    The WORST customer service every!!!!!!!! Never again will I waste time here. 25 minutes and $1.45 poorer, my objective was not met. They have no means of telling you how much your job will cost. They just want a credit card! It's self service so something that could have cost $2 anywhere else will surely cost you $50 here.

    Let me just start by saying the marketing/print team here is the best! I recently got married and had a handful of stuff printed out in a time crunch, the team leader of the department was tech savy and very knowledgeable of how I needed to get my documents printed from my laptop to the printers. Whenever I needed anything printed the team was always hustling to get the job done. I HIGHLY recommend this Staples location.

    Used the print service for a Canva design- my order was ready SUPER fast, and the employee at the print center was friendly at pickup. Will absolutely use their services again!

    I went to this location this morning to have something printed in color with premium paper. I forgot to get the young ladies name that assisted with, but she has a really pretty nail design. Anyway, she was very helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly courteous. She didn't rush me, she suggested things so that my prints would come out with great quality. She even had my order ready way ahead of the given pickup time.

    I waited more than a half hour in the print department. I was there first and the associate pushed me aside!!! Very unhappy!!! Then I was told a printer was down and the lady who arrived AFTER me had her job done on a printer that was available. I don’t appreciate being lied to.

    Print Department... Poor, unacceptable service, follow up, and sharing of accurate information about services. I see them trying to be attentive to customer needs, so I'd have to blame management for poor training, or maybe lack of proper training staff. I would not necessarily blame the very young kids who work there. They seem a bit overwhelmed. I have had good experiences in the past.

    I usually have had a good experience at the UPS stores. But, this looks like this agency not being a UPS store but perhaps staffed by Staples or Amazon? Firstly, whoever it was attending the counter did not know his job! He was not just slow, he was rude. I gave him my prepaid labeled package to be scan and give me a receipt. He told me since it wasn't an Amazon package I would have to go to a UPS Store. I tried telling him that it was not correct & pointed out that the sign says 'UPS', he insisted I had to go to a UPS Store. Eventually, since i did not leave, he asked his co-worker who asked me not very pleasantly what I needed. The agent who attended began telling me that he didn't like my tone & his co-worker was very confrontational as much as to tell me i was a nuisance. All in all, it was not a pleasant visit. Whether or not this is a UPS or a Staples issue, I don't know. But, for whatever it is worth, I thought I have to let you know. Besides this, the line was piling up and though there were 3 people on duty, they left the one person who did not know what he was doing to attend the counter, thereby making us wait longer than needed. If there is one Store I need for UPS, this is not where I would go or recommend.
