I regret to say that my experience with this apartment complex has been less than satisfactory. The apartment manager's behavior has been consistently disappointing. They are often unavailable, and when they are, they communicate rudely with residents. This unprofessional conduct creates an unwelcoming atmosphere and makes it challenging for residents to address their concerns. It's crucial for the management to improve their communication and attitude towards residents to foster a more positive living environment .

BIANCA has been absolutely helpful this entire time of us living in here. she is super patient and reasonable with everything that goes on in these apartments and when we have an issue she gets it figured out immediately. love her!

The team at Polaris Crossing is the sweetest team I have interacted with. So many things I love about this apartment complex: - The office opens until 6pm just late enough for me to catch the team after work for any inquiry. - All my maintenance requests (from dryer filter clog to door misalign) have all been addressed within the day. The team did tell me that they only work during weekday unless emergency, so I was lucky to put in my dryer request on Friday morning at 9 am and got fixed by 11 am 😁. - The office team is always so welcoming and makes me feel like we are a big family. They also hold community events such as the recent Halloween. - The gym opens 24hr with keypad so it is nice to work out at anytime I want and still feel safe. - My neighbors are also nice, quiet and respectful as well. Going from a townhome to apartment again, I have concerns about noise and cleanliness, but I have been fine so far. Would be sad when I have to move away, so I’m going to enjoy this apartment complex as long as I can. Happy Holidays 🥰.

I am 18 years old and had recently moved into the apartment in September of 2023. My leasing consultant, Bianca, was really helpful prior and throughout the moving process. She gave me a full detailed tour of the complex before moving in, and thoroughly went over the leasing documents in a way I would understand. In addition, Bianca prioritized my issue in regard with accessing the apartment in less than 24 hours. She is really sweet and made me feel welcome. I highly recommend moving into this place.

The new property management team Bianca, Savanna and Alejandro are simply amazing, they organized the events perfectly and they treated to us like family. They are always friendly, and extremely helpful and we can discuss any matter with them. Me and my wife loved this Polaris Crossing and also want to mention about previous manager Janet, she is also very helpful, and professional. We wont forget the help that Janet gave during our first day of Polaris Crossing. The new management is rocking and always smiling and greeting us whenever we visit the clubhouse. keep it up!

Moved in to Polaris Crossing apts. August 2023. Bianca, the manager, was so helpful with the lease, tour and answered all questions in a timely manner. Tori and Kaitlyne round out the rest of the office staff. Always so warm and attentive. Great location! Anything you need or want is very close by or walkable. Property is well-maintained and kept up. It’s just got a nice vibe. Maintenance guys Kevin and Mike very friendly and get work done if needed! Swimming pool, workout, pretty clubhouse. Just added beautiful new lighting to the swimming pool patio area. So pleasant to see at night. Definitely recommend!!

I love this apartment complex. The people who work here are nice and respectful. While things are being improved here it’s a nice quaint and peaceful area of Polaris to live. Children and pet friendly we would love to have you here with us. The accommodations and space are unique and colorful. The people are friendly and welcoming as well. The best thing I would say is seeing Alejandro and Bianca. Please always alway ask questions too.

Bianca Knox was excellent and helped moving to the new apartment, complete knowledge on the property. Signing the lease was quick, as she had already prepared the checklist. Amazing staff to work with her.
