back to the reception everytime i wanted to enter the room because the card always stoped working, another time they forced a bunch of transit passengers to wait for an hour in the cold at 7am because their system was down. What is worse is that they could send the passengers to Atlas hotel, in the same building, since there is an agreement for that, and preferred to keep the passengers in the cold waiting.

Rooms are basic and relatively clean. There were a handful of hiccups (room key not working, no toilet paper), the staff was friendly and always tried to help. Breakfast was limited but the restaurant food was nice. The shuttle to the airport is practical.

Unpleasant Experience at Relax Hotel Airport Casablanca I stayed at Relax Hotel Airport Casablanca with my family, and I am compelled to share my disappointing experience. Despite reserving a room that was explicitly described to include a queen bed, a sofa for one child, and a crib for my toddler, the hotel failed to fulfill these arrangements upon our arrival. After explaining the situation to the reception, they admitted their mistake but insisted I pay an additional 250 MAD for the promised extra bed. It's disheartening that the hotel acknowledged their error yet placed the financial burden on the customer. The lack of accountability and customer-oriented service is concerning. My children, already tired from the wait, deserved better treatment. I hope this review serves as a warning to potential guests, urging them to consider the hotel's apparent disregard for customer satisfaction. Such experiences detract from the overall enjoyment of a stay, and it's disappointing that the management did not prioritize resolving the issue fairly. Sincerely, Mouhsine B

The room AC didn't work and also they told another customer they have no rooms but the customer had a printout from Expedia with confirmation. This Hotel is good located to the Casablanca Airport with friendly and attentive staff. It offers a gratis 30 min Pick Up Van rotation from the Airport which makes your time plannings very easy. The Hotel is big with a nice Garden area and Pool. The Hotel has Restaurant and a Bar. Conference rooms and Spa Services belong to the great assets of this Hotel. The rooms are good Just the floor shows that this is not the brand newest Hotel, but all other interior is fine. The bathroom has a full bath. This is not a standard in many Hotels and another value for some travellers. If you look for a clean, calm, safe and close to Airport located Hotel. This is a clear recommendation.

The Hotel is less than 4 miles from the Airport. Its Architectural design is very appealing. The room/bathroom are clean, spacious and well maintained. The staff Aicha was helpful and kind. She assisted me with my booking process and ensured my room was available on time. I will definitely be back.

I stayed for one night with my 2 kids in This amazing hotel , room is very clean and has everything needed , I want to thank the “ gouvernant d’étage number 4 “ for the warm hospitality and the flexibility , The usual check out is around 12 , but they extended my staying for 2 more hours with no fees but with a wide smile , all the staff is very nice and friendly . The breakfast buffet was very good , with a lot of choices , for sure I will be using relax hotel for any long layover.

Enjoyed my stay and was pleasantly surprised at the calibre of the hotel as it was provided by Royal Air Maroc on request by holders of passports with right to enter Morocco. Loved the Free shuttle bus to and from the hotel. Complimentary meals were basic though breakfast was a bit slow to arrive and very basic. Dinner was a delicious kofta tagine so more than made up for it. I missed lunch by 15mins and was refused access to anything (I had been told the time beforehand so can't complain!) Staff answered queries in limited English (French is easier to communicate). The nice-looking bar was open but empty, and there was a filled pool and spa at the hotel (I didn't use these either), The hotel is about 40 mins away from the main sights in the city (bazaar, main mosque, etc) so location is not too bad. A local taxi quoted $130 for a short sightseeing tour so it might be sn idea to shop around beforehand. I had a nice, comfortable stay.

