Very sad to write such a comment considering how nice the hosts, the garden were BUT the hotel does have very alarming cleaning issues with bed bugs across the room. I got bitten on all the body but worst part was - we carried bugs back home our our clothes and suitcase and it turned into an absolute nightmare (it's hard to notice larva as they could be less than 1mm). Bed bugs are very hard to get rid of as they reproduce very quickly and hide well - we thought we got rid of them but after 2 months, they reappeared and I had to call specialists to our home to help spread across the whole flat. I have previously read some old feedbacks on similar experiences in this riad (on Tripadvisor) but didn't pay quite attention. The hotel should proceed to a complete disinfection (which would take times and is expensive)

A real life oasis! We booked this place for 1 night because it's near the airport and we wanted to rest before going on to Marrakech. It exceeded my expectations! The room was beautiful and spacious and felt authentically Moroccan. The bathroom was nice, although the shower drain was a little slow, the shower itself was huge and the tile was very pretty. The riad provides toiletries (shampoo, body wash, hand soap, etc). The family that owns this riad and the staff were so very gracious. The plants were breathtaking. There are hibiscus bushes everywhere, and a hanging grapevine with fresh organic grapes, that one of the staff members let me choose a cluster to eat. They were sweet and delicious. There is an olive grove, a beautiful free roaming peacock, one chicken, and 2 cats on the grounds that add to the home-like feel. Everything was SO peaceful. We were welcomed with Moroccan mint tea, water and cookies on the terrace by the pool. Lunch is served by kind ladies and they consider dietary limitations. Dinner was expectational. I had never had quince before, but it was a part of a savory turkey dish with apricots in traditional Moroccan crockware. I enjoyed meeting and taking to the other guests at breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was included in the price & dinner was 15€, so somewhere around $18USD. The infinity pool was beautiful, and the sound of the water while during on the terrace was very relaxing. The water looked just a little cloudy to me so I didn't swim, but others did and had no issues. I would ABSOLUTELY come again, and recommend it to my family and friends. The hospitality, ambiance, quality, affordability, and tranquility of the space makes it all worthwhile.

Don't stay in this place. It's a dump. Yes, the people who were staffing the place were very nice, but so was the staff in all the other riads in which we stayed. The rooms are simple and seem clean, but check out the box springs and the exposed mattress on the sides. Moldy, dirty, gross. I couldn't sleep well the night we stayed imagining what was in those mattresses. From a distance, the pool looks nice but get close up and you will see that it's full of green algae. I don't know how this place got such excellent ratings. The only good thing about it is its' location to the airport. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

This was an amazing stay! I was picked up and dropped off at 5:00am for my flight back to Canada from Casablanca. It was easy and non-stressful. I was greeted with tea as we went over all the details of my stay and it was such a cozy environment. They treat you like family! I had a wonderful dinner the cooks made up and being vegatarian it was delicious as well. I love Moroccan food <3 They showed me my room and it was the most comfortable bed I stayed in from Agadir, Marrakech and Casablanca. My sleep was wonderful and I slept like a baby which was nice after it being nonstop and so busy while travelling. They allowed us to be in the pool until 2:00am and they have the sweetest peacocks, two dogs and two cats. You feel like home and they truly are a beautiful family! They take care of you. I highly recommend staying here for anyone who needs to go to the airport for an early flight or in general when in Casablanca. When I go back to visit I will be choosing this location again. - Jessica from Ottawa, Canada.

Really really lovely! I made a last minute booking at 9pm and was met with open arms by the family by 10pm, even getting a chance to pet the camel and smell the roses. The room is fantastic, and during check in I was offered tea and biscuits.

Good place close by the airport, I had the best chicken tajin for dinner there. Rooms are ok.

The room was a bit rustic but the staff was sincerely great… the food was ok … they shuttled me to the airport to take a train to Casablanca… picked me up … and shuttled me again when I traveled… a great place if traveling the next morning…

Very close to the airport and strangely enough, we didn't hear the planes all night! They offer shuttle service to and from the airport but you must have data at the airport for pickup there. We had them drop us for an early flight and they were very prompt. Pre-ordered dinner there the night before our departure, which was delicious but the timing was Moroccan style, 45 minutes later than we had requested. Squash soup, beef tagine and fresh melon for dessert. Food gets a 5 for sure! The rooms were rustic, beds comfy, bathroom needed renovation. The grounds were lovely and the covered terrace overlooking the pool (a little green, but it had been raining) like an oasis. The staff were very attentive, service perfect! Good value and perfect last or first stop.

Quaint and a chance to unwind before a flight. Nice patio but I don't think the pool was swimable. Fully support the idea of being self sufficient however since there was no available crops it meant dinner and breakfast with no eggs, no fruit, juice or otherwise or veggies. Menu could had knocked it down to a 3 star review but admired the effort.

Not a good experience. Rooms & bathrooms need renovation. No towels but they did arrive late. 2 bottles of shampoo but no shower soap. Ran out of toilet paper. They did offer free shuttle to the airport and followed thru on that. Dinner was on a reserve basis, so I reserved more than a week ahead but message wasn’t received. So, not only scraped by for dinner, the mgr insinuated because of the “magic of Morocco “, I had forgotten. After we left, he found my message! Breakfast was meager. No juice or fruit. While he did credit us 2 dinners out of 4, he did not credit the additional 2 when I asked him to. On a good note, they had a lovely peacock!

Stopped on the way Markesh w group. Rooms were not ready, no towels etc. Filthy place. The only nice thing- pick your own cactus pears, they were the best, watch your fingers -wear gloves.

Great place to stay. Clean and beautiful, like a small oasis. Breakfast was amazing, best one we had on 14 days visiting Morocco. The couple managing it are lovely and very helful. They offer to take you to / from the airport for free, they picked us up at 2am!

For those who wanted a calm and peaceful place so Hamdani Riad would be the good. Close to the airport with free of charge driving service.

Clean, simple, genuine, authentic. I get to visit lots of 5 star hotels. At The Hamdani you realise how fake that can be and how enjoyable simplicity is. Home cooked food, personal attention, flowers and birds in the garden, and close to the airport.
