Horrible experience! I find this place to be a total joke. They want to charge top dollar rates but the facility is subpar, at best. There are zero security cameras, most of the lights in the rows don't work properly or are frequently burnt out and I can't tell you how many times we've gone and the gate wasn't working properly! Oh and if you call for a situation like, a gate not closing, you get an answering service - nobody actually picks up. The cement is as bad as Michigan roads and there are a ton of massive potholes and it floods frequently. But the worst part is, they have raised our rates SIGNIFICANTLY twice in a year! I'm talking $40/month each time. Save your money and find another storage facility. This place is a dump.

I recently rented a storage unit from Kelly the site manager at the Mt Clemens location. I had a great experience .not only did they have exactly what I was looking for Kelly was so friendly and had great customer service. She even waited on me to go find my license that I misplaced with no problem even though it was close to closing time. I would definitely recommend public storage if you have to store any items Big or small

Normally I don't leave reviews unless I feel like someone deserves the recognition!! Kelly was phenomenal her customer service skills superior very respectful and professional. She helped my grandmother find just the right storage unit at the perfect price. Very knowledgeable and made sure to fully explain everything in detail. While also making this Public Storage location a very comfortable safe space with her welcoming personality. People like her shouldn't go unnoticed!!😊
