Everything from booking the experience, walking through the door, being greeted by professional and corteous staff, to entering my own personal serene private suite was TOP TIER! Do not get me wrong I love this place, especially my esthetician. But the last couple of times I went, I noticed a lot of unnecessary noise during my facial. One of the staff members had their phone on speaker phone while talking to a friend about god knows what sound like some drama, then people in the front are talking very loudly about things not related to work. When I get facials I want peace and a serene relaxing atmosphere. I do not care to hear drama on speaker phone or side conversation in front. I’m not sure what’s happening but it hasn’t been peaceful the last 3 times I have come. I hope this is reviewed by management so this can go back to being my favorite place to relax after a long day of work.

First I would like to say this review is nothing against the massage therapist Vanetta although I’m not sure what type of oil she used.. seems like Castro oil that made me itch!! I am very disappointed with the scheduling, communication and cash out process! I was scheduled, then called back to be told services were not offered on the day I was scheduled for! I go in on another day and received a massage.. it was okay! During the massage I could hear the entire conversation of employees as if they were at a party! While getting dressed I noticed the floor was really soiled to the point that I had to put the sheet down to stand on! I tipped the message therapist cash in her hand but to be told while cashing out that I owed a gratuity! After some back and forth the receptionist finally called someone to seek help! I won’t be back.. and I regret I went!!

I've been coming to the Skin Bar for almost 2 years now. Everytime I come and see Melissa, she and everyone is so nice and professional. I have seen immense progress since I've started coming once a month. My parents have also been and enjoyed their experience.
