This is the worst cafe I have ever had, usually I have Paul in Paris is quite satisfied, but here, it is dirty, cafe is bad,bad, bad, the milk is leftover from last customer and reheat it up within a dirty metal milk container. Horrible, first time and last time. Better go to illy in the airport

No innovation since 1889. Oh My God! What prices do they have in here! They have to show them in euro because if they print them in dirham the labels would be much bigger than the pastries XD And the taste? The quality? Don't know where they left it. I assure you that Carrefour or even Marjane have much better pantry for a 10% of the price

I asked for HOT CHOCOLATE, and the employee took the money and told me to sit. After waiting for a long time I returned to him, he was giving me a bad attitude and left to the back of the kitchen, it turns out he forgot about me or didn’t care and wanted to serve other customers until the line was free to get me the drink. Additionally, the drink was NOT hot chocolate, it was hot milk (which was a little warm) and sprayed chocolate powder on it. I told him this is not hot chocolate, he responded in a bad way “YES IT IS”. As you all can see in the picture attached, this is the hot chocolate he provided. I asked for the manager who came and apologized for what happened and said the reason their are mistakes is because the chef called SICK and couldn’t make it to the restaurant. The gentleman who served me was new and was not aware of how things are done here. I come to this airport very often, Paul in this airport sometimes is good, most of the time I do not recommend it as the hot drinks and food are usually cold and they hire unqualified staff without the necessary training.

BEWARE!!! The cashier steals your coins (very small amount to be fair, but still a theft)! I asked to pay in dirham, he didn't say the price exactly (they only show prices in Euros), and he kept insisting saying "give me give me". I knew the price should have been around 90, I gave 95, and I saw him putting my coins in the "tip basket". Such a shame!!! A real theft. This happened on Sunday 8th January. The food was ok, but the price quality ratio for Morocco is very unfavourable.

How can an employee working for an international company like Paul say, “I do not accept a card u must pay in cash” because his payment device does not have paper!! Also, someone comes to him “ working in the airport” ask the employee to tost his food for him “ food from outside the restaurant “ and he did that?!

Beware of the cashier. Bunch of thieves. Ask for your receipt cause they will charge you verbally whatever the hell they feel like. My cashier was LAHCEN A (Thief)

I ordered a sandwich and i asked the lady to heat it a bit, look at the result, all burned, she didnt even change it.

Guy was not very nice. There were many roaches in dining area.

Horrible service. The staff just chose to ignore you until a kind local passenger assist to get their attention. The pastries were dry and not heated for serving. The only positive thing is prices are displayed in both euros and Dirham.

Bad treatment for vegetarians. I asked if there were any vegetarian food and the attendant was in a bad mood: "no". And looked for the next person in the line. She didn't try to help me or do any changes to attend me. Very bad attitude.

The Atlantic Sandwich, you have to taste it. Simple, balanced...delicious. A Tarte a Sucre for dessert an a good coffee. You won't regret and will see how simple is always better...especially during travel

No vegetarian food at all plus highly overpriced.

The guy working there doesn't want to serve people that don't speak arabic be careful he's rude and i walked away with 7 people, they lost all our business. If he doesn't speak english what the hell is he doing working at an airport...i also heard him swearing at other customers in french.

Patisserie and Coffee were good, priced in Euro as we are in the Airport, The cashier gave me by " mistake" 50 dirham less , after i inquired she apologised, i read other reviews just to realised i am not the first one to be scammed, unfortunately gives bad reputation to otherwise good food . Two stars

At least try to do some good quality if you gonna use the euro as a currency ( even if we're in Morocco).
