JAB Jewelry Designs is the best! Michael is phenomenal - his attention to detail is unmatched. He helped my husband design my wedding ring to make it one of a kind, and helped me design my wedding band. Always so beyond helpful. I’ve seen them recreate some amazing pieces from old jewelry to make them new and so special. I highly recommend them for any jewelry needs!

I walked into JAB Jewelers not knowing anything about the company. Being fairly new to Pittsburgh (4 years) I was very leery to leave my diamond rings with anyone to have work done. My fears were allieved after meeting with Michael Kelley. I had and continue to have the most wonderful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly experience with Mike and all the staff at JAB Jewelers!!! Michael Kelley is fantastic!!! He not only walked me through the process of redesigning a ring using my 2 diamond rings. but explained the differences in weights, settings, cost, value and long term investment. I am also having him refurbish a diamond cocktail ring that belonged to my mother. I just picked up my new ring that we designed together and I could not be more thrilled!!!! JAB Jewelers will now be the only place I ever do business with!!! At first, I was very scared to leave my diamonds with a Jeweler. Not knowing if something could happen to them. My mind was put right at ease as the diamonds never leave the store and all the work is done on sight. I picked up my new ring yesterday and could not be more excited and thrilled!!! JAB is definitely the best jeweler in the area. My family has used JAB for 5+ years. My most recent experience, I just got engaged with my fiancé grandmothers ring. We took it to JAB to get an appraisal done. Unfortunately there was some damage to the 30 year old ring that we weren’t thinking about. John went above and beyond to have all the repairs done in a shorter period of time than usual, and the work was absolutely stunning. I can’t be more happy with the whole experience that JAB provided.

We worked with Michael from JAB to design a custom engagement ring, and it was a wonderful experience. He met with us extensively over video and in person over several meetings to create my fiancée's dream ring. He was very patient and thorough, and explained every step along the way. He listened to our opinions and ideas and also gave valuable input where necessary. He communicated in a timely manner via email or phone call about any questions we had. He really made us feel like his only client. I had a specific date in mind for the proposal, and despite an extensive design process, he worked incredibly hard to get it done right on time. The proposal wouldn't have happened without him. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a custom ring.

STUNNING doesn’t even begin to describe how beautiful my engagement ring turned out. Michael personally assisted in the design of my ring. It is a dream come true! The entire staff was very accommodating and helpful in every area needed. In addition to my engagement rings, JAB Jewelers is designing my wedding bands as well. I recently had gone to JAB Jewelry Works and have nothing but amazing things to say. My fiancee and I took my grandparents' wedding bands to be melted down into our own. We worked with Michael and he was incredibly knowledgeable. He designed a custom chevron band to fit my engagement ring and he was incredibly honest with my fiancee saying the quality of my grandfather's ring was so good that he didn't even recommend changing it at all and assisting us in just sizing it down slightly to fit his finger. That is the kind of honesty I love to see from any vendor- Michael was very concerned about what was in our best interest which was fantastic. We could not be happier with the experience and cannot wait to wear our wedding bands.

I went to JAB for an engagement ring having no idea where to start, much less how to design my own ring. Michael sat down with me and walked me through the whole process, teaching me everything there is to know about diamonds and offering his recommendations while allowing me to make something that was truly my own. He kept me informed as each step of the design and fabrication process moved along. The ring was beautiful and I couldn't have done it without the expertise and assistance of everyone at JAB.
