We booked the royal suite, the staff only knew that we had a booking but not which room and not if we had booked it with breakfast, the place has some animals which is sweet, but the taking care of the things around is very bad, old things, broken here and there, the tv satellite channels didn't work. we didn't get help with it either, mostly noone at the reception and in the middle of nowhere. i don't really recommend it as a hotel at all, just for the coffe maybe. Horses and animals are suffering from malnutrition, which is weird becaue the owner is a horse riding champion. The beds were also dirty and had bread crumbs and hairs sadly. The chimney wasn't working either. No heating in the cold of this remote place /village. Also pillows have not been washed it seems