Ok rooms but no sound proof. You can hear all your neighbors! Worst service ever!!! If you only speak English, don’t expect anybody helps you or treat you with respect. Even front desk local staff are trained to be arrogant xxxxx. You know what. Every staff rolled their eyes on you if you don’t speak French. We tried to get a massage, they rolled their eyes... We stayed one night to catch an early flight. The staff suggested us to set up a morning call and we did. Nobody ever called!! We missed our flight. The early shift said they forgot to call with no apology. When we returned to the hotel later from the airport, and asked for a free night, the manager denied they forgot to call and told us we didn’t hear the phone ring, then said the night staff was supposed to call instead of the morning staff... I am not sure if it’s this hotel or this area. Just be aware, not to expect any respect or service if you don’t speak French. Learned my lesson.

Close to the airport + free shuttle. Loved the spa downstairs. They had a decent variety of food. The staff was really nice. The bathroom was spacious. Great pool view and facilities. The floor in the room was really greasy. The bathroom floor looked old and dirty. I didn't like that it was a smoking hotel because the hallways smelled bad.

Looks good. Doesn’t seem bad for a hotel that’s 10 min away from airport and $70. Here is why I gave a bad rating. The bed was a rock. The pillows suck, uncomfortable, and way too thick. No mouthwash or toothbrush or water to drink. Shower floor super slippery and nearly fell - thank god for handrails.

A lovely clean, modern hotel, especially for the times when you have a layover at Casablanca airport (CMN). Located less than 10 minutes by car (there is a free shuttle offered from the airport), it is very convenient. Frequently priced lower than other similar accommodations in the area, it shares a property with its sister hotel Atlas Sky. The property offers several eateries, a glorious pool and inner courtyard, and all the creature comforts one could request, even a spa experience.

Pleasant place. Everyone was very nice, especially the guy named Rashid working in the dining room. Exceptional pool and courtyard. The hotel itself is isolated from Casablanca, so plan to get a cab if you want to see the city. Airport shuttle is convenient.

Not a bad place to spend the night before flying out of Casablanca. Close to the airport - location is hard to beat. My room was pretty “worn” and needed updating. It was clean though and quiet.

the check in was good. but the room was dirty, the bathroom floor was sticky and dirty with some gumlike substance on it. i stayed in room 431. the ac was not working well but it was tolerable. i would give 5 stars for the front desk personnel they were excellent. after going into my room, i decided to go down to the bar/lounge to order a drink and some food. i ordered a hamburger which came to me cold with a stale bun. fries were hot. the bartender acted as if it was a bother to serve me. perhaps he wanted to socialize more than give service. just mediocre. the airport shuttle was great. leaves every half hour. i wouldn't stay there again.

Honestly, I don't understand how this hotel has such good reviews. It's good enough if you have an early flight at the airport and don't want to travel far, and the shuttle is a great perk, but that's about where the positives ends. The bed was clean which is good but the room was dirty and the floors felt greasy. We also didn't have hot water for the shower. If this hotel was half the price I would give it more stars. The restaurant is also very over priced and charges airport prices. There is a really nice local Italian restaurant a 10 minute walk from here that has really good pizza for 50-60 MAD. If you don't have an early flight, stay somewhere like a Riad for the same price near the train station that can take you to the airport.

Only stayed a night and was good. They have a restaurant on the first floor. Food was delicious. There were no towels and not sure if I had to request them but I already had my own. We got an unexpected visitor which made our day as we were already missing our cats back home. Front desk and staff very friendly and helpful. Loved their elevator. Would recommend to family and friends.

The hotel lobby was surprisingly nice for a random hotel the airlines put us up in for a long layover. Dinner buffet was included as was breakfast. The pool was surprisingly nice and large with a beautiful outdoor place. The elevators are glass and give a good view of the pool. The hotel bar is decent for this part of the world with local beer (“Casablanca”) sorry for the blurry picture. The bar has a view of the outside as well. The room was consistent with a three star hotel.

It took forever to get a room then the room bathroom was not cleaned properly the sheets had stands on it like they left the same sheets and pillows on there from the last guest 😒 the food at Le mermoz was no menu to choose from everyone at the samething.. Food was plain and tasteless. Some of the workers was very nice and helpful, others seem kind of rude and don't wanna be bothered.
